The purpose of this study is to examine the features of Internet bookshops in order to suggest the most effective website model for them. Seven Internet bookshop websites are analyzed. The evaluating criteria includes: interface layout, contents, function aspects. The results show that a suggested model should include various aspects: 1) user-centered menu structure, 2) effective search methodlsubject directory, and 3) various and good quality review.

Generating chord score based on melody is essential for composition and arrangement, while it is picky for amateurs who do not have harmonics knowledges. To solve this problem, we developed automatic chord score generating program, ACGP. Based on genetic algorithm, it successfully reflects diverse hormonic factors and the mood of the music. User interface was also implemented so that anyone can use the program conveniently. Additional analysis was conducted to prove the utility of ACGP.

한국도서관협회(회장 이두영)는 9월 24일부터 3일간 경주교육문화회관에서 '전국도서관대회'를 개최했다. 신일희 총장(계명대)은 기조연설을 통해 시대적 사명에 복무했던 도서관의 영광을 재현할 것을 촉구했다. 그는 "도서관이 지식과 정보를 보급하는 것은 인류발전을 위해 수임받은 숭고한 사명"이라며 도서관 대중화를 위한 관계자들의 적극적인 노력을 요망했다. 특별강연과 주제발표, 세미나 등 모두 26편의 강연이 이뤄진 가운데 김포옥 교수가 주제발표한 (공공도서관장의 전문의식과 교육방향)은 앙케트를 바탕으로 도서관의 실질적인 운영자인 도서관장의 '전문가 의식'을 분석해 눈길을 끌었다. 김포옥 교수는 전국 도서관장 329명 중에 설문에 응한 188명의 응답을 바탕으로 근무경위.근무연수.사서교육이수 여부 등을 분석했다. 주목되는 대목은 도서관장의 34%가 사서자격증조차 없는 비전문가라는 점, 도서관장을 전문직으로 평가한 사람이 115명(61.2%)에 불과한 점 등이다. '도서관 일을 특별히 지망하지 않았다.'는 관장이 44%나 되어 애초부터 '전문가 의식'을 기대하는 것이 무리하는 추론도 도출했다. 김교수는 "도서관장의 전문가 의식을 키우기 위해 지속적인 교육과 직업만족도를 높이는 방안을 모색해야 할 것"이라고 주장했다. 제1주제 '도서관 정책' 방향을 모색하는 자리에서 한성택 교수(숭의여대) 등 3인은 21세기에 맞는 우리나라 도서관 정책의 기본 방향을 제고하고 도서관의 유기적 역할을 모색했다. 제2주제 '봉사'에 대해 채윤정 사서(정독도서관) 등 4인은 도서관의 서비스 실태와 향후 방향성을 논했으며, 제3주제 '운영'은 김포옥 교수(전북대) 등 4인이 도서관 운영의 현주소를 각각의 입장에서 조명했다. 마지막 주제는 '학교도서관' 활성화로, 김종성사서(부산대) 등 2인이 도서관과 학교 교육의 연계성, 학교도서관의 발전 전략 방안을 모색했다. 주제발표 논문 가운데 3편을 욕약해 싣는다.

This paper describes a 3D modeling system in Augmented Reality environment, named 3DARModeler. It can be considered a simple version of 3D Studio Max with necessary functions for a modeling system such as creating objects, applying texture, adding animation, estimating real light sources and casting shadows. The 3DARModeler introduces convenient, and effective human-computer interaction to build 3D models. The 3DARModeler targets nontechnical users. As such, they do not need much knowledge of computer graphics and modeling techniques. All they have to do is select basic objects, customize their attributes, and put them together to build a 3D model in a simple and intuitive way as if they were doing in the real world.

The hypertext-based polychotomous key in m (World Wide Web) was developed to improve the identification accuracy of planthoppers caught by the light trap in Korean paddy fields. The effects of it were tested by 12 students who are not familiar at the identification of insects. When they used the hypertext, it was improved that the ability of them to recognize Sogatella furcifera (Horvath) and Laodelphax striatellus (Fallen). Identification accuracy of the former was increased significantly from 56% to 83% and that of the latter was also increased significantly from 47% to 80%. However, many students still have difficulty in the recognition of Nilaparvata lugens (Stal).

선풍기는 모양과 용도에 따라서 탁상선풍기, 스탠드선풍기, 환기선풍기, 천장선풍기 등이 있으며, 최신식 선풍기에는 속도조절과 회전조절이 먼 거리에서도 가능한 리모컨식과 마이크로컴퓨터를 내장하여 자동적으로 바람의 속도를 조절하여 쾌적하게 잠이 들 수 있도록 프로그램이 갖추어진 것도 있다. 일반가정이나 사무실에서 흔히 사용되는 가전제품은 전기에 대한 비전문가가 사용하는 설비이기 때문에 관리소홀이나 취급상 부주의 등에 의해 화재가 종종 발생하는 실정이다. 특히 무더운 여름철이 지속되는 요즘 선풍기는 장시간 사용하는 제품으로 모터의 과열상태가 장시간 지속될 가능성이 높다. 본 연구에서는 선풍기에서 발생할 수 있는 화재위험성에 대하여 분석하고 정상조건에서 선풍기 자체 발열특성을 분석하는 실험과 모터가 과열될 수 있는 이상조건을 구현하여 가정용 회전기기에 발생할 수 전기화재 위험성을 고찰하였다.

최근 들어 다항식비례모형(RFM: Rational Function Model)은 비전문가에게 있어서 지형보정을 위한 정확도 문제를 해결함과 동시에 센서 종류에 상관없이 적용 가능한 범용적인 센서모델링 기법으로 각광을 받고 있다. 그러나 엄밀(physical) 모델이 없는 센서 혹은 위성의 궤도력 자료를 제공하지 않는 센서의 경우 다항식비례모형의 적용을 위해서는 다수의 매개변수 사용으로 인한 계수들 간의 상관성을 고려해야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 2차 다항식비례모형에 기초하여 전방 다항식비례모형(Forward RFM)과 상관도 분석을 통한 전방 다항식비례모형의 이른 및 위치정확도에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 대상연구지역은 KOMPSAT(Korea Multi-Purpose Satellite)과 SPOT으로 촬영한 대전광역시와 그 주변지역으로 SPOT과 KOMPSAT 모두 상관성 분석 전에는 대략 50% 정도의 검사점에 대해 과대오차(>100m)가 얻어졌으며, 이 점들을 제외한 검사점에 대해서도 SPOT은 평균수평오차 20-24m, 평균표고오차 25m, KOMPSAT은 평균수평오차 15-24m, 평균표고오차 30m를 나타내었다. 전방 다항식비례모형에 대하여 상관성 분석을 수행한 후에는 검사점에 대한 모든 과대오차 조정결과가 소거되었고 검사점에 대해서 SPOT은 평균수평오차 8.8m, 평균표고오차 25.2m, KOMPSAT은 평균수평오차 8.4m, 평균표고오차 14.5m를 나타내었다. 최종적으로 연구지역에 대한 수치표고모형의 제작을 통해 상관도 분석을 통한 다항식비례모형의 실제 적용 가능성을 보여주었다.

Color image scale captures the knowledge of colorists and represents both adjectives and colors in the same adjective image scales in order to select color(s) corresponding to an adjective. Due to the difficulty of psychological experiment and statistical analysis, in general, only a limited number of colors are located in the color image scales. This can make color selection process hard especially to non-expert. In this paper, we propose an interpolation of color image scale based on the fuzzy K-nearest neighbor method, which provides continuous colors according to the coordinates of the image scales. The experimental results show that the interpolated image scales can be practically useful for color selection process.

This paper proposed the alarm processing system to improve the efficiency of monitoring method by applying the neural network and troubleshooting knowledge base for IADAPS(Intelligent Alarm Diagnosis And Processing System) method in an receiving and distributing board of Building complex. This IADAPS is abased on the cumulative generalized delta rule of backpropagation in neural network. It was used to infer the minimum alarms among multi-fired alarms, and the inferred alarm can be displayed maintenance information of facility by using a pre-defined troubleshoot knowledge base. For validating the proposed monitoring method, he method of simulation used to the five case of virtual scenario. As comparison results, a proposed method in this paper could be proved the applied possibility of an neural network and utilized in fields of facilities maintenance, if needed, be operated by non-expertise.

The process of this study are as following : 1. Research for the process and peculiar character of reconstruction project. 2. Investigate input and output item and suggest the calculating methods that are generally accepted. 3. Suggest the general process on feasibility study for reconstruction apartment project.
