As the electronic processing of music gradually is developed, there has been growing interest in automatical input of music. As a result, various researches which input music in the computer has been studied. However, previous studies have drawbacks that only the experts can do it. In other words, if beginners would like to use traditional production program of music scores than prior knowledge is required. To resolve this, we propose system painting music scores automatically using a bandwidth of soundsource, after extracting the voice sounds created by amateurs. The System provides amateurs with convenience so that they can compose. As well as, the System provides the ability to play music that produced by the computer. By using the system, amateurs can compose using voice and simple system handling. And, they can make a music that plays desired instruments.

선진국에서는 정책결정을 할 때 과학기술분야에도 시민 참여가 활기를 띠고 있다. 덴마크의 '합의회의'를 보면 인구집단을 대표할 수 있는 노동자, 주부, 기업가, 대학생, 교수 등 해당분야 비전문가로 구성된 패널이 전문가, 언론인, 일반인을 앞에 놓고 3일동안 공개토론을 벌인 뒤 정책권고사항 등을 담은 보고서를 내놓는 것이다. 최근 우리나라도 과학기술시민운동이 싹트고 있다. 국민을 아끼는 진정한 과학대중화운동이 절실할 때다.

최근 드론이 비전문가라도 누구나 쉽게 사용할 수 있게 되면서, 드론의 관심 집중이 급격히 증가하고 있다. 특히, Pixhawk는 다른 비행제어컴퓨터들보다 고성능을 가진 독립된 모듈 기반 방식이고, 오픈 소스로 공개되어 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 편리성을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 고급 프로세서 CortexM4를 장착한 Pixhawk를 이용하여 QuadRotor 비행제어를 위한 적용방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Hydroponics, Nutriculture, Soilless culture 라고 불리워지는 양액재배는 결코 새로운 기술은 아니지만 최근 집약적 생산을 위한 공장적 재배 등을 통해서 다시 주목을 받고 있다. 과거에는 재배관리의 어려움 때문에 전문가 이외에는 재배가 곤란했지만, 최근 재배관리의 자동화경향 때문에 비전문가에 의한 관리도 가능하게 되고 있다. 양액재배는 토양재배에 비하여 여러가지 장점을 가지고 있다. 양액관리를 위한 장치의 개선과 적용작물의 선택, 생력관리기술이 확정되었고, 연작장애 대책, 안정적 계획생산, 무공해식품의 평가가 높기 때문에 양액재배 면적은 서서히 증가하는 추세라 할 수 있겠다. 본고에서는 최근 활발하게 연구되고 있는 심층 학습에 대하여 알아본다. 기계 학습 분야 중 하나인 심층 학습은 인공 신경망의 한 형태인 심층 신경망을 통해 구현된다. 심층 신경망은 기존 다층 신경망의 구조와 거의 유사한 학습 구조를 가지지만, 학습 과정에서 발생하는 부정확한 학습 문제를 해결함으로써 최근의 성공을 이끌어낼 수 있었다. 본고에서는 다층 신경망이 가지고 있던 문제점들을 심층 신경망에서 어떻게 극복하였는지 심층 신경망의 발전 과정을 통해 알아보고, 기계 학습의 기본개념을 바탕으로 이를 설명하여 비전문가들의 이해를 돕고자 하였다.

컴퓨터의 지속적인 발전은 개인용 컴퓨터에서도 멀티미디어 기능이 가능토록 되었으며, 각종 패키지와의 자료교환을 이용하여 여러 분야에서 많이 활용하고 있다. 특히 멀티미디어 툴로 이용되는 TooIBook은 하이퍼미디어 시스템 개발에 많이 이용되고 있으며, 통계 패키지인 Xlisp은 다이니믹 그래픽 통계 소프트웨어로 실시간 자료계산에 많이 이용되고 있다. 본 논문은 통계에 대한 기본 지식이 없으며, 통계패키지의 사용에 익숙하지 않은 비전문가들에게 각종 통계 자료계산에 도움을 주기 위하여 TooIBook의 하이퍼미디어 기능과 Xlisp의 기능을 DDE로 결합하여 실시간에 각종 자료를 계산하므로 모수를 추정할 수 있도록 해주기 때문에 각종 통계 자료를 보다쉽게 추정할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

인터넷 쇼핑몰의 구축이 활발해 짐에 따라 독자적인 쇼핑몰을 보다 쉽게 구축할 수 있는 방법이 필요하게 되었다. 이렇게 독자적인 쇼핑몰의 구축을 쉽게 한 수 있기 위해서 미리 제공되는 여러 화면들을 조합하여 원하는 상점을 체계적으로 디자인한 수 있게 하는 템플릿 시스템의 개발이 활발하다. 본 논문에서는 비전문가들도 자신이 원하는 형태의 쇼핑몰을 손쉽게 디자인할 수 있게 템플릿 설정 기능과 설정된 페이지들을 편집하는 기능을 가진 새로운 템플릿 디자인 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다.

지하수를 사용하고 있는 기간은 수 천년이지만 지하수의 특성이 알려지기 시작한 것은 17세기 부터이다. 지하수는 용천이나 착정공 외에는 눈으로 볼 수 없기 때문에. 비전문가는 지하수 유동, 산출, 근원에 대하여 아직도 이해하기가 힘들다. 고대에는 지하수의 기원을 해수로 생각하였고 현 대에도 많은 사람들은 지하수는 지하하천형태로 부존하며, 수맥을 만나야만 지하수가 산출되는 것으로 이해하고 있다. 현재 수리지질전문가들은 지하수를 수문순환계의 일부로 설명하고 있으며, 국지적 규모의 지하수 유동에 대하여는 잘 알려져 있으나 광역적인 지역에서 지하수의 적정 산출량, 부존대 위치. 지하수 수질에 대한 정량적인 자료는 매우 부족한 현실이다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception of Pansori non-Specialist After reviewing the need for content development and conducting interviews with Pansori Specialist, the contents of popular Pansori contents It is aimed to derive basic data necessary for development. First, in order to examine the necessity of development of popular Pansori contents, 100 Pansori non-specialists surveyed through the experience of the same popular Pansori Contents revealed that the contents of popular Pansori showed a new aspect of Pansori and it is necessary to develop popular Pansori contents. it is necessary to secure popularity, fun and interest, Convergence with other genres, intrinsic troubles about Pansori, Expansion in to traditional arts, materials suitable for trends, development of lirics, language, music, and professional producers should be considered. Second, As a result of conducting interviews 31 Pansori Specialist in order to provide basic data necessary for the development of popular Pansori contents, its essential to develop popular Pansori contents. and analysis of the public, endless challenges and attempts, material development collaboration with professional worker and expansion.

Purpose: Recently because goggle and sunglasses is industrial products, unprofessional is selling in store what is not optical store. Due to layman's sale, check of frames or lens, the quality, curve, A/S, is impossible. Therefore layman's sale threated national eye-health. So we investigated in order to know them, merchant of goggle and sunglasses except for optician, about "how many they have optical knowledge?" and "What can they give a service us?" Methods: Regardless age, we get a survey of 208 person who purchased goggle and sunglasses in a store that it is not optical store and 100 of goggle and sunglasses except for optician. Results: Most merchant who haven it knowledge about glasses sells goggle or sunglasses. Even though merchant has knowledge about glasses, It was very littles, now. Conclusions: Optician who have expert knowledge need method that it was very littles. So goggle and sunglasses that it is registered industrial products need method to transform into health instrument.
