고수준의 정보 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 소프트웨어의 고품질화를 추구하여야 한다. 기존에 개발된 품질측정방법들은 모듈 내에 포함되어 있는 요인항목들을 서로 다른 관점에서 개별적으로 측정하고 있어 통합적인 평가방법이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 다수의 측정 방법들을 모두 수용할 수 있는 모델을 제안한다. 제안된 모델은 비율척도들을 선택하고, 러프논리를 이용하여 그들의 중요도를 산출한다. 다음으로 모듈의 품질도를 측정하기 위해서 퍼지적분을 이용하여 척도들의 중요도와 측정값을 종합한다.

이 논문에서는 3대 투자신탁회사의 주식형 펀드의 투자성과를 측정하고자 하는 데 목적이 있다. 추가적으로 자산운용의 실무적 현실을 고려하여 각 펀드의 속성(주식편입비율 한도, 대상투자자, 운용회사)의 차이가 투자성과와 어떤 관련을 갖고 있는가를 분석함으로써 투자신탁에 내재하는 도덕적 위해의 문제를 노출시켜 보고자 한다. 이 논문에서는 우리나라 3대 투신사의 29개 주식형 펀드에 대한 1984. 2분기${\sim}$1993. 1분기의 분기수익률 자료를 사용하여 시장예측능력과 포트폴리오 선택 능력을 측정하였다. 시장예측능력의 척도로서 Henriksson & Merton(1981)이 제시한 척도를 사용하였으며, 선택 능력의 척도로서 Treynor & Black(1973)의 평가비율과 Fama(1972)의 순선택능력 을 사용하였다. 그 결과 자산운용을 담당하는 투신사와 주식편입비율 한도에 관계없이 주식형 펀드들의 시장예측능력과 선택능력 모두가 음의 값을 보이 고 있다. 예외적으로 외국인전용 펀드의 투자성과는 내국인을 대상으로 하는 투자신탁에 비하여 다소 우수한 성과를 보이고 있다. 표본으로 사용한 5개 외국인전용 펀드는 다른 펀드와 마찬가지로 음의 시장예측능력을 보여주고 있으나, 평가비율은 다른 포트폴리오들과는 달리 양의 값을 갖고 있고, 이들의 순선택능력은 음의 값을 보이긴 하지만 다른 포트폴리오보다 그 절대 값이 보다 작다. 이러한 결과는 외국인전용 펀드의 포트폴리오선택능력이 보다 우수하였다는 것을 의미한다. 외국인전용펀드가 보다 나은 선택능력을 보여준 이유는 이들이 투자자문위원회라는 감시 장치를 갖고 있기 때문인 것으로 판단된다. 환언하면 국내투자자용 펀드의 열등한 투자성과는 감시장치가 없는 데 따른 일종의 도덕적(道德的) 위해(危害)로 해석된다.

Many survey data are collected today to measure personal values and to order them according to their importance. There are two popular procedures to achieve the goal: ranking procedures and rating procedures. The ranking procedures can be divided into two categories; full ranking procedures and reduced ranking procedures. The reduced ranking procedure is more often used because of its easiness to respondents. However, the ordered responses are not generally incorporated into ordering their values. This research has studied ways to incorporate the ordered responses into ordering the values. We have considered the ranking scales as the conditional rating scales. Our findings are that the ordering values based on the weighted proportions is better than one based on the unweighted proportions.

This paper proposes a new discrete curvature error metric to generate LOD meshes. For mesh simplification, discrete curvatures are defined with geometric attributes, such as angles and areas of triangular polygonal model, and dihedral angles without any smooth approximation. They can represent characteristics of polygonal surface well. The new error metric based on them, discrete curvature error metric, increases the accuracy of simplified model by preserving the geometric information of original model and can be used as a global error metric. Also we suggest that LOD should be generated not by a simplification ratio but by an error metric. Because LOD means the degree of closeness between original and each level's simplified model. Therefore discrete curvature error metric needs relatively more computations than known other error metrics, but it can efficiently generate and control LOD meshes which preserve overall appearance of original shape and are recognizable explicitly with each level.

The aim of this study were to evaluate the effect of kinesio taping on isokinetic muscular function and pain of knee joint. The subjects for this study were twelve elderly women($65{\sim}70$years) suffered by knee joint pain over more than three years. The taping methods performed on 3 times a week for 8 weeks for improvement of isokinetic muscular function. Also, the change of visual analogue scale(VSA) and varval rating scale(VRA) has been measured before and post taping 8 weeks. Paired t-test was performed for data analysis at the 0.05 level of significance. After 8 weeks, the results of the study are as follow; First, peak torque, peak torque % BW, total work and ipsilateral balance ratio were significantly improved. And, work fatigue, visual analogue scale and verval rating scale were decreased significantly after 8 weeks taping. The results suggest that applying kinesio taping on knee joint may improve isokinetic muscular function of elderly women. Therefore kinesio taping method was effective for pain relief and prevention of knee joint pain in the elderly women.

With the rapid increase of high-speed network and internet use, those who fall into Internet addictions increase. They have serious personal, familial, academic/occupational and financial problems. So it is very important to estimate the ratio of Internet addiction accurately, to establish the strategies for internet addiction effectively, and to prevent internet user from internet addiction. In this paper, we introduce the KIAS:Korean Internet Addictions Scale and a survey on the Interned Addictions in Korea. Nearly 4.8% of those totally surveyed met the strict criteria for KIAS and subgroups showed different addiction-ratios(adults 1.6%; elementary school 4.1%; middle and high school 6.6%; college 6.6%; adults 1.6%).

In order to offer the service information of high-quality, we should develop the software of high-Quality. We need the united estimate method, because existing developed quality measurements individually measure attributes using the different viewpoint. Therefor, this paper propose the model that able to include many method of measurements. Our model selects the ratio scales and calculates the relative significance of them by using rough logic. Then, in order to measure the quality of module, it integrates the significance of scales and the measured value of them by using fuzzy integral. Finally, we analyze the correlation between the existing scales with our measurement and validate our model through statistical technique.

As a next step, the proposed method integrates the significance of scales and the measured value of them based upon the fuzzy integral. Finally, the correlations are analyzed between the existing scales with our measurements and our model is validated through statistical technique.

생존 트래픽 비율로만 정의되는 기존의 생존도는 통신 재난시 트래픽의 상대적 중 요도와 복구기간에 대한 생존도를 적절히 반영하지 못한다. 따라서 트래픽의 상대적 중요도 에 따라 트래픽을 복구함으로써 재난의 사회적 영향을 최소화하고 복구기간을 반영하는 새 로운 평가척도로서 재난영향 평가척도를 제시한다. DCS 전송망에 대해 제시한 재난 영향 평가척도 및 기존의 생존도를 계산하기 위하여 통신재난 시나리오 분석 시스템을 이용한다. 통신재난 시나리오 분석 시스템[1]은 장애발생, 복구방법 및 복구과정 관련 시나리오등으로 구성되므로 DCS 전송망에 대한 생존도 계산이 가능하다. 통신재난 시나리오 분석 시스템을 이용하여 다양한 전송망에 대해 얻은 재난영향 평가척도 결과 및 기존 생존도 결과를 비교 하였다.
