As the development of wireless technologies continue, mobile stock trading has become a new channel for companies to reach their customers. This study examines the factors affecting customer acceptance of mobile stock trading services. The research model based on the previous studies was established and the research hypotheses were generated. The sample was divided into users and nonuser groups. The test results show that relative advantage and social influence are positively related to intention to accept mobile services as well as in intention to reuse, security risk is negatively related to intention to reuse, frequency of trading is positively related to intention to reuse, cost burden is negatively related to the probability of using mobile stock trading services, and social influence is positively related to the probability of using mobile services. The results also support that information quality and response time are positively related to relative advantage, and interface quality is negatively related to complexity. It is considered that the study results may help managers to increase customer use of mobile stock trading services.

In recent years, due to the economic growth of the Northeast Asia, the trading relationship among the Asian countries becomes more active, and the mutual level of dependence is increasing. As the general market, the Northeast Asia pursue a function of market and economic activities among the Northeast Asia become more active consistently. It is important that Korea strengthened logistics network connection systems with China and Japan are improving the logistics facilities and expanding the transport network steadily. In order for Korea to improve as a logistics position, Korea needs to build various and efficient multimodal transport system and sets up a position as a major efficient logistics network center. Therefore, this paper intended to analyze transport cost and time of Korea-China-Japan logistics network and suggest a competitive multimodal transport with the maritime transport and new multimodal transport systems by comparing scenarios.

태양광 시장은 세계적인 금융 위기 속에서도 점점 그 규모가 확대되고 있다. 시장의 규모가 확대되고 있음에도 불구하고 금융 위기를 겪으면서 생산자 중심의 시장에서 수요자 중심의 시장으로 바뀌게 되었다. 이에 따라 더 적은 비용으로 높은 출력의 제품만이 경쟁력을 가지게 됨으로써 효율이 더욱 이슈화되었다. 여러 태양전지 중 가장 점유율이 높은 결정질 태양전지는 일반적인 양산 공정만으로 효율을 높이는데 한계가 있으므로 selective emitter, back contact, light induced plating 등의 새로운 공정을 도입하여 효율을 높이려는 경향이 나타나고 있다. 본 연구에서는, ALD 장치를 사용하여 결정질 태양전지의 후면을 passivation 함으로써 효율을 높이는 방법을 모색하였다. 부동화 층으로는 $Al_2O_3$를 사용하였으며 셀을 제조하여 평가하였다. 실험방법은 p-type의 웨이퍼를 이용하여 습식으로 texturing 후 $POCl_3$ 용액으로 p-n junction을 형성하였고 anti-reflection 막인 SiNx는 PECVD를 사용하여 R.I 2.05, 80nm 두께로 증착하였다. 그런 다음 후면의 n+ layer를 제거하기 위하여 SiNx에 영향을 미치지 않는 용액을 사용하여 후면을 식각하였다. BSF 층은 screen printer로 Al paste를 printing하여 형성하였고 Al etching용액으로 여분의 Al제거한 후 ALD 장치를 이용하여 $Al_2O_3$를 증착하였다. 마지막으로 전극을 형성한 후 laser로 isolation하여 효율을 평가하였다.

u-City(ubiquitous city) pursuing competitiveness of city and improvement the quality of life needs high cost to build and operate it. But not all people get a benefit by u-City. It is important that low-income people have experienced information divide gain practical benefits in u-City. In this paper, first we selected suitable item of u-service for low-income people and then drew a order of priority using AHP method about legal and institutional conditions, possibility of technical realization, and the generalization. As a result, we prioritize to u-service for low-income people, that is the order is prevention for missing a dotard, safety of street, and information providing about job and employment.

This paper aims to propose a novel technology of network convergence to provide ultra high speed internet services over CATV networks, by which a CMC(cable modem concentrator) and CM(cable modem) of 1Gbps level are designed. This technology not only lowers the production cost in comparison to the existing bonding technology with DOCSIS specification but also enables the adjustment of data speed based on the channel bandwidth. According to the experiments, when convolutional code rate with 128QAM is changed to 1/2, 2/3, 3/4 and 7/8, the data recorded the maximum transmission speed of up to 299 Mbps at the zero error rate. As the convolutional code rates with 256QAM is increased, it showed 334Mbps at the error rate of $10^{-5}$. Based on the findings of this paper, if we secure the channel bandwidth of 200MHz and adjust the modulation order of QAM and the convolution code rate depending on the channel status, we can get the transmission speed of more than 1Gbps, which is much more competitive in its function and price than the existing technology based on DOCSIS.

Information technology enables home-based working which is a new way to satisfy the firm and its employees. Firms are under pressure of cost reduction, and employees want to maintain balance of life between work and family. Considering the organization's capability can be the core competency, firm's efforts to acquire workers' commitment have been important issue in human resource management. However, researches to increase the workers' loyalty and commitment within home-base working have not been widely studied. This study tries to identify the relationships among firms' rewards supporting strategies and workers' perceived commitment with the working system as a context. Results confirm that the organization's extrinsic and intrinsic rewards affect the worker's continuous commitment, and the mediating role of normative commitment between workers' perceived affective commitment and continuous commitment has been found. Also, we empirically identify the moderating role of working systems(i.e., home-based, vs. office-based) within organization's rewards supporting strategies and workers' commitment perceptions.

The construction industry has remained stagnant for a long time. So many researchers have wanted to solve this problem not only focusing on enhancement of construction process, but also introducing the culture of cooperation. The Last Planner System(LPS), one of the elementary techniques of Lean Construction, aims for improving the work reliability and reducing variability by measuring and managing the daily or weekly performance for overcoming the weakness of recent complex schedule management tools such as Critical Path Method. This research propose a framework for implementation of LPS conducted by owner focused on construction stage and introduce optimal owner participation model in plant construction, based on needs analysis for construction participants. Furthermore, this research introduce a modified needs analysis, so called IPBA(Importance-Performance-Betterment Analysis), and an advanced LPS procedure which add the needs analysis during pre-LPS and(or) main LPS stages.

Online education is a new domain of learning that combines distance learning with the practice of face-to-face instruction utilizing computer-mediated communication. As technology continues to develop and the needs of teachers require better access to higher learning, online graduate degree programs can be a valid alternative. Some institutions in the United States have already offered graduate degrees in music education through the online distance learning. In this study, 8 accredited online graduate degree programs in music education were identified in terms of curriculum requirement, program requirement, and admission requirement. Online programs offer considerable benefits of convenience, while their drawbacks relates to the quality of learning, feelings of weaker interpersonal interaction. More researches need in order for online music programmers to achieve higher standards of instruction and to inform other disciplines in the fields of arts education and the performing arts.
