급변하는 시장환경으로 인한 제조의 복잡성과 동적 특성의 증대로 인해 기업은 재공품의 감소, 납기일 준수를 위한 기술적 방법의 개발과 조화의 중요성을 인식하고 있다. 이에 기존에 사용하고 있는 MRP, JIT의 생산계획 및 통제 방식은 적용하는 데 있어 단점을 지니고 있다. 이에 최근 각광 받고 있는 TOC의 DBR 방식을 이해하고 기존 생산시스템(MRP, JIT)의 단점을 극복하고 동적인 생산환경에서도 효율적으로 생산 가능한 유연한 생산 스케줄링 모델을 개발하고자 한다. 개발된 생산 스케줄링 모델은 동적인 제조환경에서 효율적이고 유연한 생산 계획 및 통제 시스템이 될 것이며, 비용절감과 함께 기업의 생산성을 향상시킬 것이다. 또한, 이런 유연 생산 스케줄링을 증명하기 위해 프로토타입을 통해 그 효과를 증명하여 보기로 한다.

여러 지역으로 구성된 다중 이동 에이전트 컴퓨팅 환경에서 에이전트들을 관리하기 위한 위치 관리 기법은 이동 에이전트 시스템을 개발하는데 있어서 중요한 고려 사항이다. 그러나, 기존의 연구에서는 단지 하나의 이동 에이전트를 통제하기 위한 위치 관리만을 고려할 뿐 같은 작업을 수행하는 다중 이동 에이전트들을 통제하는 위치 관련 기법은 다루지 않고 있다. 따라서, 이전 기법을 다중 이동 에이전트를 관리하는데 적용하면 다중 이동 에이전트들을 관리하는 비용은 증가하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 여러 지역으로 구성된 이동 에이전트 컴퓨팅 환경에서 다중 이동 에이전트 관리를 위한 위치 관리 기법인 WSC(Workname Search and Control)기법을 제안하고자 한다. 제안된 기법은 다중 이동 에이전트 관리를 위한 모델을 제시함으로써 다중 이동 에이전트 관리를 위한 메시지 전달 부하를 감소시킨다.

본 논문의 목적은 첫째, 자본자유화로 인해 통화공급 구조가 이미 균형에서 이탈하여 심각한 수준의 불균형 상해에 있다는 점을 실증적으로 입증하고자 한다. 둘째, 자본유입에 따른 정책조정 비용을 감안한 통화정책 모형을 통해 주장에 대한 이론적 근거를 제시하고, 정책 조절에 수반되는 손실비용(損失費用)과 Mundell의 $\ulcorner$할당 문제(割當 問題)$\lrcorner$를 다시 조명해 보고자 한다. 세째, 자본유입에 따르는 문제점들을 해결할 수 있는 정책방안들을 Modigliani ar Miller의 명제(命題)에 입각한 새로운 각도에서 합리적 인 증시정책을 모색해 보고자 한다. 분석의 이론적 틀로서는 자본유입에 따라 수반되는 불확실성하의 정책조절 비용을 감안한 손실비용 최소화(loss cost minimization)를 통해, 통화 당국자는 총통화량을 정책적으로 내정된 목표값에 수렴시킨다고 가정하였다. 다른 한편, 자본유입에 따르는 문제점들을 통화시장에만 제한시키는 부분적(部分的) 균형분석(均衡分析) 대신, 이를 증권시장으로 직접 연계시켜 두 시장으로 확장된 틀을 활용하였다. 본 논문의 연구방법은 다음 두가지 측면의 접근식을 따랐다. 첫째, 자본자유화정책의 특성을 살펴보기 위해, 자본자유화 시점을 기준으로 삼아 과거 자본통제 시대의 $\ulcorner$사후적(事後的)인 중화정책(中和政策)$\lrcorner$에 의존하는 $\ulcorner$소극적(消極的)인 증권정책(證券政策)$\lrcorner$과 자본자유화시대의 $\ulcorner$사전적(事前的)인 상살정책(相殺政策)$\lrcorner$에 의한 $\ulcorner$거시적(巨視的)인 증권정책(證券政策)$\lrcorner$을 통해 고찰하는 비교분석론에 입각한 접근식을 택했다. 둘째, 외국자본의 유입동기(流入動機)를 문제해결의 시발점으로 삼아 이를 새로운 개방정책과 직결시켜 문제해결의 실마리를 풀어 보려는 선험적(先驗的) 접근식(接近式)을 택했다.

In this paper, EVMS procedure for KHP program is presented. Research and development of a defense system as a long lead program has a high probability of cost growth due to the uncertainty and risk. Therefore, meeting schedule, technical performance and preventing excessive cost overrun are the main concerning point to successful research and development program. EVMS(Earned Value Management System) is a program management system using earned value to control cost, schedule and technical performance. In order to control cost and schedule and to meet technical performance requirements of the KHP research and development program, it is necessary for us to adapt EVMS to the program.

The purpose of this study was to empirically test whether occupational welfare in Korea would have grown since the mid 1990s. The result of this study showed that after the IMF fiscal crisis, the policies of labor flexibility in labor market initiated flexible forms of employer-provided benefits, including cafeteria plan or profit-based funds, which finally led to a decline of occupational welfare rather than a growth. Existing studies haven't agreed on trade-off of statutory and voluntary social provisions since the crisis of welfare state. However, based on the case of Korea, this study suggested archetypal development of welfare system experiencing a decline of occupational welfare paralleled with a growth of state welfare provision.

This study aims 1) to identify distinctive consumer groups according to their perception of benefits and costs of Online Behavioral Advertising(OBA), 2) to explore differences among them, and 3) to investigate antecedent variables that affect the consumers' perception of OBA. Online survey data collected from 1,000 online users. The findings of this study are as follows. First, the result of cluster analysis identified four distinctive consumer groups according to the levels of perceived benefits and costs of OBA: 'Indifferent group', 'cost-centered group', 'benefit-centered group', and 'Benefit-cost balanced group'. Second, four consumer groups showed differences in their demographics, advertising related variables, privacy related variables, and technology related variables. Third, according to multinomial logistic analysis, it was found that there were different factors affecting consumers' perception of benefits and costs of OBA.

Configuration management is an important project management method. Configuration management is increasing daily and improving defense power as a management tool for technical data of power support systems. Configuration management work must be carried out properly from the beginning of development to acquire an excellent weapon system. In procurement, configuration management is a vital factor that can determine the cost of maintaining operations during the transfer of military supplies and carry out systematic management among operational support. Countries are making changes to policies and systems to manage R&D, standards, and patents in conjunction with each other from the beginning of research and execution, and it is important to establish the concept of managing and controlling the configuration as an efficient means of managing military resources. To identify the activity details during the entire life cycle from the beginning of acquisition to the end of disposal by linking munitions configuration control with the total life cycle, and redefine the appropriate work system, this study investigated and analyzed the U.S. configuration control procedures to identify the activity details and present areas to develop.

암호 시스템들은 복잡한 연산과정을 수행하므로 소프트웨어적으로 구현할 경우 수행속도가 저하되는 단점이 있다. 이를 고속으로 수행하기 위하여 암호 시스템을 하드웨어적으로 구현하는 연구가 활발히 수행되고 있는 것이 현재의 추세이다. 암호 시스템을 하드웨어 모듈로 개발하는 과정 중에는 설계한 모듈이 올바르게 동작하는 지의 여부를 검증하는 과정이 필수적으로 포함된다. 기존의 방법은 검증하고자 하는 암호 알고리즘의 종류에 따라 검증도구를 다시 개발해야 하는 번거로움으로 시간과 비용의 낭비가 초래되었다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 검증 방법을 보완하는 방법으로 PC 기반의 소프트웨어 통제 하에서 어떤 종류의 암호 하드웨어 모듈에 대해서도 호환성을 갖출 신뢰성 있는 검증 도구를 효과적으로 개발하였다.

군사용 전자광학장비는 1970년대 중반부터 국방과학연구소를 중심으로 관련 방산업체들이 협력하여 연구개발한 결과, 비교적 짧은 시간에 선진국 수준의 기술들이 확보되었다. 특히 생산된 전자광학장비는 군의 감시정찰 능력 증대에 활용되었고 대부분의 전술급 감시정찰 영상 장비나 사격통제용 영상센서들이 이제는 독자 개발, 생산되고 있다. 전자광학장비는 선진국에 비해 비용대비 투자 효과면에서 우위를 점하고 있기 때문에 국내 수요 뿐 아니라 세계시장을 겨냥한 수출을 적극적으로 추진해야 할 시점으로 보여지며 기술 확보를 위한 방산전문업체와 우수 중소기업의 참여 확대가 요구되고 있다.

최근 세계 자동차업계는 구조개편과 혁신을 동시에 추진하고 있다. 미국 빅 3의 회생을 위해 미국 정부가 직접 나서서 구조조정을 독려하고 있으며, 유럽의 소형차 업체인 폭스바겐과 피아트는 세계 1위와 2위 자리를 목표로 인수합병에 적극 나서고 있다. 일본 지동차업계도 감원을 최소화하면서 대대적인 비용절감을 추진하고 있다. 여기에 중국정부는 자국 자동차산업에 대한 통제와 지원을 강화하면서 추격 전략에서 선도 전략으로 육성 전략을 전환하고 있다. 이러한 가운데 산학관 협력을 통한 자동차업체간 첨단 기술 개발 경쟁도 심화되고 있다. 적자에 허덕이고 있는 자동차업계를 지원하기 위해 각국 정부가 대규모 구제 금융과 연구개발 보조금을 지원하고 있기 때문이다. 이하에서는 가시화되고 있는 세계 자동차산업의 구조개편과 혁신 전략에 대해 살펴보고 타이어업계에 대한 시사점을 도출해 보기로 한다.
