Detecting Fake Job Recruitment with a Machine Learning Approach (머신 러닝 접근 방식을 통한 가짜 채용 탐지)

  • With the advent of applicant tracking systems, online recruitment has become more popular, and recruitment fraud has become a serious problem. This research aims to develop a reliable model to detect recruitment fraud in online recruitment environments to reduce cost losses and enhance privacy. The main contribution of this paper is to provide an automated methodology that leverages insights gained from exploratory analysis of data to distinguish which job postings are fraudulent and which are legitimate. Using EMSCAD, a recruitment fraud dataset provided by Kaggle, we trained and evaluated various single-classifier and ensemble-classifier-based machine learning models, and found that the ensemble classifier, the random forest classifier, performed best with an accuracy of 98.67% and an F1 score of 0.81.

  • Technology roadmaps (TRMs) are considered to be the essential tool for strategic technology planning and management. Recently, rapidly evolving technological trends and severe technological competition are making TRM more important than ever before. That is because TRM plays a role of "map" that align organizational objectives with their relevant technologies. However, constructing and managing TRMs are costly and time-consuming because they rely on the qualitative and intuitive knowledge of human experts. Therefore, enhancing the productivity of developing TRMs is one of the major concerns in technology planning. In this regard, this paper proposes a technology roadmapping approach based on function of which concept includes objectives, structures and effects of a technology and which are represented as Subject-Action-Object structures extractable by exploiting natural language processing of patent text. We expect that the proposed method will broaden experts' technological horizons in the technology planning process and will help to construct TRMs efficiently with the reduced time and costs.

Estimating Willingness to Switch to MVNO for Activation of Mobile Data Services (무선데이터서비스 활성화를 위한 MVNO 전환의사비용 추정)

  • This study uses the contingent valuation method to estimate the switching cost for adopting the MVNO service. The findings are as follows.: First, Willingness To Switch(WTS) increases as users' using pattern and perceived degree of MVNO service, but satisfaction with current service provider does not play a significant role in predicting Switching Cost. This means that as amount of money users can save exceeds a certain level, users decide to willingly change their service provider to MVNO regardless of their level of satisfaction with current service provider. Second, there are differences in WTS among service subscribers in SKT, KT and LGU+. It means that there will be a difference in the tendency to switch to MVNO among subscribers of service providers. This study suggest the following mangerial perspective to effectively promote the MVNO and boost the MVNO market for activation of mobile data services.: First, MVNOs are better off applying differentiated pricing scheme at attractive rates than using a differentiation of service product and quality. Second, regulators should consider how to implement an MVNO regulatory policy when there is an asymmetric customer loyalty among MNOs. This research will be used to set the MVNO's pricing strategy and to build up a successful regulatory policies.

Chronic Physical Comorbidities and Total Medical Costs in Patients with Schizophrenia (조현병 환자의 동반 만성신체질환 현황 및 총 의료비용에 관한 연구)

  • Objectives : This study tried to explore the prevalence of chronic physical diseases in patients with schizophrenia and its effects on total medical costs. Methods : The Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service data in 2014-2015 was employed. Only the injuries and diseases, identically diagnosed 3 times or more as a major or minor injury and disease, were classified into chronic physical diseases to improve data accuracy. Total medical costs included out-of-pocket and insurer's costs from health care system perspective. Results : It was shown that 24.5%, 17.3% and 23.4% of schizophrenia patients had one, two and three or more chronic physical diseases, respectively. There was a high prevalence of not only metabolic, but also musculoskeletal, diseases in those patients. The amount of 2015 total medical costs of patients with schizophrenia in 2014 was about 1.08 trillion won. The factors affecting the costs included sex, age, number of chronic physical diseases, and health insurance status. Conclusions : It is considered that clinical practice guidelines based on personal diseases may not sufficiently solve the problems for comorbidities in schizophrenia patients. Accordingly, it should be required to develop models for new types of medical systems capable of treating and caring varied illnesses at the same time.

  • Self-healing 키 분배 방법은 불안정한 채널에서 규모가 크고 동적인 그룹에 적합하다. 제한된 전력과 컴퓨팅 능력을 가진 다수의 노드들을 기반으로 하는 센서네트워크 환경에서 self-healing 키 분배 방법은 효율적인 키 분배를 제공할 수 있는 접근법이다. 더불어 local collaboration은 같은 그룹에 속한 노드들이 서로 협력하여 그룹 키를 보호하고 침입자에 의해 손상된 노드를 발견할 수 있는 유용한 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 self-healing 키 분배 방법을 보완하여 센서네트워크 환경에 적용하기 위하여 임의의 변수를 적용한 지역적 협력(local collaboration)을 사용한다. 결과적으로 그룹 단위로 키를 안전하게 분배 및 관리를 할 수 있으며 센서 노드들 간의 통신비용 및 메모리에 대한 효율성 향상을 가져올 수 있음을 실험을 통하여 검증한다.

  • A major element in the evaluation of reliability worth is the customer cost associated with a loss of supply. This paper proposes a new methodology to estimate the IEAR(Interrupted energy assessment rate) based on expectation value of outage time by using micro approach. The case study in this paper was performed on the basis of the survey data which had been conducted in a previous research.

  • 정보 통신 기술의 발달로 엄청난 양의 정보가 World Wide Web을 통해 저장되고 공유된다. 웹 정보의 양이 커질수록 이의 구조화 노력은 점증될 수밖에 없다. 본 논문의 목적은 웹을 유향그래프로 인식하고, 특히 웹 사이트에 초점을 맞추어 웹의 시작페이지(default page)와 이를 제외한 모든 페이지에 대해 최적구조화를 수행하되, 각 개별 웹 페이지를 하나의 종점(terminal page)으로 정의하고, 시작 페이지로부터 각 페이지로의 최적의 경로를 찾아내면서 전체 site의 비용을 최소화할 수 있는 구조를 탐색하는 것이다. 또한 라그랑지안 릴렉세이션을 적용하여 경로 제약조건의 변화에 대해 효율적인 최적해의 변화를 검증하며, 웹의 구조적분석에 적합한지 여부를 적용하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 웹에 대해 최적화 모델링을 입안 및 분석하였으며, 실험으로서 입안된 모델을 최적화 툴에 적용하여 최적구조화에 부합되는 결과를 얻을 수 있음을 입증하였다.

  • 비영리기관이 직면한 도전은 영리기업이 직면한 도전과 상당히 일치한다. 영리기업들은 경쟁증가, 비용증가 다양한 도전사항에 직면하고 있으며, 이러한 도전사항으로 부터 올바른 길로 이끌어 줄 도구로 BSC를 채택하고 있다. 비영리기관은 동일한 도전에 직면했을 때 BSC로부터 얻는 이점이 영리기관과 동일하거나 더 크지 않는 한 이를 채택하려고 하지 않을 것이다. 우리는 이 논문에서 BSC가 크고 작은 연구기관 공공기관과 비영리기관 모두에 성공적으로 적용 가능하고 생각하였고, 그래서 먼저 'BSC가 왜 중요한가?'에 대하여 알아보고, '비영리기관의 BSC는 영리기관의 BSC 접근법과 유사하지 않은가?' 생각해보고 연구기관의 프로젝트 전개에 적합한 BSC를 전개하고자 한다.

  • 본 연구는 입력된 영상으로부터 특정한 형태를 이루고 있는 대상 물체를 추출함에 있어, 처리에 소요되는 시간 비용(Time cost)을 줄이는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위하여 특정 관심 지역(Region of Interest)이나 대상 물체(Tareet object)의 경계 검출(Boundary detection)을 하는 과정에 통계학적 수치자료(SSM : Statistical Shape Model)를 사용한 접근법을 이용하였다. 또한, 향후 연구 방향인 의료 영상해석(Medical image analysis)으로의 확장성을 고려, 의료 영상 해석에 많이 사용되어지는 MRI, CT, X-Ray 이미지가 Gray level 영상이라는 것을 감안하여 Gray level 영상을 연구 대상으로 삼았다.

  • The aim of this paper is to evaluate users benefit values of theme park using Travel Cost Method with special reference to Woobang Tower Land in Taegu for the estimation of economic values. This research is mainly based on questionnaire survey of 100 users of the theme park. Socio-economic factors such as income, year of education, annual income, age and money(travel cost) are analysed from 5 residential areas of the respondents. Multiple regression analysis was used for the evaluation of annual number of park visitings based on the analysis. The regression model shows NV = $\alpha$+$\beta_1$TC+$\beta_2$INC+$\beta_3$EDU+$\beta_4$AGE (NV : Annual Number of Visitings, TC : Travel Cost, INC : Annual Income, EDU : Years of Education, AGE : Age). Regarding to visitors demand curve based on the equation showed that annual economic values of Woobang Tower Land was estimated as 50billion Korean Won.
