  • 본 논문에서는 수요반응(Demand Response) 프로그램 적용 시 각 소비자의 부하패턴 변화에 따른 계통운영자(Independent System Operator : ISO)의 총 발전비용 변화량을 Shapley Value를 이용하여 각 소비자가 총 발전비용 감소에 기여한 정도를 파악할 것이다. 또한 사례연구를 통하여 수요반응 프로그램에서의 각 부하패턴 변화 유형에 따른 총 발전비용 감소에 대한 기여도 및 Shapley Value 적용 전후의 결과를 비교 분석하였다.

  • To maintain the public office buildings, the related government employee uses cost under the limited budget. it is difficult to execute the budget as is assigned to maintenance items with contemplating the characteristics such as frequency, cost/item, weighting factor, and etc. As a precedent study about this cost-efficiency model, this study is intended to show the expenditure trends, frequencies, and cost distributions of maintenance items for the development of cost-efficiency model by analyzing time series data from the surveys on maintenance costs of the selected public office buildings.

Rendering States Changing Costs Reducing Technique for Real-time 3D Graphics (실시간 3D 그래픽을 위한 렌더링 상태 변경 비용 감소 기법)

  • In real-time 3D Graphics, pipeline optimization is one of techniques enhancing rendering performance. Pipeline optimization is kind of buffer reordering problem, but it is NP-hard. Therefore techniques that is approximating optimal solution and suitable for real-time 3D graphics are needed. This paper analyze pattern of rendering states changing costs for real-time 3D graphics, and based on this, the algorithm that brings rendering states into line by changing costs is proposed. The proposed technique shows good performance enhancement when costs of some rendering states are much higher than others. Proposed technique shows 2.5 to 4 times better performance than non-ordering algorithm and becomes more faster when rendering costs of a state gets higher.

  • 이동통신 네트워크의 위치영역 설계는 위치관리 비용을 최소화하도록 네트워크를 위치영역으로 분리하는 문제이다. 기존 위치영역 설계 관련 연구는 설계의 모수가 되는 호 발생률 및 셀 간 가입자 이동률을 고정된 것으로 가정하였다. 그러나 실제 환경에서의 두 모수는 시간에 따라 변화하고, 일정한 패턴을 나타내며, 시간 당 셀 내 인구에 영향을 받는다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 인구유동 및 호 발생의 불확실성 및 시간에 따는 패턴 변화를 고려하여 기준 이상의 페이징 서비스 품질을 만족시키고, 비용을 최소화 하는 위치영역 설계 방식을 제안하였다. 모수의 변동에 일정 서비스 품질을 보장하기 위해 시간대 및 가동률 상한의 개념을 도입하여 추계적 문제를 정적 그래프 분리문제로 변환하였고, 이에 대한 솔루션은 Simulated Annealing을 응용한 경험적 최적해 도출 알고리즘을 이용하여 도출했다.

Defect-Limited Yield Difference Model (결함 제한적 수율변화 모델)

  • This paper propose a novel yield difference model according to layout modification. The difference of average number of faults by layout modification to increase or decrease spaces between geometries is formulated for short faults and open faults. Complex modification including wire bending with jogs is also modeled by dividing patterns into segments and redefining spaces and widths. This model can help to monitor the yield change and to generate a cost function of defect-limited yield quickly.

  • 정부의 녹색성장기본법(안)에 따라 총량제한 배출권 거래제가 도입될 예정이므로, 배출규제에 대응한 전력시장의 제도적 대응이 요구된다. 본 논문은 배출비용을 감안한 발전원가를 평가하고, 전력시장이 현 비용입찰시장(CBP)의 형태를 유지한다는 전제하에 배출규제에 따른 전력시장가격의 영향을 분석하였다. 배출비용을 감안하더라도 전원별 급전우선순위는 변화하지 않으므로 비용최소화를 위한 전략은 기존 발전패턴을 유지하고 배출권을 구입하는 전략이 된다. 그러나 전기요금 안정화를 위한 발전회사의 수익 규제는 연료전환을 유도하여 배출감축에는 기여하지만, 발전비용 및 전력시장가격을 다소 상승시키게 된다. 한편 발전회사에 대한 수익규제는 배출권시장의 수급여건을 변화시키게 되므로, 전력시장과 배출권시장의 운영, 분석 및 규제에 대한 일원화된 체제의 필요성을 강하게 시사한다.

  • In case of reducing working time, it is difficult that the construction industry is analyzed far-reaching effects caused by a reduction of working time, by approaching with just the total amount of work. Because it has the properties such as the singularity, the outdoor using, a sense of the season unlike other industries. In order to analyze the effect of a reduction of working time on the construction industry, the example of a reduction of working time in domestic other industries related with it was analyzed intensively first. And an example in Japan, which is similar to our existing related laws and industrial structure among foreign construction industries was analyzed, and a relation with the domestic construction industries and an issue were drown a conclusion. This was applied to a field worker and a related main group participating in a real production. And it showed the prediction model for a working pattern and a dealing plan to prepare in a construction site by predicting a working pattern in the management side of a construction site annually.

The development of intrusion sensor using the variations of speckle patterns (스페클 패턴을 이용한 침입자 센서의 개발)

  • The speckle pattern is formed by laser light from a multimode optical fiber. The speckle fluctuation is the result of interference among propagation modes when the optical fiber is subjected to a mechanical distortion at any point along its length. The experiments were carried on for the study of the feasibility of producing an intrusion detection system using the speckle fluctuation. The speckle fluctuation signals were monitored at real time by an oscilloscope which was connected with an amplifier and a filter. The experiment results showed that the intrusion sensor had enough sensitivity to detect an intruder.

  • It is practically hard to measure vehicle fuel consumption required to evaluate the energy-related governmental policies and traffic management strategies; the existing methods are too simplified due to the limited field data available. Existing methods are even unable to reflect the amount of fuel consumed when vehicles accelerate and decelerate, and such technical limitations have reduced the quality of the policy evaluation. This study proposes a new fuel consumption model that simultaneously considers the effects of both cruising speed and acceleration/deceleration of vehicles. A new fuel consumption model was developed based on the simulation data generated by AVL Cruise, a vehicle simulation program. The estimated by the proposed model was compared against the one from the existing method. Comparison results showed that the proposed model provided much reliable estimate (fuel consumption) than the other did.
