To prevent the Sewol incident again, by which the victims are 294 dead and still 10 missing, this study analyzed the change of safety consciousness of passengers onboard ship comparatively before and after the Sewol incident. The survey had performed 2 times at Jeju coastal cruise terminal at February 2014 and May 2014, and effective respondents were 394 and 401, respectively. After the Sewol incidents, the answers' ratio that they would follow the routes that the crews show and they would follow the crews' evacuation guides are decreased 24.5% and 18.5%, respectively. This means that the reliability on the crew members were decreased. Although 77.6% passengers responded that they felt nervousness onboard ship, 60% did not take safety lesson(s) and 45% did not know how to wear a life jacket. And also over 50% did not check the evacuation route map and the location of lifeboat, respectively. Meanwhile, 86.9% respondents answered the system of safey lesson should be changed, which has normally done by TV set.

본 논문은 가압펌프용 전동기에 대한 기동방법을 정류소자(Soft starter)에 의한 기동전류 제어방식을 채택하고 있는 수도사업장에서 한전 수전에 의한 펌프모터 기동시에는 원활하게 운전이 가능하였으나 비상용 디젤발전기 부하운전에서 펌프모터를 기동하는데 실패함에 따라 상이한 전력공급계통으로부터 펌프모터 기동시 콘덴서의 특이현상과 고조파의 영향에 따른 모터 기동특성을 비교분석한 사례를 중심으로 연구되었다.

In 2011, There were about 25,000 people died because of heart disease. The aim of this paper is to design a heart attack situation monitoring and spreading system for patients. Wearable computer with a sensor is used to monitor heart rate. Heart rate is transffered to smartphone with bluetooth. After analyzing heart rate, smartphone spread out the emergency situation by various service including emergency call, SNS and SMS.

In this study, we surveyed the Marado status of the availability of emergency runway for the LSA, through site visits. For the future progress Marado flight tour operation, for LSA of 4 models with respect to just in case there was an emergency situation analysis of the availability of emergency runway. We analyzed the problems of the sloping runway with the changing elements for the kinetic and potential energy. The Bingo and CH-650 models of LSA are usability emergency runway of Marado for take-off and landing. But the AT-4 and CTLS models of LSA are limited or impossible to use emergency runway of the Marado.

지난 7월 25일 경부터 10일간 호남지방을 때린 호우와 그뒤에 불어 닥친 폭태풍주디호의 내습에 의한 경남.전남지방의 농사.도로.항만파손, 가옥유실피해는 7월중의 통계만봐도 인명 164명(실종포함)에 재산피해액 2,593억원에 달하고 있다. (중앙재해대책본부집계) 매스콤은 일제히 수재의연금품 모집의 사고와 기사를 싣고 동포애발휘를 호소하면서 8월초순에 접어들자 전국의 신문.방송.TV는 홍수피해기사와 연달아 8일자 조선일보1면톱 "하수하루 240만톤강에 방류.5개직할시 처리시설 부족. 하천오염.건설부국회자료" 기사를 효시로 5대강이 썩어감에 따른 식수비상을 일제히 대서특필하기 시작했다. 한강등의 중금속오염경고 학계발표를 인용보도한것은 4공화국의 말기였고 한때 문교부가 학계발표에 제동을 걸어 식수오염문제발표는 위축되어 초점을 잃고 죽은 어류사진과 거품이 떠내려가는 말초적인 현황보도에 그쳤고 원인분석등 심층보도는 연구기관의 공식발표에 의존할 방법밖에 없어 "알듯모르듯"하는 선에서 방황했었다. 8월초순부터 20일 동안은 하천오염에 따른 오늘의 식수문제가 성대의 이슈로 지면을 덮었고 반드시 개선돼야 할 중대사이기에 기록해둔다.

When power failure occurs at multi-housing complex, auxiliary generator or emergency generator starts to provide power to households. This power is connected to emergency power ELB(Earth Leakage Breaker) at home distribution panel board and supplies power only for emergency light in living room but for heating system, refrigerator and other inevitable apparatuses that are in need of uninterruptible power. Since those domestic appliance are fed from common power line, they are inoperable during power failure. Our research is to resolve this problem by developing compatible relay-drive common/emergency-power ATS (automatic transfer switch) for home distribution panel board. In case of power failure, it transfers automatically and commences to provide power from emergency generator. Through this, Consumers can reach satisfaction where common power loads operate without any problem under both ordinary and power failure condition.

본 연구는 2014년부터 2019년 9월 현재 신용보증기금의 자료를 이용하여 5,521 샘플의 중소상공인의 금융실태를 최초로 광범위하게 분석하였다. 중소상공인의 비중은 남성 장년층이 압도적인데 여성의 경우 청년의 비중이 높은 편이다. 기업 대부분에서 창업자와 대표자가 동일인이다. 상시 및 비상시 직원수는 5명이하가 83%에 달한다. 역시 80% 이상의 중소상공인이 2억 미만의 금액에 대하여 대출보증 서비스를 이용하고 있다. 신보의 재무등급점수는 100점 만점 중 10점 이하의 기업이 47%에 달한다. 2018년 연매출액 평균은 17억원 정도다. 같은 기간 중 부채비율의 평균은 361%다. 본 연구는 향후 중소상공인에 대한 연구와 정책개발에 중요하게 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

The study analyzes the appropriate number of people per a household by applying an evacuation simulation to a 27-floor apartment in accordance with the NFPA 101 standard. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, if there are three people residing in each household, there would be 156 households in total, of which 85.25% were evacuated within 5 minutes. Second, 208 households with 4 residents were evacuated within 5 minutes. Third, if there are five people residing in each household, there would be a total of 260 households and 71.92% of residents were evacuated within 5 minutes. Lastly, 62.82% of the 312 households, each consisting of 6 people, were evacuated within 5 minutes. Measures to reduce evacuation time include determining the width of the stairs according to the number of people indoors, the number of floors in the building, the slope of stairs, and the users' characteristics, the design reflecting the ventilation conditions of the stairs, the installment of outdoor evacuation stairs, two-way stairs, evacuation lift, and the installation of an evacuation safety zone for people to evacuate outside of the building in the middle floors. In addition, measures, such as the mandatory installation of automatic emergency door open-close device to the rooftop, are required to facilitate rooftop evacuation.

구순 구개열 환자의 악교정 성형수술로 구강내 Le Fort II 골절단술이나 비중격 성형술이 많이 이용되는데, 이때 비골의 외측골절단술을 요하며, 이에 대한 술 후 합병증으로 비루관의 폐쇄나 비골의 분쇄골절 등이 발생할 수 있어, 악안면기형 환자를 다루는 구강악안면외과의사에게 비루관의 웅용해부학적 연구는 중요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 교합면을 기준으로 촬영된 컴퓨터 단충 촬영에서 비루관의 위치와 크기를 조사하는데 있다. 2000년 7월부터 2003년 2월까지 서울대학교병원 구강악안면방사선과에서 컴퓨터 단층촬영을 시행한 환자 62명을 대상으로 비상악봉합선에서 비루관까지의 최단거리와 비루관의 최대반경과 최소반경을 측정하였다. 우측비상악 봉합선에서 비루관까지의 거리는 5.68mm이고, 좌측은 5.67mm였다. 좌우 및 성별간의 차이는 없었다. 이의 해부학적 지견은 악기형 수술시의 비루관 폐쇄라는 합병증의 예방책으로 기여하리라 생각된다.

우주물체 전자광학 감시체계(OWL: Optical Wide-field Patrol)는 광학망원경을 통해 우주물체를 검출하는 시스템이다. 검출기 시스템의 하드웨어 구성은 Chopper, Filter Wheel, De-Rotator로 구성된 Wheel station과 CCD 카메라로 구성된다. Chopper는 CCD 영상에서 위성의 궤적을 자르는 역할을 하고 Filter Wheel은 관측대상의 파장 영역대를 선택하는 기능을 한다. 영상획득용 CCD카메라는 천문관측용 Full Frame 방식의 카메라를 사용하고 있으며 모델명 PL16803의 FLI 제품을 사용한다. 검출기시스템은 시스템 부팅 후 "Health check"를 통하여 검출기시스템의 상태를 점검하고 "과거이력관리" 및 "과거미처리 영상관리"를 점검하여 부팅 이전에 비상사태 등으로 인해, 비정상적으로 종료되어 처리되지 못한 명령이나 영상자료를 처리한다. 그리고 이에 대한 보고서를 기록하여 보관한다. 검출기시스템은 관측명령서(OCF: Observation Command File)를 받게 되면 자동 관측을 수행하며, 자동 관측 전에 "OCF 동기화"를 통하여 최신의 명령을 유지한다. 자동 관측이 종료된 후에는 획득한 영상을 처리하는 과정을 진행한다. 영상자료 처리과정 중에는 위성의 궤적을 "Line-Detection"을 통해 검출하고 World Coordinate System(WCS)를 계산 한 후, 이미지 상의 특정 위성 궤적의 좌표를 RA, DEC으로 표현되는 위치정보를 획득하도록 프로그램되어 있다. 이 외에도 운용 소프트웨어에는 자동 초점기능을 수행하는 기능도 포함하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 검출기 부분에 대한 설계 및 시험의 과정을 기술하였다.
