Our country is criticized that is gambling republic recently. It is shy, but do not refute through present actual conditions. Gambling had increased and generated much problems in our country. But, gambling permited socially. So, control system that do snow about gambling is insufficient. In the meantime, police's confrontation about gambling crime was not effective. Active confrontation about police's gambling crime must consist now. This research groped police's active confrontation way about gambling crime, police is improving crime information management system of gambling crime and utilize in investigation.

Adjacent housing units suffer inevitable thermal losses if an unheated unit exists in an apartment building. Thermal loss of the units adjoining the unheated apartment can be neglected because the contact area is small and insulators are located in the walls. When insulators are not included in the slab between the upper and lower units, 70% of the heat supplied by an Ondol system may be used in the original unit, but 30% is transferred to the unit on the lower floor. Another 30% can be obtained from the ceiling if the upper floor housing unit is heated. This strong thermal connection is a characteristic of Ondol heating in apartment buildings. When there is an unheated unit, the lower floor unit uses 42.3% more heating energy if there is no insulation and 19.5% if a 35 mm insulator is used as in the current guidelines. Therefore, much thicker insulation should be applied to weaken the thermal connection.

Like a violence occurred by security guardians in the Yoosung or SJM Enterprise, a series of security company in Korea has repeated illegal conduct. So human rights violations are getting to be very heavy. The National Police Agency, the controller of the Security Services Industry Act, requires stricter regulations for the defense industry direction. here followed the research about some provisions in the Security Services Industry Act relating to 'the collective civil appeals spot' examining the contents of the Problems and discussed about it.

An unrecorded Orchid species, Habenaria dentata (Sw.) Schltr. (Orchidaceae), was recognized in Gahoe-myeon and Ssangchaek-myeon, Hapcheon-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do, South Korea. H. dentata is closely related to H. radiata (Thunb.) Spreng., it can distinguished by sepal white and larger than petals, and serrated margins of the labellum. A new Korean name, 'Keun-hae-o-ra-bi-nan-cho', was given based on its taller stem and more flowers (at least with three) in comparison to H. radiata (Thunb.) Spreng. We provide here its redescription, illustrations, photographs, and a key to its closely related taxa.

In this digital environment, license contracting and technical protection measure are being used by copyright holders as a means to restrict the rights of information users. The study reviewed the conflicting relationship between the copyright law and the contract law for digital resources the use of which is based on license contracting, and investigated the legal interpretations of the conflicting relationship between the two. And then based on the analysis of IF LA's position on copyright in the digital environment, the study suggested the expected role of librarians to cope with the technological overrides of copyright rules and to expand the rights of information users.

In this paper, we had analyzed comsbustion gases using a GASTEC colorimetric gas detector tube according to the method of NES 713 in order to combustion gases toxicity evaluation for beads polystyrene foam, extruded polystyrene foam, rigid polyurethane foam, flexible polyurethane foam, flexible polyvinyl chloride pipe, vinyl floor cover, polyethyelene foam(flame retardant untreated) and polyethyelene foam (flame retardant treated) of plastics material. As results of gas analyses by using this method, comsbustion gases producted from small specimens of plastics material had reached fatal to man at 30 minutes exposure time that had possesed toxicity index of more than 1. Toxicity indexes of each specimen were estimated range of 4.3∼179.2, flexible polyvinyl chloride showed the hightest toxicity index at 179.2, and beads polystyrene foams showed the lowest toxicity index at 4.3.

최근 고층건물 화재의 대표적 사례인 부산 해운대 우신골드스위트 주상복합건물 화재 확대의 주요 원인으로 작용했던 석유화학제품 중 배관보온재를 감싸고 있는 보온필름의 화재특성에 대해 연구를 하였다. 본 화재결과 배관보온필름이 화재취약성을 가지고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 하지만 명확한 법적규제가 없는 것과 시공비 절감을 위해 대부분의 공사업자들은 비난연제품으로 시공을 하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 잘못된 시공으로 인한 위험성을 알리고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 국내에서 생산된 마감용 배관 보온필름 네 종류를 사용하여 화재특성을 분석하였다. 네 종류 중 두 종류는 난연성능이 있는 제품이고 나머지 두 종류는 난연성능이 없는 제품으로 선정하였다. 실험은 제품의 열방출률을 알기위해 콘칼로리미터를 사용하였고 또한 실제 피트 내에 배관보온필름 화재를 묘사하기 위해 45도연소시험기를 사용하여 연소실험을 하였다.

본 연구는 기업의 기술 유출 및 특허 침해라는 정보 보안 문제 발생 시, 브랜드 기업의 시장 지위에 따라 가해 및 피해 기업에 대한 소비자 반응이 달라질 수 있다는 점에서 착안하였다. 같은 예로 대한민국 국가대표 축구팀이 약팀과의 경기에서 졌을 때, 일부는 경기력을 비난하지만, 일부는 선수 부상, 날씨, 시차 적응 등 상황이 불리했음에도 잘 싸웠다고 평가하는 경우가 있다. 이처럼 어떤 부정적 결과 대해 사람들은 각자 다른 평가를 한다는 맥락에서 기술 유출과 특허 침해와 같은 정보 보안 문제가 발생한 기업에 대해 소비자 인식과 태도는 다르게 나타날 수 있다. 이와 같이 소비자 관점에서 기대와 실제가 불일치한 지각과정을 설명하는 심리적 메카니즘에는 동화-대조 효과가 있다. 본 연구는 기술 유출 및 특허 침해에서 일어나는 소비자 동화-대조 효과를 심리학의 귀인 이론을 통해 설명하고, 이 때 사람들의 귀인 방향이 브랜드 명성이 높을 때와 낮을 때, 기술 유출 경로가 내부자일 때와 내부자가 아닐 때에 나타나는 소비자 반응을 확인하고자 한다. 또한, 이로써 나타나는 소비자 반응을 귀인 이론의 방향성과 메커니즘을 통해 설명하려 한다. 동화-대조 효과에서 나타나는 귀인의 방향성과 소비자 반응 관계를 분석한다면, 추후 기업의 R&D와 기술 개발 전략, 지적 재산권 침해 이후 사태에 대한 대응과 수습에 가이드를 제공할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

This study examined the moderating effect of self-forgiveness on the relationship between self-criticism and social anxiety among male and female college students. This study included 441 college students (211 male and 230 female students) with an average age of 22.2. Pearson correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were conducted. As a result, the moderating effect of self-forgiveness on the relationship between self-criticism and social anxiety was significant for male students. A higher level of self-criticism tended to result in a higher level of social anxiety that was strengthened in the group of lower level of self-forgiveness versus a tendency for self-criticism to increase male social anxiety was weaker in the group with a higher level of self-forgiveness. However, the moderating effect of self-forgiveness was not significant in female students and only the main effect of self-criticism on social anxiety was significant. The results provide a basis to understand the psychological processes of social anxiety in college students. The results suggest the necessity to intervene and strengthen self-forgiveness as a protective factor to alleviate the negative effects of self-blame on social anxiety in male college students.
