Disability Sports Instructor's Experience Analysis on Program Operation for People with Disability (장애인체육지도자의 프로그램 운영 경험 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to prepare primary data for providing smooth and systematic rehabilitation sports services by confirming the opinions of instructors experienced in the field of disability sports before the implementation of Article 15 'Rehabilitation sports' of the 'Act on Guarantee of Right to Health and Access to Health Services for Persons with Disabilities. In-depth interviews were conducted as a research method, and qualitative analysis was conducted on the contents of the interview. The in-depth interview is unstructured, allowing disability sports instructor to freely present their opinions on difficulties experienced while operating the program, necessary matters for rehabilitation sports implementation. We transcribed the recording data of the in-depth interview and coded the opinions through the thematic analysis method among qualitative research methods. As a result, the final 104 opinions were used and classified into 9 categories; rehabilitation sports goal, training rehabilitation sports instructor, evaluation items and educational guidelines, relationships with program participants, facilities utilization, effects, the timing of provision, and doctor roles.

The Effects of Differential Axial Shortening on RC High-rise Buildings with Outrigger or Mega Structure Systems (아웃리거구조시스템과 메가구조시스템 적용에 따른 철근콘크리트 초고층 건물에 대한 부등축소의 영향)

  • It is essential to control the lateral displacement and differential axial shortening of the vertical elements in high-rise buildings. Recently, an outrigger or a mega structure system has been adopted to control the lateral displacement. Furthermore, to resolve the problems caused by differential axial shortening in high-rise buildings, analytical prediction and correction is often studied; however, the study on the comparisons of the lateral load resisting systems to address differential axial shortening is less. Therefore, in this paper, a 60-story RC residential building using an outrigger or a mega structure system is analyzed with a construction sequence. Moreover, differential axial shortening can result in an additional member force of structural members and failure of non-structural members. These problems caused by differential axial shortening affects the behaviors and can damage the important structure member in the high-rise buildings. Hence, the effects of the systems on differential axial shortening between the vertical elements in high-rise buildings are studied.

  • Pelvic fractures are high-energy injuries, often accompanied by damage to the adjacent tissues and organs. For patients with pelvic trauma, active treatment is required early in the injury, because mortality can increase if appropriate treatment is not provided. In most cases, however, minimally invasive surgery is considered because extensive surgery cannot be performed due to the patient's condition. Percutaneous fixation of the pubis has been introduced because it can be applied easily to achieve the stability of the anterior part of the pelvis. Although many studies introduced percutaneous fixation of pubic bone fractures, most describe screw fixation for nondisplaced fractures. When treating displaced fractures with percutaneous screw fixation, it is difficult for the guide pin or drill bit to avoid the joint surface. Using a bent guide pin could allow easy insertion of the cannulated screw while avoiding the articular surface.

Verification on the Axial and Flexural Plastic Resistance Analysis of Unconfined Corrugate Steel Sheet and Concrete Composite Section (비구속 파형강판 합성단면의 압축 및 휨 소성해석방법에 관한 분석)

  • For the composite section of corrugated steel sheet and concrete, which is often used in soil structures, a conservative design method based on the ultimate strength state is still applied due to the difficulty of the analysis of compatibility condition. In this study, plastic analysis was performed on the flexural and axial strength of the composite section using two limit state design methods, LRFD and LSD. As a result of the analysis of the experimental results, the LRFD analysis value was interpreted as a conservative results for compressive strength, and it was analyzed that the effect of the concrete compressive strength was greater than the steel ratio of the steel plate. The flexural strength was analyzed to be in good agreement with the experimental results by the LSD analysis. From the parametric analysis on the design variables, the hogging moment, which is affected by the tensile strength of the steel plate, slightly decreased the increasing rate of the strength due to the influence of the bolts connection, but the sagging moment linearly increased according to the increment of steel reinforcement ratio.

  • In order to clarify the effect of underchannel drainage and culture on the ill-drainage paddy fields, the experiment was carried out at different amounts of fertilizer and planting space under the culvert. It had been found that the effect of underchannel drainage on the ill-drainage paddy field was very efficacious, and planting density was more effective on yield than the amount of fertilizer applied.

  • Rice plant was tested in the phytotron to know the varietal difference of ethylene production in different nitrogen levels. The high nitrogen concentrated varieties among tested varieties produced a large amount of ethylene. But high nitrogen concentrated leaf in the one variety produced less amount of ethylene. The varieties which produced a large amount of ethylene was remarkably increased ethylene in no nitrogen plot$(N_0)$ compare to standard level$(N_1)$. In contrast low ethylene producing varieties was remarkably decreased in double nitrogen level$(N_2)$.

  • With the development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, discussions on the use of artificial intelligence are actively taking place in many fields, and various policies for nurturing artificial intelligence talents are being promoted in the field of education. In this study, we propose a robot programming framework using artificial intelligence technology, and based on this, we use Python, which is used frequently in the machine learning field, and an educational robot that is highly utilized in the field of education to provide artificial intelligence. (AI) education program was proposed. The level of autonomous driving (levels 0-5) suggested by the International Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) is simplified to four levels, and based on this, the camera attached to the robot recognizes and detects lines (objects). The goal was to make a line detector that can move by itself. The developed program is not a standardized form of solving a given problem by simply using a specific programming language, but has the experience of defining complex and unstructured problems in life autonomously and solving them based on artificial intelligence (AI) technology. It is meaningful.

Numerical Analysis of Dam-Break Flow in an Experimental Channel using Cut-Cell Method (분할격자기법을 이용한 실험수조 댐붕괴파의 수치모의)

  • In this study, dam-break flows are simulated numerically by using an efficient and accurate Cartesian cut-cell mesh system. In the system, most of the computational domain is discretized by the Cartesian mesh, while peculiar grids are done by a cutcell mesh system. The governing equations are then solved by the finite volume method. An HLLC approximate Riemann solver and TVD-WAF method are employed to calculation of advection flux of the shallow-water equations. To validate the numerical model, the model is applied to some problems such as a steady flow convergence on an ideal bed, a steady flow over an irregular bathymetry, and a rectangular tank problem. The present model is finally applied to a simulation of dam-break flow on an experimental channel. The predicted water surface elevations are compared with available laboratory measurements. A very reasonable agreement is observed.

  • 고구려는 지리적인 조건으로 말미암아 삼국 가운데 가장 먼저 불교를 수용할 수 있었으며 5세기부터 7세기사이에 고구려의 불교문화가 백제, 신라와 고대 일본에 전해져 동아시아 전체에 보급되었다. 불교 전래 당시부터 고구려 왕실이 열성적으로 불교를 신봉한 일은 충분히 주목할 가치가 있는데, 왜냐하면 중앙 집권적 국가로 전환을 시도하던 때 마침 불교의 사회적 정치적 가치를 인식하게 되었기 때문이다. 불교와 왕권이 상호 관계를 강화하는 쪽으로 힘을 결집시켰는데, 왕실은 불교에 대해서 후한 지원을 아끼지 않았으며, 불교는 전륜성왕, 혹은 우주를 지배하는 자, 미륵 그리고 보살 등 모티브의 상징적 중요성을 통치자에게까지 확대시킴으로써 통치자의 지위를 신성시하는 이념적 기틀을 제공하였던 것이다. 이런 맥락에서 볼 때 불교를 받아들인 후에 세워진 비문들이 왕명 앞에 성(聖) 자를 붙여 왕의 지위를 신성화하는 의미를 나타내고 있다는 점은 우연의 일치가 아니다. 4세기말 국가 차원에서 불교를 수용한 고구려와 6세기초 법흥왕 당시의 신라는 시대적인 차이가 있으나, 국가 발전의 같은 단계에 서있었기 때문에 이 두 나라의 초기 불교 정책에 많은 유사점을 찾을 수 있다 고구려에서 거칠부와 더불어 신라로 넘어 온 혜량법사가 진흥왕 12년에 처음 개최된 백고좌강회는 《인왕경》에 입각한 것이며, 이 법회가 신라인의 사상적 통합과 진흥왕의 위업을 향상하는 데 기여하였다고 여겨진다. 그리고 진흥왕이 말년에 승복을 입고 법운이라는 법호를 택했는데 여기서 주목할만한 것은 법운(法雲)이 《십지경》에서 말하는 보살의 수행 최종 단계 그것에서 따온 것이며, 《십지경》은 이미 고구려에 익히 알려졌을 것이었다.신라 화랑이 미륵의 현현으로 여겨졌다 함은 일찍부터 지적되어 온 것입니다만 이 논문에서, 그것은 북중국에서 5·6세기경 유행한 그리고 소미륵으로 간주된 월광동자 (月光童子)신앙이 고구려를 통해 남하여 화랑의 사상적인 바탕이 됐다는 것으로 이해하였다. 그 증거로 《수라비구월광동자경》에 나타난 용어와 고대 한반도의 지명을 들 수 있는데 이 경은 고구려의 선인(仙人) 사상 및 신라의 화랑을 간접적으로 직결시킨다는 점도 염두 할 필요가 있다.

  • Developmental dysplasia of the hip is a condition characterized by hip joint instability due to acetabular dysplasia in infancy, necessitating precise ultrasound examination. Legg-Calvé-Perthes disease is caused by a temporary disruption in blood flow to the femoral head during childhood, progressing through avascular, fragmentation, re-ossification, and residual stages. Slipped capital femoral epiphysis is a condition where the femoral head shifts medially along the epiphyseal line during adolescence due to stress, such as weight-bearing. Differentiating between transient hip synovitis and septic arthritis may require joint fluid aspiration. Osteomyelitis can be associated with soft tissue edema and osteolysis. When multiple lesions are present, it is essential to distinguish between Langerhans cell histiocytosis and metastatic neuroblastoma. This review will introduce imaging techniques and typical findings for these conditions.
