A New Functional Synthesis Method for Macro Quantum Circuits Realized in Affine-Controlled NCV-Gates (의사-제어된 NCV 게이트로 실현된 매크로 양자회로의 새로운 함수 합성법)

  • Recently most of functional synthesis methods for quantum circuit realization have a tendency to adopt the declarative functional expression more suitable for computer algorithms, so it's difficult to analysis synthesized quantum functions. This paper presents a new functional representation of quantum circuits compatible with simple architecture and intuitive thinking. The proposal of this paper is a new functional synthesis development by using the control functions as the power of corresponding to affine-controlled quantum gates based on the mathematical substitution of serial-product matrix operation over the target line for the arithmetic and modulo-2 ones between power functions of unitary operators. The functional synthesis algorithm proposed in this paper is useful for the functional expressions and synthesis using both of reversible and irreversible affine-controlled NCV-quantum gates.

Magnetization Behavior of CoB/Ru/CoB Thin Film (CoB/Ru/CoB 박막 재료의 자화 거동 특성 분석)

  • We have analyzed the magnetization curves measures by using VSM and MOKE in synthetic antiferromagnetic coupled CoB/Ru/CoB thin film. The measured results were compared with calculated ones by Stoner-Wohlfarth model based on the magnetization behavior of two ferromagnetic layers ($M_1$, $M_2$). The calculated total magnetization ($M_{tot}=M_1+M_2$) and single layer magnetization($M_1$) behaviors were compared with measured results by using VSM and MOKE, respectively. The total magnetization curve ($M_{tot}=M_1+M_2$) showed reversible magnetization behavior with flopping field of about 50 Oe. While single layer magnetization ($M_1$) behaviors showed irreversible magnetization behavior in the field range of $H_F$ < H < $H_F$. These magnetization behaviors were explained by the angle difference between magnetization directions of two ferromagnetic layers in SAF sample.

  • The chemical behavior of trivalent lanthanide (Pr(III) and Yb(III)) and 2, 2, 6, 6-tetramethyl-3, 5-heptanedione(dipivaloylmethane) complexes was investigated by the use of direct current, differential pulse polarography and cyclic voltammetry. In this study, it was founded that the reduction of trivalent lanthanide complexes was observed by one electron transfer process at Epc = -0. 13 V and -0.80 V of Pr(III), and -0.02 V of Yb(III) vs. Ag-AgCl electrode. Also, it was founded that the treatment of DP and CV to the case of a first-order chemical equilibrium reaction preceding a reversible and irreversible one electron transfer reaction, (a >0. 5) the socalled ErCr electrode process. The equilibrium constant (lnK) obtained, of various solvents, these constant were founded to be increases with decreasing dielectric constant of the solvents. Plots of lnK for these reaction against ln(l/D) for the solvents was fairly straight lines, and the behavior of the heavier lanthanides was decreased equilibrium constant with increasing atomic number.

Synthesis of Silicon-Carbon by Polymer Coating and Electrochemical Properties of Si-C|Li Cell (고분자 도포를 이용한 실리콘-탄소의 합성 및 Si-C|Li Cell의 전기화학적 특성)

  • Si-C composites were prepared by the carbonization of silicon powder covered by polyaniline(PAn). Physical and electrochemical properties of the Si-C composites were characterized by the particle size analysis, X-ray diffraction technique, scanning electron microscope, and electrochemical test of battery. The average particle size of the Si was increased by the coating of PAn and somewhat reduced by the carbonization to give silicone-carbon composites. XRD analysis' results were confirmed co-existence of crystalline silicon and amorphous-like carbon. SEM photos showed that the silicon particle were well covered with carbonacious materials depend on the PAn content. Si-C|Li cells were fabricated using the Si-C composites and were tested using the galvanostatic charge-discharge test. Si-C|Li cells gave better electrochemical properties than that of Si|Li cell. Si-C|Li cell using the Si-C from HCl undoped PAn Precursor showed better electrochemical properties than that from HCl doped PAn Precursor. Using the electrolyte containing FEC as an additive, the initial discharge capacity was increased. After that the galvanostatic charge-discharge test with the GISOC(gradual increasing of the state of charge) condition was carried out. Si-C(Si:PAn:50:50 wt. ratio)|Li cell showed 414 mAh/g of the reversible specific capacity, 75.7% of IIE(initial intercalation efficiency), 35.4 mAh/g of IICs(surface irreversible specific capacity).

Lithium Battery Anode Properties of Ball-Milled Graphite-Silicon Composites (볼밀링법으로 제조된 흑연-실리콘 복합체의 리튬전지 음전극 특성)

  • To use as an anode material of lithium secondary battery, graphite-silicon composite powders are prepared by ball-milling with silicon nanoparticles (average diameter 100 nm, 0~50 wt%) and graphite powder (average diameter $15{\mu}m$) and their electrochemical properties are examined. As the silicon content increases, the graphite becomes smaller by the ball-milling and amorphous phase appears whereas the silicon do not suffer the change of nanocrystalline phases and embeds within the amorphous phase of graphite. Cyclic voltammetry at low scan rate reveals that typical oxidation peaks of graphite and silicon appear at 0.2~0.35 and 0.55~0.6 V, respectively, with higher reversibility for repeated cycles. In contrast, the high-scan-rate redox behavior is very irreversible for repeated cycles. High irreversible capacity is exhibited in the initial charging-discharging cycles, but it diminishes as the cycle number increases. The saturated discharge capacity achieves about 485 mAh $g^{-1}$ at 50th cycle for the composite of Si 20 wt%. This is due to the formation of amorphous graphite morphology by the adequate composition (C:Si=8:2 w/w), which efficiently buffers the volume change during alloying/dealloying between silicon and lithium.

  • 하수재이용에서 전처리 막여과 공정은 완벽한 고액분리로 인해 후단 역삼투막 손상을 줄일 수 있는 공정으로 각광을 받고 있다. 일반적으로 막여과 공정은 여과->물리세정->충진->여과 와 같은 제막사에서 제공하는 운전 사이클에 맞춰 적용하고 있으며 유지세정 역시 1회/일 또는 1회/주 단위로 정해진 범위에서 수행되고 있다. 이러한 운전 방식은 시시각각 변화하는 막 유입수질에 적절하게 대응하지 못해 장기적으로 막오염 발생에 따른 생산수량 감소는 물론 막오염 제거를 위한 화학세정 주기가 짧아져 전체적인 생산수량이 감소하는 원인이 되고 있다. Raffine(2012)에 따르면 가역적 막오염의 경우 Flux 증가에 큰 영향이 없으나 비가역적 막오염은 Flux 증가에 따라 급격히 증가한다고 보고하고 있으며 이는 제한된 분리막 면적당 처리수 생산량을 증가시키기 위해 비가역적 막오염의 발생량을 줄이는 것이 필요하며 이를 위해 주기적인 강화역세(Chemical Enhanced Backwashing, CEB)가 도입되고 효율적인 유지세정 방법에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 당사에서는 일산에 있는 I 수질복원센터내에 25 m3/일 규모의 막여과 하수재이용 파일롯 플랜트를 설치하고 막여과 하수재이용 공정의 운영 효율을 높이기 위하여 W사에서 개발한 IntelliFluxControl(IFCr) 소프트웨어를 이용하여 하수재이용 막여과 성능을 확인 하였다. IFCr은 실시간으로 변화하는 수질에 따른 막오염 정도에 따라 역세 강도 및 빈도와 CEB 적용 정도를 변화시켜 분리막 운전의 효율을 높일 수 있는 운영 소프트웨어이다. I 수질복원센터의 하수 방류수를 막여과 유입수로 적용하여 40 LMH를 기준으로 IFCr을 적용하지 않은 경우 23.7일 운전 가능하였으나 IFCr을 적용한 경우 50일 연속 운전이 가능하였다. 또한 역세척수를 운전 기간 동안 약 50 m3을 사용한 반면 IFCr을 적용한 경우 이에 절반 수준인 24.1 m3 만 사용하여 회수율이 91%에서 95%로 증가한 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 기존의 제막사에서 제시하는 막 공정 운영방법을 탈피하여 분리막이 갖고 있는 성능을 최대한 끌어 올릴 수 있는 연구 결과라고 판단되며 향후 스케일 업 연구를 통해 실제 플랜트에 적용 가능성이 확인 될 경우 시설의 설치 막모듈 개수와 유지관리비를 동시에 절감할 수 있는 기술이 될 수 있을 것이다
