Downtime tracking for small-medium sized manufacturing company using shop floor monitoring (생산현장 모니터링을 이용한 중소 제조기업용 비가동 시간 수집 및 분석)

  • To improve the productivity of manufacturing company, the analysis of loss in shop floor has to be conducted and validated. This paper introduces the downtime tracking module using the pre-developed shop floor information acquisition system. To collect the downtime, it utilized shop floor monitoring information, user-registered downtime event, equipment diagnosis algorithm and operator's input. Also, it provided the user interface for the analysis of downtime. From the results of a pilot study, the usability of developed system was validated.

  • 본 논문에서는 최소수리를 갖는 수리가 가능한 시스템의 최적의 교체정책에 대한 베이즈 접급방법을 제안하였다. 특히, 시스템을 운용하는데 필연적으로 발생하는 비용과 비가동시간을 함께 고려하여 기존의 비용에 근거한 연구결과를 확장하고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 단위시간당 기대비용과 단위시간당 기대비가동시간을 구하고, 이 두 기준을 동시에 고려한 최적의 교체주기를 결정하는 방법을 제시하였다. 또한, 순응적 교체정책에 대해서도 살펴보았다.

  • This paper considers the replacement model and the preventive maintenance model following the expiration of combination warranty for a repairable system. If the system fails after the combination warranty is expired, then it is minimally repaired at each failure. The criterion used to determine the optimal replacement policy and the optimal preventive maintenance policy is the overall value function based on the expected cost rate per unit time and the expected downtime per unit time. The numerical examples are presented for illustrative purpose when the failure time follows a Weibull distribution.

  • This paper considers a Bayesian approach to replacement policy following the expiration of non-renewing combination warranty. The non-renewing combination warranty is the combination of the non-renewing free replacement warranty and the non-renewing pro-rata replacement warranty. We use the criterion based on the expected cost and the expected downtime to determine the optimal replacement period. To do so, we obtain the expected cost rate per unit time and the expected downtime per unit time, respectively. When the failure times are assumed to follow a Weibull distribution with uncertain parameters, we propose the optimal replacement policy based on the Bayesian approach. The overall value function suggested by Jiang and Ji (2002) is utilized to determine the optimal replacement period. Also, the numerical examples are presented for illustrative purpose.

  • In this study, we propose the operational availability computation model that can be used on the weapon system's requirement planning phase. The proposed model consists of the time parameters of Ao(Operational Availability) for a system and each time parameter's estimation method. The time parameters for Ao computation are TT(Total Time) and TDT(Total Down Time). The time parameters are defined by considering OMS/MP(Operational Mode Summary/Mission Profile) elements. TT is a calendar time as a specific mission time at wartime or one year at peacetime. TDT consists of TPM(Total Preventive Maintenance time), TCM (Total Corrective maintenance time), TALDT(Total Administrative and Logistics Down Time). Then the estimation method for these time parameters are presented by the weapon systems types.

  • We measured the inlet concentration of odorous gases from the food-waste composting facility for 90 days. In consequence of this survey, we ascertained that the gaseous concentration was detected $10{\sim}100ppm$ in operating time, but $0{\sim}10ppm$ in a shutdown of the facility. The initial removal efficiency of this biofilter was roughly represented 80%, however, 90% before and after twenty days. We have thought that this biofilter accomplished the treatment of those odorous gases effectively, because the pressure-drop was not exceeded a value of $20mmH_2O$ after 90 days.

Multiple Linear Analysis for Generating Parametric Images of Irreversible Radiotracer (비가역 방사성추적자 파라메터 영상을 위한 다중선형분석법)

  • Purpose: Biological parameters can be quantified using dynamic PET data with compartment modeling and Nonlinear Least Square (NLS) estimation. However, the generation of parametric images using the NLS is not appropriate because of the initial value problem and excessive computation time. In irreversible model, Patlak graphical analysis (PGA) has been commonly used as an alternative to the NLS method. In PGA, however, the start time ($t^*$, time where linear phase starts) has to be determined. In this study, we suggest a new Multiple Linear Analysis for irreversible radiotracer (MLAIR) to estimate fluoride bone influx rate (Ki). Methods: $[^{18}F]Fluoride$ dynamic PET scans was acquired for 60 min in three normal mini-pigs. The plasma input curve was derived using blood sampling from the femoral artery. Tissue time-activity curves were measured by drawing region of interests (ROls) on the femur head, vertebra, and muscle. Parametric images of Ki were generated using MLAIR and PGA methods. Result: In ROI analysis, estimated Ki values using MLAIR and PGA method was slightly higher than those of NLS, but the results of MLAIR and PGA were equivalent. Patlak slopes (Ki) were changed with different $t^*$ in low uptake region. Compared with PGA, the quality of parametric image was considerably improved using new method. Conclusion: The results showed that the MLAIR was efficient and robust method for the generation of Ki parametric image from $[^{18}F]Fluoride$ PET. It will be also a good alternative to PGA for the radiotracers with irreversible three compartment model.

  • 일반적으로 건물 구조물에 전달되는 기계진동을 감소시키기 위해서 기계와 기초사이에 유연한 방진소자를 삽입하여 기계가진력(exciting force)의 전달 률을 줄인다. 또한 구조물의 고유진동수와 진동원의 가진주파수가 일치할 경 우, 가진주파수를 변화시키거나, 구조물의 동특성을 변화시키는 방법을 사용 한다. 어떠한 방안을 선택하든 효과적이고 정량적인 방진 시스템을 구성하고 구조물의 정확한 진동상태를 예측하기 위해서는 진동원의 가진특성과 구조 물의 동특성에 대한 정보가 요구된다. 일반적으로 방진설계를 위해 필요한 진동원의 가진특성은 제조회사의 사양이나 측정을 통하여 비교적 쉽게 얻을 수 있다. 복합재료, 다양한 경계조건, 복잡한 대형구조물등은 수치해석을 이 용하여 해석적인 방법으로 동특성을 구할 경우, 신뢰성 있는 정보를 얻기에 는 많은 노력이 요구된다. 더우기 현장에서 발생하는 진동문제는 대부분 복 잡하고 시간적으로 시급히 해결해야 하기 때문에 효율적인 절차를 구성하여 구조물의 동특성을 해석하는 방법을 사용할 필요가 있다. 구조물의 동특성은 실험적인 방법을 통하여 구하고 그 외의 필요한 계산들은 해석을 통하여 얻 는 것이 효율적일 수 있다. 실험적 동특성해석은 입력하중에 대한 응답의 크 기와 위상 비를 주파수별로 나타내는 전달함수를 측정하는 방법으로서 가진 장치 및 여러 측정/분석 장비가 필요하며, 철교, 교량, 건물의 철골 및 콘크 리트 슬라브등 다양한 중대형의 구조물을 Signal/Noise비가 좋도록 가진 시 켜야 할 필요성이 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 실험적 방법의 현장 적응성과 신뢰성을 확보하기 위해 대형충격기(large impact hammer, max, peak force 약 10000N, time duration 약 20ms)를 제작하고 실험/분석 시스템 및 구조물 의 진동제어를 위한 절차를 Fig.1과 같이 구성하고 이를 철근콘크리트 건물 에 설치한 기계식 주차설비의 진동제어에 적용하였다.force response simulation)를 수행하여 임의의 좌표 공간에 대한 진동수준을 해석적으로 예측할 뿐만 아니라 구조물의 진동제어 를 위한 동적인자를 변경시킬 수 있는 정보를 제공하며 장비를 방진할 경우 신뢰성 있는 전달률을 결정할 수 있다. 실험적으로 철교, 교량이나 건물의 철골구조 및 2층 바닥 등 대,중형의 복잡한 구조물에 대항 동특성을 나타내 는 모빌리티를 결정할 경우 충격 가진 실험이 사용되는 실험장비 측면에서 나 실험을 수행하는 과정이 대체적으로 간편하다. 그러나 이 경우 대상 구조 물을 충분히 가진시킬수 있는 용량의 대형 충격기(large impact hammer)가 필요하게 된다. 이러한 동적실험은 약 길이 61m, 폭 16m의 4경간 교량에 대 하여 동적실험을 수행하여 가능성을 확인하였다. 여기서는 실험실 수준의 평 판모델을 제작하고 실제 현장에서 이루어질 수 있는 진동제어 구조물에 대 한 동적실험 및 FRS를 수행하는 과정과 동일하게 따름으로써 실제 발생할 수 있는 오차나 error를 실험실내의 차원에서 파악하여 진동원을 있는 구조 물에 대한 진동제어기술을 보유하고자 한다. 이용한 해마의 부피측정은 해마경화증 환자의 진단에 있어 육안적인 MR 진단이 어려운 제한된 경우에만 실제적 도움을 줄 수 있는 보조적인 방법으로 생각된다.ofile whereas relaxivity at high field is not affected by τS.   • Mission Equipment Package(MEP) system is a collection of avionic components that are integrated to perform the mission of the Korean Utility Helicopter(KUH). Built In Test(BIT) reduces the need for skilled personnel and special test equipment, and reduces maintenance down-time of system. The increasing complexity of avionics equipments has resulted in an increased need to provide BIT functions. This paper describe the development and verification for the KUH MEP system BIT.

Electrical properties of 0.05pb($Sn_{0.5}Sb_{0.5}O_3-xPbTiO_3-yPbZrO_3$ PZT System With variation Of PT/PZ (0.05pb($Sn_{0.5}Sb_{0.5}O_3-xPbTiO_3-yPbZrO_3$계에서 PT/PZ비 변화에 따른 전기적 특성)

  • The effects of PT/PZ ratio variations in a modified PZT system on crystal structure and electrical properties were studied. $0.05Pb(Sn_{0.5}Sb_{0.5})O_3+xPbTiO_3+yPbZrO_3$+0.4Wt% $MnO_2$(=0.55PSS+0.11PT+0.84PZ+0.4wt%$MnO_2$ ; x+y=0.95) systems with variations of PT/PZ from 0.50/0.45 to 0.l1/0.84 were sintered at $1250^{\circ}C$ for 2 hr, and then sintering density, crystal structure, dielctric, piezoelectric, pyroelectic and voltage responsity to infrared were investigated. Sintering density was increased from 7.52g/$\textrm {cm}^3$ to 7.82g/$\textrm {cm}^3$ with increasing PZ content. Dielectric constants at 1 KHz were decreased from 1147 to 193 with variation of PT/PZ from 0.50/0.45 to 0.l1/0.84 after poling of $4 KV_{DC}$/mm at $140^{\circ}C$ for 20 minutes. All Dielectric losses at 1 KHz were less than 1 % in all specimens. $K_{p}$ was increased near to 1 of PT/PZ, and maximun value of 48.2 % was .at 0.45/0.50. Pyroelectric coefficient of PT/PZ with 0.l1/0.84 was maximun value, 0.0541 C/$\m^2$K, and voltage responsity to infrared was 1.5 V.
