Staudy on Design Management of Rosenthal AG (독일 로젠탈사(社)의 디자인매니지먼트에 대한 고찰)

  • To date, the technology competence and design have been understood as the pre-requirements required in the midst of unlimited competition age. It is true that the most of the companies handle the practical or the aesthetic part of the product individually especially in the field of ceramic industry. Accordingly, it is difficult to create the identity of the company. However, the Rosental Co., Ltd in Germany had acquired the corporate identity already by means of the creative process and the design as well from the middle of 1900s and it has been reputed as a company producing the products through the unique design management. Especially, the identity of Rosental has been formed more uniquely with "jury system" verifying not the design results but the development process, independent brand marketing and the experimental mind such as the collaboration with the pure artists. Especially, the participation of the artists to the design development enables to evaluate the ceramic products not only as the simple products for daily life but also as the luxury goods for appreciation and collection. In addition, Rosental shows that the corporate identity may be created not only with the products simply but also completed with the internal external factors of the company through design management skill.

  • A AD communication strategy is a inregrated strategy of business group for the purpose of attaining certain goals with a series of activities, which are systematically planned, investigated, fomulated,performed, and evaluated. The ad communication strategy should be established on the result of researching and analyzing the conditions of a company. And it can has to be commonly applied to every strategy to heighten the mutual effect. The purpose of the thesis is to suggest direction of an effective ad communication strategy and to recognize the importance of prantical example of ADcommunication strategy. The object of this thesis is the general aspect of strategy than specific aspect. The first chapter explains in general terms the purpose of this study and communication strategy. The second chapter explains the analysis of the market for seasoning products. A thorough investigation has performed to determin the entire market enviornment. The third chapter suggests the communlcayion strategy based on the market analysis of the seasioning product. Which can be applicable to any other products. The fourth chapter explains the results of this study and evaluates the K.J Sampoo ad communication strategy and given for the future.

A Study on the application of landscape material in commercial space design (상업공간디자인에 있어 자연경관 요소의 적용에 관한 연구)

  • Commercial space, the types of which have been increasingly various and changing rapidly, has been generating new marketing concepts for space. Especially as the environmentally friendly lifestyle spreads around, the component of natural landscape such as plant, stone, or water has been used as an important part in space design, freshly imprinting the brand image beyond the idea of simple interior property. By combining commercial space design with 'the component of the natural landscape', we can improve the brand image, create the newness in the space, lead customers to stay longer in the space, and reinforce the decorative effect. The parts of the commercial space to which we can apply the element of natural landscape are facades, walls, floors, and show windows. Various examples of real application are found according to the areas of business and goods displayed. This thesis attempts to maximize the effect of commercial space by examining and analyzing various instances of space and provide the ways of applying the space that contains an aesthetic value. For the research, 60 articles, theses, reports that have the keyword related to interior landscape and marketing strategy in commercial space were used as references. From the references, 70 cases were selected and analyzed to find landscape application patterns. Also, 4 store cases that landscape application have been the key to their success were selected for the survey. In doing this, I presented the readers with the packaging technique which improves brand image, the effect of stage direction which helps sensitive communication with users, the application as interior structure and the effect of an object that is useful to aesthetic effect in the commercial space. Finally, I endeavored to provide possible problems to be produced when applying the natural element in the commercial space and matters to be attended to in the management.

A Study on the Structural Relation among Purchase Decision Factors of Medical Devices, Satisfaction and Repurchasing Intention : Focused on Ultrasound Imaging System (의료기기의 구매결정요인과 만족 및 재구매 의도의 구조적 관계에 관한 연구 : 초음파영상진단장치를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the casual relationships among purchase decision factors of medical devices, satisfaction and repurchasing intention. Data of this study is a 2012 survey on medical institutions using medical devices of MW(ministry of health and welfare) and We analyzed 116 medical institutions having ultrasound imaging system lager than general hospitals among data. For empirical analysis, we carried out confirmative factor analysis and path-analysis using AMOS 21.0 package. Main results of this study are as follows: First, brand has positive influence on satisfaction and satisfaction has positive impaction on repurchase intention. Second, although not statistically significant, performance and service have positive impaction on satisfaction and price has negative influence on satisfaction. The significance of this study is to provide empirical basis on establishment of efficient marketing strategy and enhancement of competitiveness for the medical device industry.

  • Customer Relationship Management(CRM) paradigm has emerged that suggests organizations will be more successfully if they concentrate on obtaining and maintaining a share of each customer rather than a share of the entire market, with information technology(IT) being the enabling factor. This paper presents five key elements that provide the necessary steps that allow and organization to position its people, business process, and information system to establish and take advantage of this paradigm. The key elements are : (1) IT investment, (2) Website application, (3) IT System application, (4) Communication strategies, (5) CRM Performance. The results show that IT investment, IT system application, and Website application play a vital role in enhancing an Organizational Communication. Also, the results show that IT investment, IT system application, Website application, and Organizational Communication play a vital role in enhancing an organization's performance of customer relationship management. Further, this paper discusses the importance of integrating these four elements for achieving effective customer interaction. The author provides academical and managerial implication for business strategies.

Research on Color Design in Fashion Display (패션 디스플레이의 색채 디자인에 관한 연구)

  • Fashion display is a part of fashion brand marketing strategy. Today, due to the improvement of consumers' aesthetics, consumers' requirements for display and decoration in fashion stores are also increasing. And color design plays an important psychological role in the display. In this study, the color design of the display is taken as the center, and the status quo, emotional characteristics, psychological and physiological functions of the color design of the display are taken care of. After analyzing specific examples through previous studies, the methods and rules of color design are explored on the basis of these studies, and the principles of color matching beauty are studied to prompt the color design that follows in the display. First, there should be some emphasis on the overall color allocation. Second, the structure of the store needs to be considered. Third, we need to emphasize scientific and reasonable color matching sequence. To sum up, judging this research is of positive significance to the later research on color design.

Semantic Network of User Experience in Automotive Connectivity Systems: Comparative Analysis of Korean and the US Automakers (전기차 커넥티비티 시스템의 사용자 경험 의미연결망: 한국과 미국의 비교를 중심으로)

  • As the penetration of electric vehicles and development of new models, user experience factors are getting more important in designing connectivity systems for car infotainment services. The primary object of this study is to identify commonalities and differences by comparing user experience factors in the Korean and US electric vehicle markets. This study derived connectivity keywords by text mining the vehicle introduction on the market in each country, and performed centrality, cluster analysis and visualization mapping using the semantic network analysis. As a result, the Korean new electric vehicle connectivity service mainly focused on driving functions such as driving, parking assistance, and charging, while US focused on device connection, convenience function control, app use, entertainment viewing. Based on the analysis, this study presented the practical implications in marketing, system design, and HMI design.

Characteristics of Application of Augmented Reality Technology according to the Digital Transformation in the Fashion Industry (패션 산업의 디지털 전환에 따른 증강현실 기술의 활용특성)

  • With the continuation of the pandemic environment, digital transformation is being applied in various fields of the fashion industry. Augmented reality technology is a form of overlapping virtual images on the real world, and as online shopping expands in non-face-to-face environments, the use of augmented reality technology in fashion and beauty fields is affecting consumer satisfaction and sales growth. In this study, the characteristics of augmented reality contents used in the fashion industry following digital transformation were extended to the fields of clothing, accessories, virtual fashion stores, and AR fashion shows to analyze the case characteristics of augmented reality. Augmented reality technology in the fashion industry focuses on promoting clothing and accessory products through SNS or homepage through marketing activities. It is raising positive values such as raising awareness. The range of types of augmented reality used in the future digital fashion environment will continue to expand, and by deriving the usage characteristics of augmented reality technology, it is intended to contribute to presenting a future vision of the fashion industry.

A Study on the Implementation of gamification in Mobile Payment Services (모바일 페이먼트 서비스의 게임화 구현에 관한 연구)

  • The importance of gamification is garnering increased attention in the corporate world. Gamification refers to using game mechanics and thinking patterns in non-game domains to promote user engagement. By reviewing the definition of gamification and related literary research, we aim to understand how to put theory into practice and determine the organization of gamification's main features. Next, in order to understand the current implementation methods of mobile payment gamification marketing. We analyze popular mobile payment apps as case studies. To examine the effectiveness of game mechanics on mobile payment marketing to determine whether there is a positive impact on brand loyalty and stickiness. The results are used to identify shortcomings in gamified mobile payment systems. Finally, we propose a gamification framework model for mobile payments and offer recommendations for underutilized game mechanics based on previous cases. Future research can reference our model for deeper studies on the effectiveness and impact of gamified mobile payments.

The Effects of Self-congruity on Functional Congruity, Brand Attitude and Behavioral Intention in Name-b rand Coffee Shops (자아일치성이 기능적 일치성, 태도 그리고 행동의도에 미치는 영향: 커피전문점 이용고객을 중심으로)

  • In order to examine the effects of self-congruity on functional congruity, brand attitude and behavioral intention in name-brand coffee shops, this study attempted to examine the self-congruity in two types which are nonsocial-type SC and social-type SC. The results showed that self-congruity had positive significant effects on functional congruity and nonsocial-type SC influenced to functional congruity more than social-type SC. Also, these two types of self-congruity didn't have direct significant effects on brand attitude. But it had significant effects on brand attitude through the functional congruity. Finally, brand attitude positively impacted on behavioral intention. These findings provide managers in name-brand coffee shops with strategies for implementing more effective brand image building as well as focusing on satisfying customer's functional congruity.
