Negative Word-of-Mouth Behavior and Intentions of the Public Library Users in Taegu Metropolitan City (공공도서관 이용자의 부정적 구전에 관한 연구 - 대구지역 공공도서관 이용자를 중심으로 -)

  • This study is to investigate extensively the negative word-of-mouth responses and intentions of the public library users. It selects and analyzes empirically some of the antecedents of the complaining behaviors including severity of dissatisfaction attitude toward complaining, difficulty of the complaining, likelihood of success, product/service importance, external attributions, loyalty, and former experience of complaining. Final data through questionaries are obtained from 497 unsatisfied adult public library users in Taegu Metropolitan City, 443 of them analysed with SPSS 12.0 for Windows.

Complaining Intentions and Its Antecedents of Academic Library Users (대학도서관 이용자의 불평의도와 그 선행요인에 관한 연구)

  • This study is to investigate extensively the complaint responses of the academic library users, with a special regard to those in Daegu Metropolitan City and in Kyungpook Province. It selects and analyzes empirically some of the antecedents of the complaining intentions including perceived severity of dissatisfaction perception of free use, attitude toward complaining, cost of the complaining, likelihood of success, product/service importance, external attributions and loyalty; and complaint intentions including exit intention, voice(redress seeking) intention, negative word-of-mouth intention and third party complaints intention of the academic library users, based on the theoretical backgrounds. Final data through questionnaires are obtained from 582 unsatisfied academic library users in 5 universities in those areas, 542 of them analysed with SPSS 11.0 for Windows.

  • An effect of reward program related to promotional activity has the limitation of being concentrated on a short-term performance or of inducing temporary re-purchase. Accordingly, this study verified the influence of reward method upon consumers' response recovery centering on interactive effects of reward timing and reward intensity, in order to expand a research of dissatisfaction situation. As for the objective of this study, first, the aim is to verify the difference in the influence of economic, non-economic, and combined rewards, which are reward methods of dissatisfaction situation, upon consumers' cognitive response recovery and emotional response recovery. Second, the aim is to confirm a moderating role of reward timing and reward intensity in the effect of consumers' response recovery according to reward methods. To design a research, the perfect factor design between subjects in 3X2X2 was used. As a result of major research, first, there was a difference in the influence upon consumers' response recovery depending on reward methods. Second, the influence of reward method upon consumers' response recovery had a difference depending on reward timing. Third, the influence of reward method upon consumers' response recovery had a difference depending on reward intensity. Consumers' response recovery level was confirmed to have the greatest influence in the combined reward. This study has a significance in newly applying the reward timing, in the dissatisfaction situation which is addressed in the general reward program. Through this study, the aim was to support the empirically analytical results of prior researches and to expand its role in several angles.

  • 화장품의 관능평가는 크게 분석형 관능평가와 기호형 관능평가로 나눌 수 있으며 본 보고에서는 메이컵 화장단계 중에 사용되는 파운데이션의 분석형 관능평가를 통해 파운데이션 사용 시 느껴지는 관능적 특성 용어의 도출과 정의를 내린 후 실제 소비자들을 통해 여러 가지의 파운데이션을 사용하면서 느껴지는 관능적 특성 강도 및 그에 따른 선호도 등을 기호형 관능평가로 수행하여 파운데이션 사용 시에 만족 및 불만족 요인으로 작용하는 관능속성 및 주요요인들을 분석하였다. 그 결과 파운데이션의 관능속성 평가의 주요인은 커버력 요인과 화장상태 요인으로 나타났으며 밀착감과 화장지속력, 화장상태의 자연스러움이 제품의 선호도와 가장 큰 상관관계를 보였다. 이와 같이 파운데이션에 대한 관능속성과 만족도를 결합하져 소비자가 선호하는 관능속성의 제품을 설계하고 평가할 수 있는 관능적 평가방법을 개발하여 제품개발에 활용하였다.

Conjoint Analysis를 이용한 대학 급식소 선택속성 규명 및 급식소 신설 전략 도출

  • 최근 대학생들은 초등학교 때부터 혹은 중학교 때부터 급식을 받아온 세대로 급식체계에 싫증을 내고 학교 밖의 외부식당으로 눈을 돌리고 있는 세대이다. 또한, 위탁급식전문업체의 대학 내 급식사업 참여와 많은 선행 연구 등을 토대로 여러 면에서 대학 내 구내식당이 개선되고 있으나 아직도 매우 부족한 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구는 외부식당과의 경쟁으로 현재 급식인원수가 매년 감소하여 운영상의 어려움을 겪고 있는 S 대학 학생식당 고객의 급식소 선택속성에 대한 의견을 조사하고 현재 운영중인 급식소 이외에 추가 설립하고자 하는 식당 신설에 대한 전략을 도출하고자 한다. SPSS통계 package (ver. 11.0)를 활용하여 기술통계(descriptive analysis), 컨조인트 분석 (conjoint analysis)을 실시하였다. 현재 학생식당 이용빈도 감소원인은 ‘음식이 맛이 없어서’가 44.8%, ‘거리가 멀기 때문’이 19.9%로 조사되어, 학생식당의 이용빈도에 가장 큰 영향을 주는 것은 '음식 맛'과 '거리'인 것으로 파악되었으며, 학생식당에 대한 전반적인 만족도는 ‘보통이다’가 37.8%, ‘불만족 한다’가 36%, ‘매우 불만족한다’가 18.4%, ‘만족한다’가 7.8%로 조사되어 응답자의 대부분이 식당에 대해 불만족하고 있었다. 거리에 의해 식당의 이용빈도가 감소하고 있는 것은 현 학생식당의 위치가 강의 동과 먼 거리에 위치하고 있어 강의 동이 밀집해 있는 건물과 근거리에 식당이 개설된다면 이용할 의사가 있는지 여부에 대해 64.7%가 이용하겠다는 의사를 밝혔고 26.1%는 이용하지 않겠다고 응답했다. 따라서, 학생들이 인식하는 적정 거리의 식당 위치를 파악하기 위해 식당으로 이용하는 소요시간에 대해서 조사대상자가 멀다고 인식하는 시간과 가까운 거리라고 인식하는 시간에 대한 조사 결과 가까운 거리로 인지하는 평균 이동소요시간(분)은 5분이었으며 먼 거리로 인지하는 평균이동소요시간은 10.9분으로 적당한 식당의 위치는 S~10분내의 거리로 9분 30초의 거리에 식당이 위치하면 학생들의 이용률을 극대화시킬 수 있을 거라 사료된다. 사전 대면면접을 통해 가격, 소요시간, 음식의 맛으로 선정된 속성과 각 속성별 수준을 활용한 컨조인트 분석 실시하여 도출된 학생들의 급식소 선택 시 중요하게 인식하는 속성은 가격대, 소요 시간, 음식 맛 순으로 나타났으며, 각각의 중요도는 가격이 65.42%, 소요시간인 24.76%, 음식의 맛이 9.82%였다. 즉, 학생들은 학생식당의 서비스 품질 속성 중에서 상대적으로 식사 가격을 가장 중요하기 생각하는 것으로 나타났고, 다음으로는 식사를 하기 위해 식당까지 가는데 소요되는 시간, 음식의 맛을 중요하게 생각하는 것으로 분석되었다. 컨조인트 분석결과 조사대상자가 가장 선호하는 대학 식당으로는 이동하는데 6-10분이 소요되는 거리에 위치한 식당으로 2,100-2,500원 정도의 가격대로 맛있고 깔끔한 식당을 가장 선호하는 것으로 조사되었다. 따라서, 현재 운영중인 학생식당이 모두 1,800원의 단일 식단가로 운영되고 있는 점을 감안하여 학생식당을 신설할 경우에는 이동하는데 10분 이상 소요되지 않는 장소에 가격대는 현재보다 더 높은 2,000-2,500원의 가격대에서 맛있고 깔끔한 현재와는 차별화 된 일품메뉴 위주의 식단의 학생식당을 신설하는 것이 바람직할 것으로 사료된다.

  • The purpose of this research was to investigate nursing students' attitude toward body weight control, food behaviors according to their recognition, satisfaction on body image and Body Mass Index(BMI). The subjects were 273 nursing students. A survey was conducted using a self administered questionnaire. The data were an analyzed by a SPSS program. The majority of the surveyed participants were normal range for body mass index(BMI). Most of nursing students preferred a thin body image and were not satisfied with their body image. Most also controlled their body weight for appearance by exercising and the other efforts to change the body weight. From the above results, it is considered that nursing students need to establish proper self-recognition and dietary behaviors for their body images and counseling for desirable body weight control methods.

An Analysis on Organizational Effectiveness and Survey on the Factors of Satisfaction/Dissatisfaction of Learning Workers' Perception in Degree Apprenticeship (일학습병행제 학위연계형 학습근로자의 조직유효성 인식분석과 만족/불만족요인 실태조사)

  • This study investigated the perception of the learning-workers' organizational effectiveness. They participate in the degree-linked work-learning parallel system. As a result, the turnover intention and job performance were higher than those of general office workers, and organizational commitment was lower. In addition, the higher scholastic year and grades, the higher job satisfaction. the higher grades, the lower burnout. specially the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th graders showed higher turnover intentions than the first grader. The results of the survey of (dis)satisfaction factors of learning workers also show that OJT management in the field should be strengthened rather than OFF-JT education in universities. This paper suggests that companies participating in the work-learning parallel system need higher-level management in aspects such as educational supports, personnel management, and OJT management as well as competency development of learning-workers. It shows that supplementary measures are needed for learning time and learner management of participating companies.

Analyzing Students' Non-face-to-face Course Evaluation by Topic Modeling and Developing Deep Learning-based Classification Model (토픽 모델링 기반 비대면 강의평 분석 및 딥러닝 분류 모델 개발)

  • Due to the global pandemic caused by COVID-19 in 2020, there have been major changes in the education sites. Universities have fully introduced remote learning, which was considered as an auxiliary education, and non-face-to-face classes have become commonplace, and professors and students are making great efforts to adapt to the new educational environment. In order to improve the quality of non-face-to-face lectures amid these changes, it is necessary to study the factors affecting lecture satisfaction. Therefore, This paper presents a new methodology using big data to identify the factors affecting university lecture satisfaction changed before and after COVID-19. We use Topic Modeling method to analyze lecture reviews before and after COVID-19, and identify factors affecting lecture satisfaction. Through this, we suggest the direction for university education to move forward. In addition, we can identify the factors of satisfaction and dissatisfaction of lectures from multiangle by establishing a topic classification model with an F1-score of 0.84 based on KoBERT, a deep learning language model, and further contribute to continuous qualitative improvement of lecture satisfaction.

A Study on the Possibility of Cyber Art Education : Focusing on a Drawing Course (사이버 미술교육의 가능성 연구 : 드로잉 수업을 중심으로)

  • This study was conducted to examine the possibility of developing a drawing course in online education and to assess the satisfaction and dissatisfaction of students. The drawing class consisted of a conceptual understanding of the drawing, learning actual techniques and performing drawing tasks. This course was rated on the content satisfaction scale and the course evaluation scale when it was developed in 2014 and partially modified in 2016. Both the content satisfaction and lecture evaluation showed similar scores to the average for all subjects in the school. Specifically, 'organization of content' received good reviews, while 'interaction' received a low rating in the content satisfaction scale. Additionally, 'enthusiasm' and 'response sincerity of teacher' received high ratings, but 'overall satisfaction' was low in the course evaluation scale. Finally, the self-assessment of students was also low. These results indicate that students want more practice and more active interactions.
