방진용 Ferrite-Resin 복합재료의 개발

  • 정밀가공기계 및 소음발생원의 방진재료로서 사용될 수 있는 재료는 우선 내부 및 외부진동의 흡수성과 감쇠성이 뛰어나야 하고, 시간 및 온도변화에 따라 형상 및 치수 정밀도가 안정되어야 하며, 불규칙한 외력과 운동전달기구의 변동 하중 하에서도 높은 정적, 동적 강성을 유지해야 한다. 본 연구에서 개발한 재료인 Ferrite-Resin 복합재료는 Resin-Concrete에 미세한 산화철을 filler 재료로 사용함으로써 주철 및 강의 구조재료가 갖는 강성과 비중의 값에 접근시킬 수이었다. 일반적으로 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지나 에폭시계 수지는 glass 전위점의 근처에서 진동에너지의 흡수가 큰 영역이 존재하며 이는 10 .mu.m 이내의 미세한 filler재료가 포함되었을 경우에도 그 종류에 관계없이 큰 변화가 없는 성질이다. 시험편을 통한 재료실험을 통하여 개발된 복합재료를 모델 구조물에 적용시킴으로서 그 적용성을 검토하였다. 앞으로의 수지와 Ferrite 함유량 및 제조 공정이 적절히 모색되면, 이 방진재료가 정밀기계의 구조재료로서 뿐만 아니라 냉동기, 소형선박의 기관실, 가전제품 및 기어박스 등의 케이싱 재료로 사용되는 방진재료로서 그 응용이 확대될 수 있을 것으로 본다.

타이로드의 구조적 내구성 해석 (Structural Durability Analysis of Tie Rod)

  • This study aims at the structural analysis of vibration and fatigue according to the tie rod configuration. The maximum displacement amplitude is happened at 156Hz by harmonic vibration analysis, this tie rod model can be broken as the weakest state. Among the cases of nonuniform fatigue loads, 'SAE bracket history' with the severest change of load becomes most unstable but 'Sine wave' becomes most stable. In case of 'Sine wave' with the average stress of 0MPa and the amplitude stress of 570MPa, the possibility of maximum damage becomes 70%. This stress state can be shown with 140 times more than the damage possibility of 'SAE bracket history' or 'SAE transmission'. The structural result of this study can be effectively utilized with the design on tie rod by investigating prevention and durability against its damage.

전방 차축의 구조해석에 관한 연구 (Study on Structural Analysis of Front Axle)

  • This study analyzes about front axle through the analyses of stress, fatigue and vibration. Maximum equivalent stress is shown with the frequency of 60Hz in case of the harmonic vibration analysis applied with force. Among the cases of nonuniform fatigue loads, 'SAE bracket history' with the severest change of load becomes most unstable but 'Sample history' becomes most stable. In case of 'Sample history' with the average stress of 0 to $-2{\times}10^5MPa$ and the amplitude stress of 0 to $-2{\times}10^5MPa$, the possibility of maximum damage becomes 3%. This stress state can be shown with 6 times more than the damage possibility of 'SAE Bracket history' or 'SAE transmission'. The structural result of this study can be effectively utilized with the design of front axle by investigating prevention and durability against its damage.

  • In this paper, the results of an analysis of the dynamic behavior of the eddy current brake(ECB) system are presented. The measured irregularity of the track in Korean high speed line and the track irregularity given by ERRI(high level) were used for simulation. The wheel-rail profile combination were analyzed with different rail gauges. A model of the bogie with an substitute body fur the carbody was implemented in the Multi-Body-Simulation Program Simpack.   • Identification of asymmetry and anisotropy of rotor system is important for diagnosis of rotating machinery. Directional frequency response functions (dFRFs) are known to be a powerful tool in effectively detecting the presence of asymmetry or anisotropy. In this paper, an input noise effect of dFRFs for rotors is estimated, when both asymmetry and anisotropy are present. The normalized random errors of the dFRFs are calculated to verify the validity of the method, which is demonstrated by numerical simulation with a simple rotor model.

  • Dynamic characteristics are investigated when a nonlinear system showing periodic and chaotic responses under harmonic excitation is exposed to random perturbation. Approach for both qulitative and quantitative analysis of the noise effect in a nonlinear system under harmonic excitation is presented. For the qualitative analysis, Lyapunov exponents are calculated and Poincar map is illustrated. For the quatitative analysis. Fokker-Planck equatin is solved numerical by means of a Path-integral solution procedure. Eigenvalue problem obtained from the numerical caculation is solved and the relation of eigenvalue, eigenvector and chaotic motion is investigated.

레일의 상하방향 불규칙성에 의한 차륜과 레일의 동 접촉력 (Dynamic Wheel/Rail Contact Force due to Rail Irregularities)

  • An analytical method has been developed to estimate the dynamic contact force between wheel and rail when trains are running on rail with vertical irregularities. In this method, the effect of Hertzian deformation at the contact point is considered as a linearized spring and the wheel is considered as an sprung mass. The rail is modelled as a discretely-supported Timoshenko beam, and the periodic structure theory was adopted to obtain the driving-point receptance. As an example, the dynamic contact force for a typical wheel/rail system was analysed by the method developed in this research and the dynamic characteristics of the system was also discussed. It is revealed that discretely-supported Timoshenko beam model should be used instead of the previously used continuously-supported model or discretelysupported Euler beam model, for the frequency range above several hundred hertz.

  • This study is proposed to develop a numerical interaction model of the magnetically levitated(maglev) train and guideway. For this purpose, equation of motion for 6-DOF vehicle model, EMS, guideway and guideway irregularity are derived as the state-space equation. In order to solve the state space equations, the present work was performed via matlab simulation using Runge-Kutta method. Through the simulation, the effect of dynamic response of maglev system to different vehicle speeds, guideway rigidity(EI) and masses is investigated.

  • 자동차 및 유체기계의 흡기계나 배기계에 사용되는 소음기의 음향성능은 전달손실로 기계성능은 배압으로 표현된다. 유체가 흐르는 관 사이의 임피던스 부정합을 이용하는 반사형 소음기의 경우, 내부 유로에 천공을 주어 음향감쇠를 시키거나 유동을 안정시키는 경우가 많다. 본 연구에서는 동심관형 공명기의 내부 관에 존재하는 천공의 분포 양상이 소음기의 전달손실과 배압에 미치는 영향을 실험을 통하여 고찰하였다. 내부관의 평균 천공율은 일정하지만 길이 방향을 따라서 천공율이 변하는 다섯가지의 공명기에 대한 실험을 수행하고, 성능에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 전달손실은 천공요소의 임피던스 모델을 고려하여 예측한 결과와 비교하였고, 측정된 배압은 모의 해석 결과와 비교하였다. 분석 결과, 천공율이 점점 작아지는 분포나, 작았다가 커진후 다시 작아지는 형태의 분포를 가질 경우, 배압 측면에서 매우 유리하고, 음향 전달손실도 큰 차이가 없음을 밝혔다.
