An Analysis of the Economic Effects of the Project which Constructs the Platfonn for Broadcasting and Communications Convergence Public Service (방통융합 공공서비스 플랫폼 구축사업의 경제적 파급효과 분석)

  • This paper is to analyze the economic effects of the broadcasting & communications convergence public service platform build-up. For the economic effect analysis, we reclassified the Broadcasting & Communications Convergence Industry Classification System and re-drew up 2009 Inter-industry Relations Table by using the 2003 Inter-industry Relations Table issued by the Bank of Korea and the RAS techniques. And we analyzed the economic effects that can be drawn from the broadcasting & communications convergence public service platform establishment. As a result, the gross production inductive effect which appears with the economic effect of the broadcasting & communications convergence public service platform establishment project from 2009 to 2014 came out to be about 3trillion 325.1 billion KW, added value inductive effect of 2trillion 976.5billion KW and the employment inductive effect of the job creation of about 13,806 people. Afterward, it is anticipated that the broadcasting & communications convergence public service platform build-up project to contribute to the improvement of Koreans' daily life. Moreover, this research will be used as a valued basic material in the pursuit of the future broadcasting & communications convergence projects.

  • In the remarkable growth of P2P financial platform in the field of knowledge management, only companies with big data and machine learning technologies are surviving in fierce competition. The ability to analyze borrowers' credit is most important, and platform companies are also recognizing this capability as the most important business asset, so they are building a credit evaluation system based on artificial intelligence. Nonetheless, online P2P platform providers that offer related services only act as intermediaries to apply for investors and borrowers, and all the risks associated with the investments are attributable to investors. For investors, the only way to verify the safety of investment products depends on the reputation of P2P companies from newspaper and online website. Time series information such as delinquency rate is not enough to evaluate the early stage of Korean P2P makers' credit analysis capability. This study examines the credit analysis procedure of P2P loan platform using artificial intelligence through the case analysis method for well known the top three companies that are focusing on the credit lending market and the kinds of information data to use. Through this, we will improve the understanding of credit analysis techniques through artificial intelligence, and try to examine limitations of credit analysis methods through artificial intelligence.

  • 영화의 다양한 정보들을 측정하고 씨네메트릭스와 관련된 기존의 연구들은 스토리 차원의 정보들을 활용하지 못하는 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 스토리 차원의 씨네메트릭스 연구를 위해 영화의 설계도와 같은 스크립트에 대한 데이터 수집과 분석을 가능케 하는 협업적 스크립트 분석 플랫폼을 제안하고 개발한다. 이를 위해 자동으로 스크립트를 파싱하고 사용자들이 협업적으로 결과물의 오류를 수정하여 분석 데이터로 활용할 수 있는 소프트웨어를 개발하고 제공하고자 한다. 따라서 사용자에 의해 오류가 수정되고 걸러지게 하여 완성도 높은 영화 데이터 축적을 가능케 하는 협업적 스크립트 분석 플랫폼의 구조를 제시하고, 구현 결과에 대해 설명한다.

  • 최근 소형 무인비행장치(UAV; unmaned aerial vehicle)인 드론을 이용한 신산업 육성 및 지원에 관한 관심도가 높아지고 있다. 국외에서는 이미 드론을 이용한 농업관리와 물류배송, 공공부문 모니터링 등 다양한 산업 분야의 드론 이용을 적극 장려하고 있다. 드론 이용에 관한 관심도가 높아짐에 따라 국내외적으로 드론 응용 관련 기술 개발과 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있지만, 국내에서는 환경모니터링과 시설물 점검 등 일부 제한적으로 활용되고 있다. 국내에서는 2024년까지 드론 응용서비스로 확장되는 산업 변화에 대응, DNA(Data, Network, AI) 기술을 접목한 새로운 개방형 플랫폼 구축을 목표로 기술개발 및 산업 육성을 촉진하고 있다. 이러한 국내 기술 개발 방향에 맞추어 드론과 첨단기술을 이용한 하천조사와 관련해 드론을 연계한 하천관리 플랫폼 개발의 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 드론 기반 하천조사 및 모니터링 수행을 위한 하천관리 운영플랫폼 개발을 목표로 국내외 요소기술을 분석하고 기술수준을 조사했다. 특히, 드론 기반 하천관리에 필요한 임무를 영역별로 분리해 요소기술 기반의 플랫폼 서비스를 정의하고 하천관리 부문 개방형 플랫폼 구축을 위한 시스템 구성 및 운영에 필요한 요소기술을 선정했다. 최종적으로 선정된 플랫폼 서비스와 요소기술을 기초로 시스템 적용방안을 검토하고 하천관리 운영플랫폼 구축을 위한 시스템 아키텍처를 정의 및 설계했다.

  • There are lots of data-driven analytics approaches to realize smart city. In Korea, Smart City Integration Platform has been deployed in more than 108 cities so It is very important to utilize the platform for smart city. This paper introduces interworking PoC(Proof of Concept) case between Smart City Data Hub, one of the data platform technologies for smart city, and Smart City Integration Platform for enhancing interoperability of city platforms; Smart City Integration Platform sends various city events to Smart City Data Hub and receives predicted city events produced by data analytics in Smart City Data Hub.

A Study on User Willingness of Intelligent Music Platform Based on TAM Model

  • In this paper, we propose to study the factors affecting the user's intention to use smart music platform, and on the basis of studying the impact of service quality on the user's intention to use, such as perceived usability, perceived ease, perceived entertainment and perceived cost, respectively. Based on this, the impact factors model on the usage intention of smart music platform users was presented, and 398 questionnaires were collected through a survey of university students majoring in Chinese music, and the collected data were obtained by conducting frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis using spss20.0 and amos20.0. The results show that: Quality of service has a positive effect on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived entertainment and perceived cost. A study found that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived entertainment have a positive effect on users' intention of use and perceived cost has a negative effect on their intention of use. Through this conclusion, the entrepreneur presented an important meaning in promoting sustainable development of smart music platforms by improving the operation and profit model of smart music platforms.

  • Recently, BIM(Building Information Model) is widely applied to all stages of SOC (Social Overhead Capital)facilities life cycle from planning to maintenance. While BIM is an analysis tool focussing the inner space of facilities, GIS is principally applied to analyzing relationship between facilities. Therefore, integrating BIM and GIS, we expect to get a potential synergy effect in aspects of effective information management and various analysis for SOC facilities. This paper deals with prioritizing SOC facilities for applying BIM/GIS integrating platform to local governments. First, investigate facilities required by law, and identify SOC facilities suitable for SOC characteristics. Second, analyze the effectiveness and applicability of BIM/GIS integrating platform applying each facility. For the purpose, we quantify effectiveness and applicability in aspects of UIS management and GIS functions. Lastly, prioritize the SOC facilities applying BIM/GIS integrating platform.

A Study on Platform Strategies of Korean First Mobile Instant Messenger KakaoTalk (주식회사 카카오의 플랫폼 전략에 대한 연구)

  • KakaoTalk, a Korean mobile instant messenger service launched by KAKAO Inc., has grown remarkably popular in a short period of time, with its number of subscribers exceeding 100 million as of July 2013. Today, KakaoTalk is an everyday communication tool among most Korean mobile users. Although KAKAO has been the subject of many business and consumer studies, the KakaoTalk platform strategy has not been studied thoroughly. In this study, we analyze its platform strategy through the lens of several widely utilized frameworks such as Platform Leadership (Gawer & Cusumano 2002, 2008), Winner-take-all dynamics (Eisenmann et al. 2006), and Open Service Innovation (Chesbrough 2011). Our results show that Eisenmann et al (2006)'s "Winner-Take-All" platform best explains how KakaoTalk dominated its rivals, Mypeople by Daum Communications and Line by Naver Corporation. In surpassing its rivals, KAKAO delivered a solution to the 'essential problem' that mobile social communication should be upgraded from mobile companies' paid "Short Message Service" (SMS). By doing so, KakaoTalk fulfilled the first requirement of Gawer & Cusumano (2008)'s "Coring" strategy, which explains how a new platform is created. KakaoTalk also satisfied the second requirement of "Coring" by providing economic incentives for KakaoTalk members to interact through its Games and Items store. Actively accepting its customers' ideas and upgrading its services, KAKAO reinforced its platform leadership to its customers and put Chesbrough (2011)'s "Outside In - Open Service" innovation strategy into practice.

  • 최근 모바일앱 시장이 급속하게 성장함에 따라, 모바일 사용자의 실제 사용 데이터를 수집해서 사용자의 행태를 분석하고 이를 앱 개발 및 마케팅 전략을 수립하는데 사용하는 모바일앱 분석기술에 대한 수요가 급증하고 있다. 본고에서는 모바일앱 분석기술을 이용해서 모바일앱 개발사나 운영자가 효율적으로 모바일 서비스를 운영할 수 있고 의사결정을 내릴 수 있는 데이터를 제공하는 도구 및 플랫폼에 대한 기술현황을 국내외로 나누어 소개한다.

  • 최근 모바일 보안에 많은 이슈가 되고 있고, 그 중 많은 사람들이 이용하는 안드로이드 어플리케이션에서도 악성 어플리케이션이 등장함에 따라 많은 개인정보 피해가 속출되고 있다. 이에 따라 안드로이드 어플리케이션의 데이터유형 별로 특징을 분석하고, 분석된 유형별로 사용할 수 있도록 암호화 알고리즘을 분석하며, 분석된 내용을 바탕으로 안드로이드에서 사용할 수 있도록 플랫폼의 형태로 설계하였다.
