This study is to suggest a classification system to classify the agricultural information resources on the internet. In the first part, I analyzes KDC's class 520(agriculture science). The second part compares the agricultural classes of Yahoo! Korea with those of Empas search engine. The third part compares the classes of AFFIS with Agri_Directory. Based on the comparative analysis, it proposes a classificatory system for the agricultural information resources on the internet.

네트워크와 인터넷의 발달로 국내 정보시스템의 환경이 복잡해지고, 그에 따른 위험도 증가함에 따라 정보시스템에 대한 위험관리의 중요성이 한층 더 부각되기 시작했다. 현재 국내 정보시스템에 대한 위험관리는 외국의 위험관리 방법론을 도입하여 수행하고 있으나, 국내 정보시스템 환경에 맞지 않아 체계적이고 정확한 위험관리가 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 물론 기업 및 연구소 등에서 국내 환경에 맞는 위험관리 방법론을 연구하고 있으나, 아직 그 결과가 미진한 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 체계적인 위험관리를 위해 효율적인 위험분석 방법론의 프레임워크를 설계하고, 위험분석 과정 중 자산분석, 취약성분석, 위협분석, 대응책분석을 국내외 표준을 기반으로 실제적이고 체계적인 방법과 절차를 제시하였다.

Recently, it becomes more important to carry out the feasibility study on government R&D projects since the amount of R&D funds increases. For this purpose, until so far the general framework on the preliminary feasibility study for government driven research projects has been built and modified, and well applied to several domains. However, there is still the limitation in applying the method of preliminary feasibility study to system development research projects. The system development research projects have many different features compared to general research projects, for example, long-period development, lots of stakeholder involvement, multi-disciplinary works, and so on. Considering these characteristics, it is necessary to improve the method for the preliminary feasibility study. In this vein, this study deals with looking into the improvement points of the preliminary feasibility study in terms of the application of the system development projects.

전기통신설비에 대한 기술기준은 통신망 운용에 대한 정책이기도 하며 또한 통신사업자에 대한 관리체계이기도 하다. 기술기준은 전기통신망에 대한 법령으로서 통신망의 총체적인 설계 목표가 된다. 기술기준으로 다루어야 할 범위와 기준의 수준 등은 통신망 환경에 따라 다르게 운용되며, 권고적 성격을 띠고 있는 표준과는 달리 강제규정으로 운영되고 있다. 기술기준은 특성상 통신망 환경을 반영하여 규정되어야 하기 때문에 각국에서의 고유의 통신망 환경에 맞는 기술기준 체계 및 조직을 구축하고 기술기준 업무를 수행하고 있다. 본 고에서는 국내외 주요국의 기술기준 체계 현황 및 상호간의 차이점을 종합적으로 비교.분석하고 향후 발전전망을 나타내었다.

이 글은 지난 5월 4일 육군이 개최한 비무기체계 발전 세미나에서 발표된 내용으로 21세기 디지털 전장환경에서 요구되는 병사의 타격능력, 지휘/통제, 생존성, 임무지속성 및 기동성 등을 극대화 할 수 있는 병사체계에 대하여 선진국에서의 병사현대화 체계/기술 발전 추세를 분석하였다. 따라서 2025년경 실현될 체계개념과 전투원의 전쟁에서의 운영개념을 예측하고 병사체계와 관련 소요기술 및 핵심기술을 식별하며, 한국적 개념에 부합하는 독자적인 모델을 단계적으로 정립하고, 국내에서 개발 할 수 있는 첨단 센서 등 핵심기술과 한국적 병사체계에 대한 개방 방안을 제시하였다.

한국군도 지금시점에서는 선진국의 C4ISR AF 소요공학 기법 같은 것들을 도입하여 한국적 정보체계 구축 시 전군적 통합 정보체계가 건설될 수 있도록 상세한 수준의 정보화소요공학 연구 및 적용을 하여야할 시기가 되었다고 판단된다. 따라서 전군 통합 정보체계가 구축되어질 수 있도록 하기 위해서 사업 초기단계에서 정보체계의 사업관리자, 소요 제기자, 체계 분석자, 체계 개발자들에게 가장 중요하고 필수적인 소요제기기법인 전군 통합 정보기술 아키텍쳐 프레임워크(ITAF) 기법의 적용 필요성을 소개한다.

하천정보의 관리기관이 다양하고 정보의 표현 및 분석단위가 관리주체에 따라 다르며, 하천정보의 체계적이고 종합적인 정책자료 분석 제공 기능의 부재로 인한 이수 및 치수, 하천 환경 등을 고려한 국가수자원종합계획의 수립을 어렵게 해왔다. 하천 및 유역정보의 관리단위를 일원화하여 국가적으로 표준화시키고, 유역정보, 수문정보 등에 대해서 국가 수자원 정보망의 형성을 통해서 하천정보의 유기적인 공동이용을 추구해야 한다. 또한, 정보시스템 구축에 있어서 시스템간 중복을 방지하고 상호 연계가 원활히 이루어져 대정부, 대국민에 대한 종합적인 정보 제공이 가능하도록 추진을 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 하천정보 신뢰성 높고 다양한 하천정보 DB 구축을 통하여 보다 편리하고 유용한 시스템 사용 환경을 제공 및 지원하기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내외 하천정보서비스 구축사례를 분석하고 국내 실정에 맞는 하천정보서비스의 구축방안을 제시하였으며, 이를 위해서는 지속적인 중장기종합정보화전략계획 수립과 국내에 적합한 필수 데이터 항목도출, 데이터모델과 구축방법론 표준화로 체계적인 유지관리가 가능하도록 하여야 할 것이다. 또한 하천공간정보의 유통체계는 기존의 국가공간정보 유통 기구를 이용하는 것이 합리적인 것으로 사료된다.

DEA method has been widely applied on civilian and defense side for efficiency analysis of organizations and programs(project). For many years Defense Industry, military hospital and military construction parts have been analyzed by using DEA method. In this paper we review and propose a method of warship evaluation through DEA method. The evaluation method proposed above can provide plenty of proper information for ROC decision, AOA and source selection on weapon acquisition.

첨단과학의 발달과 정보화 시대는 전쟁수행 패러다임을 근본적으로 변화시키고 있다. 이러한 전장 환경의 변화와 더불어 군 내부에서도 정보기술의 급격한 변화를 적극적으로 수용하고 21세기 국방을 건설하기 위한 국방 정보화 목표를 앞당기기 위해 수많은 정보기술체계를 도입하고 적용하고 있다. 이러한 수많은 체계들의 유입 속에서 각 체계간의 상관관계를 규명하여 효과적으로 사용하는 것은 중요한 문제로 대두되고 있으며, 이러한 문제의 해결방법으로 최근에 대두되고 있는 방법론이 사회연결망 분석(SNA : Social Network Analysis)이다. 사회연결만 분석은 무수히 많은 정보의 홍수 속에서 그들의 관계를 파악하고, 임무수행에 필요한 중요 노드를 식별하여 불필요한 자원을 낭비 하지 않은 중요한 요소를 분석 할 수 있는 유용한 방법론으로 사회, 문화 전반에 걸쳐 활발히 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 사회연결망분석을 통해 지휘통제체계와 연계된 노드간의 관계를 규명하고, 관계망속에 속한 정보의 획득 및 흐름을 파악하여 이를 시각화하고자 한다. 이를 통해 현재 운용중인 지휘통제체계 구조에 대해 이해하기 쉽고, 용이하게 파악 할 수 있으며, 이를 기반으로 지휘구조의 조직과 조직적인 행동과 현상을 도출하고, 향후 군 네트워크 파워를 측정 할 수 있다.

The aim of this study was to suggest a classification system adapted to provide policy information services. For this purpose, this study completed the following processes; BRM taxonomy analysis, document analysis, analysis of classification systems providing policy information, consulting classification experts, surveys and interviews with policy information consumers, and an empirical validation process through the actual construction of policy information materials. Finally, this study complemented and modified the BRM taxonomy system and proposed a classification system appropriate to policy information resources. Through the procedures of experts discussion, the steps of BRM analysis appropriate to provide policy information services is determined as three steps. The domestic institute websites for policy information services has confirmed the appropriateness of the BRM taxonomy system through the analysis system and service research to provide policy information resources. Also through the specialist interview, the confirmation of BRM and the improvement has been drawn. Through the questionaires, the study analyzes the appropriateness of available BRM taxonomy system and the requirements by subjects. And through the empirical verificaion, it determines the subject of BRM taxonomy system for policy information services.
