An Empirical Analysis of the Conflict Research Trend in the Field of Public Administration (행정학 분야에서의 갈등 연구경향 분석)

  • The research purpose of this paper is to afford a base data and a research direction for the effective conflict management. For this, this article analyzed the conflict research trend in the field of public administration. According to empirical analysis, the main research results are as follows. First, a published article number go on increasing in proportion to publication year. Second, a one-research paper have showed 71.2% of all papers because of limited researcher in the field of conflict research. Third, research paper which did not receive a research expenses have showed 73.1% of all papers. Fourth, research paper that used a empirical analysis and case study have showed 80.8% of all papers in the methodology of conflict. Fifth, the research purpose that aimed to propose an alternative and practical analysis have showed 91.3% of all papers. Sixth, about the research contents, it have showed each 50.0%(administration/institution and facilities location), 80.8%(interorganization conflict), 76.0%(intergovernment, between government and public), 64.5%(with local government) in a field, a level, a party, a relation of the conflict.

Spatio-temporal Analysis of Snowfall for 5 Heavy Snowfall Areas in South Korea (우리나라 5대 대설지역의 적설량 변화 분석)

  • This study is to analyze the spatio-temporal trend of snowfall using 30 years (1980-2010) data for 5 selected heavy snowfall areas (Ulleungdo (a), Northeastern Region (b), Western Taebaek Range Inland Region (c), Northwestern Sobaek Range Inland Region (d) and Southern Coastal Region (e)). The snow depth and snowfall frequency during 30 years showed some decreasing trend in parts of c and d. From the spatial comparison for 2 periods between 1980-2000 (A) and 1990-2010 (B), we could identified that the frequency of advisory for heavy snowfall from A to B decreased in c and d showing clear bounds for some areas in period B. For the average snow depth from A to B, the area d decreased while the area b increased with enlarging the areal range.

Consideration for evaluation patterns of normalized RMR parameters (정규화한 RMR 변수들의 평가 경향에 대한 고찰)

  • Due to the convenience, RMR has been widely applied in civil engineering works such as tunnel, slope, and so on. Many researchers have studied to suggest more simple and trustable RMR by modifying its parameters. However, those researches have just focused on looking for easy modified-RMRs by reducing number of parameters using various statistical analyses. Therefore, this research studied questions of modified-RMRs and gaps between RMR and its parameters. Approximately 2,000 parameters of 400 RMRs from various tunnel sites were normalized respectively and compared with one another to study their relations and divergences. The comparison results showed that there were common patterns among RMR and parameters. Data of uniaxial compressive strength and RQD, qualitative parameters, were located in upper side of RMR line. Discontinuity condition and ground water, quantitative oriented parameters, were opposite to them. It means if both qualitative and quantitative parameters can be properly combined then it can be easy to make simple and easy modified-RMRs without using difficult statistics. This results also show that the majority of field engineers used to estimate RMR conservatively when they did quantitative oriented parameters.

An Analysis of the Characteristics in Design Rainfall According to the Data Periods (자료기간에 따른 확률 강우량 변화 특성 분석)

  • Recently, Natural disasters are increasing the damage according to the influence of the abnormal climate and climate change. This study analyzed change characteristic of Design Rainfall according to the different data periods. First, 14 observatories were selected at Meteorological Administration. Second, frequency analysis carried out 5 cases by different data periods. At the results of the frequency analysis, the design rainfall could confirm the increase in most areas of Korea. Also, the change and trend analysis carried out for characteristic analysis by design rainfall and observed rainfall. The change and trend analysis of observed annual maximum rainfall did not appeared, but the change and trend analysis of design rainfall significantly appeared using statistic methods. The result of the change and trend analysis, design rainfall increased in most areas of Korea. Although, it could be the necessity for reestimating defense ability of flood, existing river systems, and new establishment of structure about the change characteristic.

  • 온라인 기업의 경우 쉽게 가질 수 있는 고객데이터는 고객이 자사의 홈페이지에 접속하여 남기고 간 흔적(Web Log)이나, 고객이 직접 제공하는 데이터 일 것이다. 현재 많은 온라인 기업이 가장 기본적인 분석으로 웹 로그 분석을 시행하고 있으나, 그 양이 너무 많아 수시로 처리하는데는 문제가 있기도 하지만, 가장 쉽고, 기본적인 분석임은 피할 수 없는 사실이다. 기존의 웹 로그 분석에 관한 연구들이 웹 로그 분석을 통하여 사용자패턴 분석에 그친대 비하여 본 논문은 무선 페이지를 위한 컨텐츠추출 및 기존의 데이터중심의 마케팅 전략에서 벗어나 동양적인 정서를 가미한 마케팅 전략도 함께 제시한 것에 그 의의가 있다.

Sensitivity Analysis of a Mandrel Type Fiber Optic Acoustic Sensor Using an Analytical Method (해석적 방법에 의한 맨드릴형 광-음향센서의 감도특성 분석)

  • In this paper, theoretical acoustic sensitivity was derived to describe acousto-optic transduction property of the mandrel type fiber optic acoustic sensor with respect to external acoustic field. The acoustic sensitivity was analyzed in relation to both material properties and geometrical influence factors of the constitutional parts of the sensor, analytically. Validity of the theoretical results were verified through comparison with the finite element analysis results. The variation trends of the sensitivity of the sensor in relation to the studied parameters showed good agreement for the two analysis methods. According to the results, it is considered more economical to design the basic structure of the sensor with the analytic equations developed in this paper, and then to carry out further detailed analysis with the finite element method for specific points of design interest.

  • In this study, it is analyzed how large scale climate variation has an effect on climate systems over Korea using correlation analysis between climate indices and Intrinsic Mode Functions (IMFs) of precipitation and temperature. For this purpose, the estimated IMFs of precipitation and temperature from the accompanying paper were used. Furthermore, cross correlation coefficients and lag time between climate indices and IMFs were calculated considering periodicities and tendencies. As results, more accurate correlation coefficients were obtained compared with those between climate indices and raw precipitation and temperature data. We found that the Korean climate is closely related with climate variations of $El-Ni{\tilde{n}}o$ in terms of periodicity and its tendency is followed with increasing sea surface temperature due to climate change.

자기폭풍이 일어나면 이온권에서는 "보통" 어떤 일이 생길까?

  • 우주기상현상에서 자기폭풍은 태양으로부터 태양풍, 지구 자기권, 고층대기를 모두 포함하는 매우 복잡한 현상인데, 이들 중 자기폭풍이 고층대기 이온권에 미치는 영향에서도 매우 복잡하고 다양한 모습으로 나타난다. 자기폭풍이 이온권에 미치는 영향의 연구는 대부분 어떤 특정한 자기폭풍이 일어났을 때 이온권에 나타나는 변화의 관측자료 분석이나 모델링을 통한 연구이다. 그러나 이러한 연구는 자기폭풍이 일어나면 보통 이온권에는 어떤 변화가 일어나는지에 대한 답을 주지는 못한다. 한편, 이온권은 시간, 위치, 태양 및 지자기 활동 등의 변화에 따라 일반적인 변화경향을 보일 수 있는데, 이러한 물리적 조건 중 지자기활동이 변화할 때, 즉 자기폭풍이 발생할 때 이온권이 어떤 변화를 보이는지에 대한 일반적인 경향은 아직 정확히 알려져 있지 않다. 이는 자기폭풍의 영향이 다양한 조건에서 대단히 복잡한 패턴을 가지고 있어 간단히 일반화하기 어렵기 때문인데, 장기간의 이온권 관측 자료를 이용하여 체계적인 분석을 통해 자기폭풍이 얼어났을 때 공통으로 나타나는 이온권 변화를 연구할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 최근 인공위성을 이용하여 장기간에 걸쳐 전지구적인 이온권 관측이 수행되고 있는데, GPS나 TOPEX/JASON 위성 등에서 이온권 총 전자량이 관측되고 있다. 향후 이러한 관측 자료의 체계적인 분석을 통해 자기폭풍에 의한 이온권 변화의 일반적인 경향을 체계화 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Soy Protein-Lipid Film Preparation and its Physicochemical Properties (Soy Protein-Lipid Film의 이화학적 특성)

  • 본 연구는 콩을 이용한 가공식품개발을 목적으로 두유 가열시 기액 표면에 형성되는 SPLF의 제조조건과 이화학적인 특성에 대하여 연구하였다. 고형분이 각각 4.9%, 6.2%, 7.45%, 9.01%인 두유를 $95\pm1^{\circ}C의$ 수욕상에서 가열하면서 순차적으로 얻어지는 SPLF의 중량과 두께를 측정한 결과 고형분이 높은 것일수록 우수하였으며, 시간당 SPLF의 생성률은 고형분에 따라 다른 경향을 보이는 데 높은 고형분에서는 가온 초기에는 생성률이 크나 그 이후 감소하는 경향을 보였다. SPLF의 색도는 걷는 횟수가 증가할수록 흰색은 감소하고 적색과 황색은 증가하여 색차($\Delta$E)가 증가하였다. SPLF의 hardness는 고형분 6.20%인 두유로부터 4번째 걷어진 sheet에서 크게 나타났다. SPLF의 일반성분 분석 결과 단백질의 함량은 3, 4, 5번째 채취한 것이 높았고 지방은 점차 감소하는 경향을 보였으나 탄수화물과 회분은 증가하는 경향을 보였고 SPLF의 주성분인 단백질과 지질의 비는 증가하였으며 당질은 그 함유 비율이 점점 커졌다. 원료콩과 비교한 유리당의 이행률의 분석한 결과, 걷는 횟수에 따라 증가하여 서당은 97%가, stachyose와 raffinose는 각각 89%, 49%가 이행되었다.

  • This study aims to analyze the causes and results of the significant changes in the architecture of Japanese architect Kenzo Tange in the 1960s. For a new era and new architecture of Japan, Tange who has been successful in leading the early modern architecture of Japan. since the 1960s, proposed a structuralist approach, deviating from the existing functionalist tendencies that he has pursued. Therefore, in this paper, we examine what structural changes tend to be made in the post-1960s from the functionalist tendencies of the previous period, and what causes the changes to structuralist tendencies. In conclusion, rather than suggesting alternatives to deny the existing concept of functionalism, Tange's theory encompassed both functionalism and structuralism and achieved the effective reorganization of functions while complementing the disadvantages of existing functionalism through functional elements and their structuring.
