A thyridid species, Rhodoneura sugitanii(Matsumura), is newly recorded from the southern part of South Korea. Brief discussions of the diagnostic characters of Rhodoneura and the species newly recorded to Korea, R. sugitanii, are provided with illustrations of male and female genitalia of R. sugitanii.

Based on the specimens of Tortricidae collected from North Korea by Hungarian Natural History Museum, totally twelve species were identified. Among them, two species, Notocelia rosaecolana Doubleday and Rhopobota ustomaculana Curtis, are reported for the first time from North Korea. All identified species is enumerated with their available information including the collecting localities, the distributional ranges and host plants.

Acanthopsyche nigraplaga Wileman, Psychidae is reported for the first time from Korea with a brief redescription and illustration of its male genitalia. Their food plants, Gomphrena globosa L., Rhubus parvifolius L. var. triphyllus N., Perilla frutescens B. var. acuta K., Menispermum dahuricum Dc., and Chenopodium album L. are also newly reported.
