Hiking trails in Mt Jiri, and Mt Halla, National Park have been examined in terms of their degrading factors. The trails are deteriorated by natural erosion processes as well as human trampling. Trail deterioration is classified into tread lowering, sidewall retreat, path widening and divergence based upon a place where erosional processes occur. Tread lowering and sidewall retreat is generally produced by natural erosion factors, whereas path widening and divergence is generated by human trampling. Rainwash is the most contributing process to tread lowering. By contrast, several processes such as rainwash, needle ice action, deflation, tree falling and animal activity play a major role in sidewall retreat according to physical conditions of a hiking trail. Path widening and divergence could be classified by a factor producing human trampling. There are lots of cases related to rainwash such as the tree root, gravel, and bedrock, exposed by a surface flow lowering a tread and the riser produced by tread scouring. A puddle of rainwater on a flat tread and a fallen tree of Abies koreana in a forest region are also major factors to cause path widening and divergence. A paved tread with stones encourages a hiker to walk out of a trail. Taking a shortcut also results in path widening and divergence without a factor giving a hiker inconvenience on a trail.

정보통신부가 주최하고 한국소프트웨어진흥원과 한국데이터베이스진흥센터가 공동으로 주관하는 디지털콘텐츠대상의 2/4분기 수상작에 대한 시상식이 7월2일 정보통신부 14층 중회의실에 열렸다. 수상작품으로는 디지털영상 부문에 매직큐브의 '오베이비', 온라인게임 부문에 넥슨의 '아스가르도', 무선콘텐츠 부문에 엠드림의 '중기갑보병K', 기타 디지털 콘텐츠 부문에 넷코디의 '실시간 개인체형인식합성을 이용한 웹새편 카달로그'가 각각 선정됐다. 이번에 선정된 4개 수상작들은 디지털영상, 온라인게임, 교육용콘텐츠, 무선콘텐츠, 기타 디지털콘텐츠 등 5개 부문에 걸쳐 1차 서류심사 및 2차 시연평가를 통해 선정됐다.

외부 광스위치/변조기로는 차단형(cut-off type)[1], 균일 방향성 결합기(uniform directional coupler)[2-4], Mach-Zehnder 간섭계(Mach-Zehnder interferometer)[5-7], 교번 .DELTA..betha. 방향성 결합기(alternation directional coupler)[8-9], 교차 결합기(crossed coupler[10-11], Y-분기 방향성 결합기(Y-branch directional coupler)[12-14] 등의 여러가지가 연구되어졌다. 본 논문에서는 위에서 열거한 여러 가지 광변조기를 해석, 설계하는데 기본이 되는 광결합 이론으로 normal mode 이론과 coupled mode 이론을 소개한다. 아울러 이러한 이론들을 이용하여 전술한 변조기 중 균일 방향성 결합기, Y-분기 방향성 결합기, Mach-Zehnder 간섭계의 광스위칭/변조 원리를 살펴본다.

정보통신부가 주최하고 한국소프트웨어진흥원과 한국데이터베이스진흥센터가 공동으로 주관하는 디지털콘텐츠대상의 4/4분기 수상작에 대한 시상식이 지난달 11일 정보통신부 14층 회의실에서 열렸다. 수상작은 디지털영상 부문에 옥토그라프의 '로보솔져', 온라인게임 부문 조이온 '임진록 온라인 거상'과 이야기의 'I.M.온라인', 교육용 콘텐츠 부문에 에듀팜의 '오리수학농장', 무선콘텐츠 부문에 대헌정보의 'GOGO!!배틀체스' 5개 작품이 선정됐다. 수상기업에는 국내ㆍ외 전시회 참가비용이 지원되고 정통부가 추진하는 해외진출 지원사업 참여 때 우대된다. 또 수상작 가운데 우수작을 뽑아 연말에 열리는 디지털콘텐츠 전문 전시회인 '디지털 콘텐츠 페어' 행사 때 국무총리상 등을 수여한다.

A two degree-of-freedom model of suspended cables is studied for forced resonant response. The method of averaging is used to obtain first-order approximations to the response of the system. A bifurcation analysis of the averaged system is performed in the case of 2-to-1 internal resonance. Nonlinear coupled-mode motions are found to bifurcate from single-mode responses and further bifurcate to limit cycle motions via Hopf bifurcations. The limit cycle solutions undergo period doubling bifurcations to chaos.

This paper describes the collapse characteristics of the rectangular tube under eccentric compressive load. Overall buckling stress and bifurcation criterion (slenderness ration)are investigated. modified secant formula(MSF) is proposed to decide overall buckling stress. The bifurcation criterion which can distinguish between the local and overall buckling mode shapes is suggest by equating the local and overall buckling stresses. Additionally the effect of initial imperfection on bifurcation criterion is investigated.

CATV(Cable Television) 및 MATV(MasterTelevision) 시스템용 방향성결합기의 광대역 설계법을 제안한다. 결합선로형 방향성결합기의 이론을 도입하여 그 이론을 변성기형에 적용, 해석법을 확립하고, 제안한 해석법의 타당성을 입증하기 위하여 시뮬레이션결과 및 실험결과를 비교 검토한다. 그 결과 주파수특성이 반사계수 20dB, isolation 25dB를 만족하는 신호분기기를 5∼2150 MHz까지 광대역화 하였다.

정보통신부 산하 한국소프트웨어진흥원(KIPA)과 한국콘텐츠산업연합회(KIBA)는 지난 7월 12일부터 8월 13일까지 약 1개월간에 걸쳐 국내 디지털콘텐츠 관련 사업을 영위하고 있는 기업 402개사를 대상으로 시장조사를 실시했다. 이번 조사는 시시각각으로 변하는 디지털콘텐츠 산업의 시장환경을 신속히 파악하고 이에 대한 정책적 대응력을 높이기 위해 추진된 것으로 보다 빠르고 정확한 분기별 시장 추이를 살펴볼 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 최근 발표된‘국내 디지털콘텐츠 산업 시장조사 보고서’전문을 게재한다.

변전소 모선에서 측정되는 전압, 전류를 기반으로 하는 CB기반 고장거리 추정기법은 배전선의 다중 분기선 때문에 다중개의 고장위치를 추론하는 것은 물론 분기 부하모델의 불확실성으로 인해 거리 계산에 오차를 포함하게 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스 기반의 배전계통 하에서 구간 측정 전압, 전류 및 IED간 정보교환을 통해 얻어지는 전압, 전류 정보를 이용하여 고장경로를 추정하는 IED 기반 고장경로 추정기법을 제안한다.

한국농촌경제연구원에서 발표한 2009년 3/4분기 축산관측에 따르면 한육우는 쇠고기 수입량 전년대비 감소로 한우암소 산지가격은 $495{\sim}505$만원을 형성할 것으로 전망됐다. 돼지의 경우 돼지고기 소비의향 회복세로 평균 지육가격은 전년동기 보다 3%정도 높은 $4,800{\sim}4,900$원으로 전망했다. 육계의 경우 닭고기 총 공급 감소로 전국평균 육계 산지가격은 kg당 $2,100{\sim}2,300$원으로, 산란계의 경우 산란용 마리수 증가로 계란생산량은 전년동기보다 5% 증가할 것으로 전망했다.
