The Effects of Human Brand of Sports Star on Purchase Intention: A Comparison between Low and High Involvement Products (스포츠스타의 휴먼브랜드가 구매의도에 미치는 영향 연구 -고관여, 저관여 제품 비교-)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest an effective marketing method for product advertising. With regards to this, 148 copies of survey data were collected from consumers, and the hypothesis of this study was verified using SPSS 25.0. The results revealed that (1) Human Brand attractiveness had a positive effect on Human Brand attachment among the products of low involvement. (2) The uniqueness and the intimacy of Human Brand had a positive effect on Human Brand attachment among the products of high involvement. Through this study, the effect of reliability, expertise, attractiveness, uniqueness, and intimacy among human brand characteristics on human brand attachment, human brand attitude, and product purchase intention was confirmed, and it was also possible to confirm the difference in influence on human brand characteristics and purchase intention according to the product characteristics involved. This study has expanded the research scope of Human Brand, which has been studied mainly by entertainers and entrepreneurs, to sports stars and through empirical analysis, it has tried to identify influencing factors to improve purchasing intent based on high and low-contention characteristics of advertising products.

The Effects of Unstable Adult Attachment, Self-compassion, and Emotional Recognition Clarity of Nursing Freshmen on Interpersonal Skills (간호학과 신입생의 불안정 성인애착과 자기자비, 정서인식명확성이 대인관계능력에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is a descriptive research study to figure out the effect of unstable an adult attachment, self-mercy and emotional recognition clarity on interpersonal skills targeting nursing freshman. From 27th of March 2023 to 7th of April 2023, data gathered from the nursing freshman of university in J city, G province were analyzed. Using IBM SPSS/25, the data was analyzed descriptive statistic t-test, ANOVA and multiple correlation analysis. Interpersonal skills have negative correlation with unstable adults attachment(r=-.19, p=.005), and also have positive correlation with self-mercy (r=.38, p<.001) and emotional recognition clarity (r=.28, p<.001). Using hierarchical multiple regression analysis of factors that effects on interpersonal skills of survey subjects, self-mercy was the factor predict one's interpersonal skills the most, extroverted, mixed and emotional recognition clarity in order. The higher self- mercy and emotional recognition clarity are, the bigger influences interpersonal skills have and 24.5% of explanatory power. For nursing school students, interpersonal skills was one of the essential qualities so various methods to improve their interpersonal skills should be figured out.

Influence of self-differentiation, psychological discomfort, and marital dyadic adjustment on maternal-fetal attachment in primigravida (초임부의 자기분화, 심리적 불편감 및 부부적응이 태아애착에 미치는 영향)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of self-differentiation, psychological discomfort, and marital dyadic adjustment on maternal-fetal attachment in primigravida. Methods: In total, 108 primigravida participated in this descriptive correlational study. The participants answered self-report questionnaires. Data were collected from January to May, 2020, and were analyzed using descriptive statistics, the t-test, analysis of variance, Pearson correlation coefficients, and hierarchical multiple regression with SPSS for Windows ver. 23.0. Results: The mean age of the primigravida was 31.66 years. The mean score for the degree of maternal-fetal attachment was 76.81 out of 96 points. Participants' scores for maternal-fetal attachment differed significantly based on age (t=2.08 p=.039) and marital status (t=2.05, p=.043). Maternal-fetal attachment was significantly negatively correlated with psychological discomfort (r=-.39, p<.001), and significantly positively correlated with self-differentiation (r=.36, p<.001) and marital dyadic adjustment (r=.36, p<.001). Self-differentiation explained 24.1% of variance in participants' maternal-fetal attachment, and its effect was statistically significant (F=7.79, p<.001). Conclusion: In primigravida, more self-differentiation was associated with stronger maternal-fetal attachment. To strengthen maternal-fetal attachment in primigravidae, educational program that increases the level of self-differentiation and minimizes psychological discomfort may be helpful for first time pregnant women. Additionally, it is recommended to provide nursing interventions to encourage couples to work together throughout the gestational period.

Influencing Factors of Social Anxiety in Late School-aged Children (학령후기 아동의 사회불안에 미치는 영향요인)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the prevalence of social anxiety among late School-aged Children and identify factors influencing the tendency to social anxiety. A self-report survey was conducted with primary school children who were in the 6th grades. Two hundred and seventy eight children were included in the study. The instruments utilized in this study were SASCA-K (Korean Social Anxiety Scale for children and adolescents), SES(Self-esteem Scale), CAPS(Child and Adolescent Perfectionism Scale), DSRS-C(Depression Self-Rating Scale for Children), and IPPA-R(Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment-Revised version). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and multiple regression with SPSS WIN 23.0 program. Social anxiety for the schoolchildren was positively correlated with perfectionism and depression, whereas self-esteem and attachment security was negatively correlated with social anxiety. Stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that 38.0% of the variance for social anxiety was significantly accounted for by self-esteem, self-oriented perfectionism, depression, attachment security (Father-communication). The most significant factor influencing social anxiety was self-esteem. Findings suggest that expanding health education, counseling and school-based health education programs is necessary to prevent and intervention mental problems of late School-aged Children through integrated intervention by schools, families and communities.

중소벤처기업의 GWP 조직문화가 구성원의 직무만족 및 소명의식에 미치는 영향

  • 본 연구는 스타트업을 포함 중소벤처기업에 재직 중인 구성원의 직무만족과 소명의식을 높이기 위한 방안으로 GWP 조직문화의 필요성을 제안하고자 한다. GWP 조직문화는 구성원들이 자신이 근무하는 조직과 업무, 동료에 대해 애착을 갖고 자부심을 갖도록 조직 차원에서 이를 독려하는 문화적 풍토를 말한다. 이를 토대로 구성원은 일터영성(Workplace Spirituality)을 지각하고 더 나아가 직무만족과 소명의식을 느낄 수 있다. 일터영성에 관한 개념은 다양한 학문적 논의가 진행되고 있는데 중요한 점은 구성원들이 자신의 업무에서 의미를 추구하는 소명의식과 일터, 즉 조직에서 목적과 일의 의미를 타 구성원과 함께 공유하는 개념으로 요약할 수 있다. 그러므로 중소벤처기업에서 GWP 조직문화 조성을 노력한다면 구성원에게 자신의 업무와 동료에 대한 인식 그리고 일터 현장에 대한 의미와 소중함을 더욱 인식하게 하여 임직원의 일터영성을 일깨울 수 있을 것이다.

Development of Internet Vulnerability Index for Youth through Internet Overdependency Analysis (인터넷 과의존 요인분석을 통한 청소년의 인터넷 취약성 지수 개발)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the Internet vulnerability index of adolescents. To do this, we used the original data of long - term follow - up survey for the internet overdependency cause analysis conducted by NIA in 2018, and analyzed the correlation between alternatives of internet vulnerability index and personal psychology by using linear regression analysis. Factor analysis showed that the relationship with the surroundings was indexed by adding 9 items to positive factors such as family acceptance, peer attachment, and teacher favorability. The relationship between the surroundings and self - stigmatization is confirmed, and the relationship between the surroundings and the Internet fragility is predicted to be negatively related, and the digital capacity is also assumed to be negatively correlated with the Internet vulnerability. In order to develop the specific form of the Internet vulnerability index, personal psychology and linear regression analysis were conducted. As a result, positive factors and R value of personal psychology were increased when considering the relationship with the environment and the digital capacity rather than the Internet overdependency model. Based on these implications, we discussed the implications and limitations of this study.

A Study on the Effect of Chinese Consumers' Attachment toward Korean Hallyu Stars on the Authenticity and Trust of Korean Cosmetic Brands (중국소비자의 한류스타에 대한 애착이 한국 화장품 브랜드 진정성 및 신뢰에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The Chinese cosmetics market is rapidly expanding, but various problems have also emerged, including exaggerated advertisement, lack of accurate information on product usage and the emergence of imitation products. For this reason, cosmetics companies have been making efforts to convince Chinese consumers of their brand authenticity and trust. In particular, Korean cosmetics firms have been using Hallyu stars who are largely popular among Chinese consumers as a means to raise their brand authenticity and trust. The aim of this study was to view Hallyu stars as human brands in the Chinese cosmetics market and verify whether the Chinese consumers' attachment toward Korean celebrities help the consumers perceive the authenticity of the brands advertised by the stars, and whether such brand authenticity affects the Chinese consumers' trust in Korean cosmetics brands. Furthermore, based on the fact that brand authenticity is defined and classified differently according to the type of product, this study observed the authenticity of Korean cosmetics brands from the aspect of product, employee and company based on previous research conducted on cosmetics brand authenticity. To this end, this study surveyed Chinese consumers for a month by using a representative survey website (http://www.sojump.com) that actively shares information related to cosmetics. A total of 394 surveys were used in the empirical analysis. The results of empirical analysis indicated that Chinese consumers' attachment toward Hallyu stars spreads to the Korean cosmetics brands advertised by the celebrities to have a positive effect on the brand authenticity perceived by Chinese consumers, including the authenticity of product, employee and company. Results also showed that the authenticity of Korean cosmetics brands, including product, employee and company, affected Chinese consumers' trust in the brands. The results of this study can provide implications regarding advertising or marketing strategies using Hallyu stars that can be utilized by Korean cosmetics companies to improve brand authenticity and reliability perceived by Chinese consumers in the Chinese cosmetics market, where brand authenticity and reliability are important.

제34회 전국도서관주간 행사결과 보고

  • 제34회 전국도서관주간(한국도서관협회 주관, 문화관광부 후원)이 4월 12일부터 18일까지 전국의 공공도서관을 비롯하여 각급도서관별로 다양하게 개최되었다. 우리 협회는 도서관에 대한 국민적 관심과 이해도를 높이고자 지난 ‘65년부터 매년 4월 12일에서 18일까지 1주일 간을 ’도서관주간‘으로 정하고 우리협회에 주관하에 전국 각급도서관이 중심이 되어 다양한 도서관문화 행사를 전개해오고 있다. “도서관에 가서보면 길이 보인다”라는 주제로 개최된 이번 도서관주간 행사에는 ’특별강좌. 강연‘ ’모범이용자표창‘ ’작가와의 만남‘ ’도서관 알기‘ ’동화구연‘ ’독서토론‘ 등과 같은 행사뿐만 아니라 경제위기로 인한 고실업사회의 대응책으로 ’창업 및 구직정보 관련코너‘설치 ’자녀 논술 및 독서지도 강좌‘등이 많은 공공도서관에서 실시된 것이 눈에 띄었으며 ’정보찾기대회‘ 컴퓨터강좌’ ‘영어동화들려주기’ 등의 다양한 프로그램도 정보화, 국제화 시대에 맞춰 개최되었다. 이번 행사에서 특히 눈길을 모은 것은 제주도 한수풀도서관에서 ‘창간호 특별전시회’로서, 이는 고병률 사서의 개인소장자료 전시회로 한 사서의 자료보존에 대한 애착을 엿볼 수 있었으며, 대구광역시립동부도서관의 ‘도서관주간 음악회’와 대학도서관에서는 드물게 개최된 계명대학교동산도서관의 초청강연회 ‘미국대학도서관의 업무처리와 정보 서비스: 연사 박혜옥(캘리포니아대학도서관사서)’등도 돋보였다. 이번 도서관주간에 개최된 각급 도서관별 행사 내역을 아래의 표는 정리한 것임.

Perceived Glass Ceiling and Turnover Intention in Travel Agency (여행사에서의 유리천장 지각과 이직의도)

  • The glass ceiling is defined as a barrier so subtle that it is transparent, that it prevents women and minorities from moving up in the management hierarchy. Individuals in the minority may perceive the presence of a glass ceiling within their social context, a barrier put in to place by those in the advantaged majority. This study has testified pragmatically the influence of glass ceiling perceived by the female employees of travel agency on their work attitudes(organizational commitment, turnover intention). Data were collected by 202 full time female employees. The results of analysis is as follows: First, it is revealed that glass ceiling has no influence on turnover intention. Second, this study show that the higher glass ceiling is perceived by the female employees of travel agency, the more they have negative influence on their affective commitment. Contrary to our expectation, however, it is revealed that glass ceiling has no influence on continuance commitment. That is, glass ceiling have significant effects on affective commitment whereas the effects are not significant for continuance commitment. Third, affective commitment have significant effects on turnover intention. However, it is revealed that continuance commitment has no influence on turnover intention.

Effect of Dance Instructors' Education Support on Instructor' Trust and Dance Attachment (무용지도자의 교육지원이 지도자신뢰 및 무용애착도에 미치는 영향)

  • The major purpose of this study is to examine how the support for dance education of dance majors affects the instructor' trust and dance attachment. This research was executed as the subjects who are currently the student of dance majors of a college in Seoul, Kyonggi, Daejeon and Chungchungnam-do, one college were selected from each district. And by using purposive sampling method, total of 262 peoples that were used in final analysis was extracted. In this study, adequacy and reliability of the questionnaire were verified by factor analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis and course analysis by using SPSS18.0. The conclusion is as follows. First, instructor's support for dance education influences on instructor' trust. Secondly, support for dance education partly influences on dance attachment. Thirdly, instructor' trust influences on dance attachment. Lastly, support for dance education influences dance attachment throughout instructor' trust. Especially, support for dance education' influence for dance attachment throughout instructor' trust is more influential than support for dance education' influence for dance attachment directly. Now it is obvious that instructor' trust is the important variable that intermediate support for dance education and dance attachment.
