A Study of Web based Hot-Line Insulation Device (웹기반 활선 절열측정장치의 개발)

  • 기존의 기술이 Off Line 상태에서 대지 정전 용량을 포함 하는 영상 전류 방식의 절연 저항을 측정 하는 반면, 본 기술은 기본적으로는 부하 Line에 흐르는 누설 전류를 샘플링 하여 얻어진 계측 값을 기초로 절연 저항에 흐르는 대지 절연 저항 전류 Igr을 구한다. 이와 같이 본 시스템은 웹 기반에서 원격 감시/제어를 가능케 한 것으로 Line을 Off시키지 않고 절연 저항을 구한다. 이때 얻어진 절연 저항, 선전류, 각 상별 전압을 Local 계기에서 Display하고 통신 출력을 통해 원격지에서 측정 시 제어를 수행한다. 이러한 기술적 기반은 Igr방식을 채용, 기존의 Io방식의 결점인 누설 전류의 크기인 스칼라량 검출로 인한 정전 용량, 잡음, 그리고 손실 오차와 부동작 요인에 관한 한계를 Igr방식의 채용으로 극복할 수 있어 절연 저항 측정에 대한 신뢰성과 안전성을 도모할 수 있다.

Diagnosis of Insulation Deterioration in Cast-Resin Power Transformer using Acoustic Emission Techniques (음향방출법에 의한 몰드형 전력변압기의 절연열화 진단)

  • In this paper, AE(Acoustic Emission) signals detected from the growth of the electrical tree in an epoxy resin under ac high-voltage application were analysed to diagnose the insulation deterioration of cast-resin power transformer. Frequency spectra of AE signals generated from the magnetizing and the load currents in the actual operating cast-resin power transformer of 500[kVA] under distribution system of 22.9[kV] were also analysed to distinguish the AE signals due to void discharges from the magnetic circuit noises in the core of the transformer. As the experimental results, we could distinguish the AE signals whether those signals were caused due to the void discharges or due to the magnetic circuit noises by analyzing the frequency spectrum of AE signals. The frequency spectra of AE signals generated from the cast-resin power transformer in operation due to both the magnetizing and the load currents appeared in the range of 40-120[kHz], but the frequency band of AE signals emitted from the void discharges in an epoxy resin sample was about 50[kHz] to 230[kHz].

  • 전기철도차량에서 사용하는 전력변환장치에 의해서 부하전류에 다양한 고조파가 포함되고 이러한 고조파는 전력품질에 영향을 미치게 된다. 틸팅열차는 현재 6량 1편성의 시제차량이 개발되어 호남선에서 시험을 실시하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 틸팅열차가 운행되는 동안 차량의 전력시스템을 평가하기 위해서 차량의 전압, 부하전류, 전력, 고조파를 측정한 결과에 대해서 서술하였다.

  • Recently several techniques for disaster prevention based on IoT(Internet of Things) are being developed. In this paper, a new smart pattern classification method for electric loads is proposed. CT(Current Transformer) data are extracted from electric loads, and then the sampled CT data are converted using FFT and MFCC. FFT and FMCC data are used for the input data of neural networks. Experiments were conducted using FFT and MFCC data for 7 kinds of electric loads. Experiments results indicate the superiority of MFCC in comparison to FFT.

  • 본 논문에서는 현장측정을 통하여 수용가별(업무용, 주택용, 산업용)로 발생하는 전압, 전류고조파의 특성을 비교분석하였다. 특히 국내에서 규정되어 있지 않은 전류 고조파 종합왜형률($THD_i$)과 더 향상된 방식인 전류 종합 부하왜형률($TDD_i$)을 제시하여 $THD_i$와 비교하였다. 또한 50조파까지의 측정을 통해 향후 국내의 실정에 맞는 고조파 한계 기준에 적합한 설정치를 제시하였다.

Study on Leakage Current and Insulation Resistance Effect of Temperature and Humidity (온도, 습도의 누설전류와 절연저항 영향 연구)

  • It was found that temperature and humidity did not affect the leakage current since the leakage current was irregularly increased or decreased at a temperature of $22^{\circ}C$ to $32^{\circ}C$ and a humidity of 60.0% to 96.0%. The insulation resistance in the vicinity of $26^{\circ}C$ was $10.70M{\Omega}$ to $4,000.00M{\Omega}$ and was low from $9.10M{\Omega}$ to $1,000.00M{\Omega}$ before and after $26^{\circ}C$. As the humidity was increase in a range of 60%~96%, the insulation resistance was reduced from $4,000.00M{\Omega}$ to $4.80M{\Omega}$, which indicates that the temperature and humidity had an influence on the insulation resistance. The leakage current and the insulation resistance of the branch circuit to the cooking facilities were compliant with less than 1.00 mA and more than $0.20M{\Omega}$. Leakage current of 1.89 mA was non-compliant but the insulation resistance was compliant with the value of $65.00M{\Omega}$.

  • Computer loads can be found in all of modem society. The switching mode power supplies used in personal computers are major sources of harmonic currents. Harmonic currents can cause lots of harmonic problems such as voltage waveform distortion, excessive neutral currents, errors in measurements, and disruption in computer performance. The purpose of this paper is to give an equivalent circuit modeling methodology for the harmonic currents generated by single-phase personal computer loads and to evaluate a commercially available series resonant filter for the harmonic currents compensation based on the IEEE 519-1992 and IEC1000-3-2 standards for limiting harmonic distortion.

  • When zenor diode load current is necessary to be controlled by input voltage as a circuit load, existing voltage controlling method cannot be applied to it because the output current of zenor diode is changed due to breakdown voltage variations. We propose input voltage controlled output current source regardless of zenor breakdown voltage variation due to degradation resulted from severe current applied electronic component life test as a circuit load in this paper. We show breakdown voltage characteristics of this zenor diode circuit through simulation, applying adequate values for each component in order to verify the circuit composed of that method, and then show the result in which output current is controlled by input voltage. We confirmed the output current varies proportional to input voltage, and developed circuit shows a constant value independent of zenor diode breakdown voltage variations due to component degradations.

Three Level Buck Converter Utilizing Multi-bit Flying Capacitor Voltage Control (멀티비트 플라잉 커패시터의 전압제어를 이용한 3-레벨 벅 변환기)

  • This paper proposes a three level buck converter utilizing multi-bit flying capacitor voltage control. The conventional three-level buck converter can not control the flying capacitor voltage, so that the operation is unstable or the circuit for controlling the flying capacitor voltage can not be applied to the PWM mode. Also when the load current is increased, an error occurs in the inductor voltage. The proposed structure can control the flying capacitor voltage in PWM mode by using differential difference amplifier and common mode feedback circuit. In addition, this paper proposes a 3bit flying capacitor voltage control circuit to optimize the operation of the three level buck converter depending on the load current, and a triangular wave generation circuit using the schmitt trigger circuit. The proposed 3-level buck converter is designed in $0.18{\mu}m$ CMOS process and has an input voltage range of 2.7V~3.6V and an output voltage range of 0.7V~2.4V. The operating frequency is 2MHz, the load current range is 30mA to 500mA, and the output voltage ripple is measured up to 32.5mV. The measurement results show a maximum power conversion efficiency of 85% at a load current of 130 mA.

  • 고장전류의 문제점을 파악하고, 두 코일의 직렬연결을 갖는 자기결합형 초전도 전류제한기의 필요성에 대해서 알아보았다. 그리고 두 코일의 직렬연결을 갖는 자기결합형 초전도 전류 제한기의 구성과, 실험장치의 회로구성에 대하여 나타내었다. 실험에서는 결선방향의 변화와 부하저항 값의 변화에 따른 사고전류와 초전도 소자의 값을 측정하여 분석하였다. 또한, 사고 제거 후 제한기의 복귀시간 변화의 값을 측정하고 그에 따른 분석 후 발전 가능성을 예측해보았다.
