어떤 문학사를 평가하기 위해서는 사적 체계화를 위해 감행한 일반화가 여러 다양한 문학현상을 얼마만큼 체계적으로 서술하는가 하는 점이 살펴져야 한다. 이에 대한 답은 일단 부정적이다. 이 책에서 우선 지적할 수 있는 것은, 한국근대문학의 특수한 전개양상이 거의 부각되지 못했다는 사실이다.

This study was conducted to analyze the differences in negative health behavior, mental health, and self-esteem between tattooed and non-tattooed college students. The subjects of this study were 214 four-year college students located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, Cronbach's α, crossover analysis, and t-test were conducted using the 25.0 version of the SPSS statistical package. As a result of the study, there was no significant difference in negative health behavior, mental health, and self-esteem between the two groups according to the presence of tattoos. Therefore, it can be said that it has a meaning as a positive aspect of research contrary to previous studies that report negative properties of tattoo. This study is expected to be used as basic data in establishing tattoo culture suitable for the times by reflecting and activating tattoos as a cultural phenomenon in the future.

We looked at the background of how Western dance (Dance Sports, Social Dance) was first introduced as social dance in the past in Korean society with Confucian culture. In addition, we look into the social aspects of dance at the time, such as the spread of social dancing before the Korean War, the path through which the social dancing craze developed in the 1950s after the Korean War, and the decadent trend immediately after the Korean War, and how it transformed into a negative cultural phenomenon. We reexamined the series of events along with their social background. And now, social dance and dance sports have undergone such a significant change in perception in Korean society that they have become an indispensable element of life, to the point where the sentence is no longer unfamiliar in our country. Dancesport is an artistic indoor sport that combines elements of dance and sport. We also studied what changes have occurred in Korean society, including modern artistic elements.

Work-family interface including work-family conflict and work-family enrichment has an effect on organizational performance such as job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This empirical research mainly investigated influence of family-friendly organizational culture on work-family interface and organizational performance. Three key variables apply for this research : work-family interface, organizational performance and family-friendly organizational culture. A total 750 questionnaire was collected from female managers in various companies for hypothesis testing. The empirical analysis shows that reducing work-family conflict and enhancing work-family enrichment positively contribute to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The Family-friendly organizational culture plays a moderating role between work-family interface and organizational performance. As a result, the findings support the fact that family-friendly organizational culture impact on organizational performance through work-family balance.

The purpose of this study is to explore the motivation for, expectations of, consequences of, and attitudes toward whistle-blowing. that whistle-blowers experience in the whistle-blowing process, and clarify the difference between the ideal and reality. Fourteen official whistle-blowers were interviewed and qualitative data were analyzed based on phenomenological approach. As a result, motivational themes appeared such as professional spirit and personal values. They also tried to pursue public interest such as social changes as well as public support for them. In addition, the participants believed that the cultural characteristics of Korean society such as vertical collectivism are responsible for the gap between ideals and reality of whistle-blowing. In particular, They also suggested a few alternative for reducing the gap.

The purpose of this study was to select words with "shared cultural charge" that are unique in French culture and to study cultural content hidden in these words. It also explores the cultural phenomenon of same French borrowed words used in the Korean language. The study was conducted from two perspectives: perspective of internal French culture defined by Galisson and inter-cultural perspective. The first section of this study introduces the theory "lexiculture" and definition of the words "shared cultural charge." In the following section, among main items of 795 borrowed words in the Korean language, we examined seven words in areas such as clothing, food, and housing. We studied content of the French culture according to the following three categories: (1) dictionary definition, (2) cultural phenomena, (3) special phenomenon in idiomatic expression. Our study illustrated a special connotation beyond the dictionary definition of words. In the next section, we examined the birth of a new cultural phenomenon and process of acquiring a new meaning in the Korean language. Finally, we analyzed differences and similarities between linguistic and cultural elements in both cultures. In this study, we provide basic data for inter-cultural education between France and Korea.

The purposed of this study is to deeply understand the discrimination experiences of multicultural youth in school. For this, an interview with 12 multicultural youth was conducted and the data was analyzed using Giorgi's method of psychological phenomenology. As a result, 58 main meaning units, 22 emerging themes, and 9 essential themes were drawn. The essential themes consist of 'Experience of unwanted exposure of multicultural origin and negative emotions', 'Determination of his or her existence based on the multicultural family', 'Not affected by the fact that he or she is from multicultural family', 'A favorable response on multiple cultures and experience of favor', 'Discrimination on grounds of unmanageable fact', 'Becoming a figure of fun and being bullied', 'Unhelpful multicultural education and interests from one's surroundings', 'The impact of unstoppable and unresolved discrimination' and 'Self-awareness as a multicultural youth'. Based on these results, discussion and implications of the study were presented.

e-문화가 급격히 확산되고 있음에도 인터넷 익명성의 문제를 전자상거래와 결부하여 접근하는 데에는 다소 소홀한 편이다. 본 논문은 e-문화 측면의 현상들을 익명성 문제에 초점을 맞추어 배경 및 쟁점 등을 점검하고 e-문화의 핵심적 요소라 할 수 있는 익명성 문제가 전자상거래와 관련하여 어떠한 의미가 있는지를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 인터넷 익명성 문제는 긍정적 부정적 효과를 동시에 안고 있고, 익명과 설명에 대한 네티즌들의 선호도 역시 팽팽한 상태로 유지되고 있어 기업의 전자상거래 과정에서 특별히 관심을 기울일 필요가 있다. 또한 기업은 익명성 수준을 효과적으로 조정하여 쇼핑몰 운영 등 전자상거래에 반영할 필요가 있으며, 장기적으로는 현실 세계에서의 '자기PR 시대'의 추이가 가상 세계에 반영되는 흐름을 잘 읽고 실명 사용을 확대하여 불특정 다수의 네티즌을 충성스런 고객으로 확보해나가는 전략을 실천해 나간다.

In drafting the standards on changes in current conditions, the height or the number of stories is applied in a restrictive manner by limiting to securing the distance to vertical surface for cultural properties within the influence investigation area, but this is expected to have a negative impact on the surrounding sceneries as well as results in the dwarfing phenomenon for precious cultural properties. That is, the preparation for supplementing the insufficient objectivity that is likely to take place during the process of drafting the standards on changes in current conditions. Thus the author attempts to suggest the analytic method for the decision making related to objective and reasonable determination and regulation of the changes in current conditions through computer based simulation work that considers the cultural properties and surrounding environments under investigation. In order to achieve such research objectives, the author reviewed the subject sites where the cultural property dwarfing phenomenon was expected to occur in case of the permission for the changes in current conditions or where the impact of natural landscape and natural feature on the earth is less than architectural building or artificial structure or where the new policy program is likely to be adopted due to incomplete establishment of current condition change standard within influence investigation area, among other cultural properties with architectural building or artificial structure nearby located in Cheonan city and then selected Cheonansaji Dangganjiju(flag poles) and Jiksanhyun Gwana(government office). The author then undertook the quantitative visibility analysis in order to determine the comprehensive prospect rights for the cultural properties and surrounding environments concerned.

This paper analyzes the danmu phenomenon with the concept of participatory culture proposed by Henry Jenkins. Unlike other comments, Danmu is a function that allows users to post anonymously while watching a video, and comments posted at that time are immediately displayed on the screen and can be viewed by other viewers. The service was first launched by Niconico. In this paper, the danmu phenomenon in the Chinese video platform Bilibili is analyzed by focusing on three aspects. First, in terms of creative sharing under collective intelligence, we explore how users create their own creations and share them with other users through danmu. Second, in the collaboration model under public participation, the method and meaning of collective cooperation through users' interaction is dealt with. Third, in terms of financial support of commercial capital, the influence of danmu videos to create commercial profits is analyzed as a case. In addition, the negative aspects and challenges of participatory culture in Bilibili are analyzed. Negative aspects such as participation gap, copyright infringement, excessive use of danmu and problems of anonymity were reviewed, and major challenges to realize the potential of danmu as a participatory culture were suggested. This paper comprehensively analyzes danmu using research methods such as literature review and case studies, and through this, tries to derive insights on how participatory culture and danmu interact and evolve in modern society. Danmu, as a participatory medium, is an important tool that promotes individual and collective creation and interaction, and is pioneering a new boundary between the media industry and its users.
