A Basic Study for Accumulating Scheduling Knowledge-Base (공정관리 지식기반 구축을 위한 기초적 연구)

  • Generally the level of accumulating scheduling knowledge-base in Korean construction companies is in the scheduling knowledge-base infrastructure construction phase and Even in top 10 construction companies, the level is in early scheduling knowledge activity phase. The principle causes of this situation are unawareness of importance to scheduling knowledge and absence of procedure related to scheduling knowledge-base. This research analyzes the problems to accumulate scheduling knowledge-base in Korean construction companies and proposes a procedure model to accumulate scheduling knowledge-base property, which adds items of scheduling knowledge-base infrastructure and scheduling knowledge activity to the existing scheduling procedures of Korean construction companies. Using procedure model for accumulating scheduling knowledge-base, Korean construction companies can develop a new scheduling procedure and accumulate scheduling knowledge accordingly. If scheduling knowledge were accumulated property according to the procedure, a framework for knowledge management system could be provided.

  • Purpose: The risk assessment for earthquakes was conducted in accordance with the current design standard (KBC2016) for the Coalescer facility, which is a major facility of energy storage facilities. Method: The risk assessment for earthquakes was conducted in accordance with the current design standard (KBC2016) for the Coalescer facility, which is a major facility of energy storage facilities. Result: In this study, by statically loading earthquake loads and evaluating the level of collapse prevention of special-class structures, facility managers can easily recognize and evaluate the risk level, and this analysis result can be applied to future facility risk management. Earthquake analysis was performed so that. Conclusion: As a result of analyzing the Coalescer facility according to the current design standard KBC2016, the stress ratio of the main supporting members was found to be up to 4.7%. Therefore, the members supporting Coalescer were interpreted as being safe against earthquakes with a reproducibility period of 2400 years that may occur in Korea.

  • Even in Korea the number of steel structure buildings that allow internal space and easy change of their layouts in accordance with the purpose of buildings and box-type steel bridges constructed with thick plates with thickness in a rage just from a few $\beta$AE to \$100\beta$AE is increasing these days and therefore, domestic fabrication and processing technology of members for steel structures is being improved at a pace faster than in the past to meet the growing requirements of consumers for high reliability on quality control on the related steel structures. However, most domestic fabricators os steel structures who are turning out their steel products in accordance with the designs prepared by engineering companies in their respective works for the sake of cost cut more than anything else, hesitating to introduce any advanced new technology into themselves. In the case of the steel structure design application for small and mid-size buildings in particular, it is quite meaningful not only for those who are involved in steel structure business, but also for the people working at construction work fields to review the result of the study on the connections of steel structure members deigned to obtain superb quality of steel structures within short period for steel fabrication and erection at fields in economical ways, as there is a glowing tendency seeking standardization of connection of steel structure members as well as whole structure together with the development on design of construction system of buildings including their exterior and interior decoration materials, manufacture of the related members and fabrication technique structure. This paper has been prepared with the aim to review the peculiar characteristics of buildings constructed with the main frames of steel structures and actual cases of the change made ing the connections between steel structure columns and between columns and girder members in order to reduce the work period necessary for fabrication and erection of steel structures at the maximum as well as the some examples of steel structures fabricated through automatic welding by robots for box-type columns in addition to the description of the problems found in the course of fabricating those steel structures, suggesting possible counter-measures to solve them.

  • 우리나라 국립공원은 좁은 공원면적에 비해 높은 이용도와 인력 및 재원의 부족, 공원별로 특화된 계획 부재로 인해 관리에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 여기에 주5일 근무제 가 확대시행 된다면 국립공원 방문수요가 증가할 것으로 예상되고 있어, 이에 대비한 관리전략의 수립이 절실하다. 본 연구는 주5일 근무제 정착에 대비해, 국립공원 이용자들의 선택행동에 영향을 주는 속성별 수준의 종류와 영향력 정도를 파악하고 관리의 우선순위를 결정해, 자인자원의 보전과 이용자 만족이라는 목적을 달성할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 수행하였다. 5대 대도시에 거주하는 1,000명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 conjoint choice model로 분석한 결과, "휴무일수의 증가"는 국립공원 방문의도와 정(+)의 방향을 보이 는 것으로 나타났다. 속성별로는 "환경교육" 과 "연계 관광"은 모든 수준에서, "공원 내 숙박시설”과 "관광여건", "비용"의 일부 수준에서 '현재상태' 보다 선호가 증가했지만 "자연보호"는 선호 증가가 없었다.

  • 최근 국내외에서 모든 사물이 인터넷에 연결되는 초(超)연결혁명이 진행 중이며, 앞으로 사물인터넷 기반의 다양한 혁신과 사업기회가 창출될 것으로 전망되고 있다. 하지만 국내의 경우 세계 최고 수준의 광대역 방송통신 인프라 및 IoT 기기 제조역량 등을 갖추고 있으나, 표준 기반의 개방형 IoT 플랫폼의 부재로 국내 기업의 시장 진입이 어려운 상황이다. 대기업은 개별적으로 플랫폼을 개발중이나 글로벌 시장에 대한 주도력이 부족하고, 중소기업은 플랫폼 부재로 시장진입이 어려워 향후 스마트 폰 산업에 이어 IoT 산업마저 글로벌 기업에 종속될 우려가 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 국내외 다양한 분야의 기업들이 참여하여 다양한 홈 IoT 제품과 서비스를 개발할 수 있도록 특정 플랫폼이나 솔루션에 제약 없이 다양한 IoT 기기를 연결, 제어가 가능한 표준 기반의 개방형 홈 IoT 서비스 제공 방안을 연구하였다. 실험 결과에서는 제안된 개방형 홈 IoT 플랫폼을 통해 Z-Wave, IP, ZigBee, IrDA 등 다양한 통신 방식을 사용하는 홈 IoT 기기를 제어하고 정보 수집하여 사용이 가능함을 보여주었고, 이를 기반으로 플랫폼을 빅데이터 기술 및 기계학습 기능을 추가적으로 고도화하면 다양한 사물로부터 수집된 정보와 방송 정보, 웹 정보 등을 융합한 서비스 제공 등 소비자 중심의 창의적인 신규 방송통신 융합서비스 제공이 가능할 것으로 기대가 된다.

Conservation Philosophy and Ethics, Its Key Concepts and Challenges (문화재 보존철학과 보존윤리의 필요성과 과제)

  • Philosophical discussion and ethical approach have been crucial aspects in the rational decision-making of heritage conservation. This study analyses why and how they play an important role in determining the quality of conservation practice. It highlights the key concepts of conservation philosophy and ethics, as well as their relationship, in order to establish a constructive platform through which researchers may understand the role and importance of conservation philosophy and ethics. In conclusion, this study provides a set of recommendation for the government, academic experts, and conservators which will allow them to become actively involved in improving the quality of philosophical and ethical knowledge in the field of conservation.

  • This study has been investigated the applicability of auxetic mesh for the reinforcement of structural members. Typical materials including concrete behaves with positive poisson's ratio when external force is applied. In this study, it has been theoretically verified that metallic auxetic mesh restrains as such mechanical behaviors of concrete resulting in the stiffness increase. Also, regarding the applicability to construction field, a type of auxetic mesh has been suggested and the mechanical characteristics were numerically analyzed.

춘투를 다시 본다: 조율된 기업별 교섭의 성과와 한계

  • 이 논문은 일본 임금교섭의 '높은 수준의 조율'과 '상당한 기업규모별 임금격차의 존재'라는 일견 서로 모순되는 두 현상을 종합적으로 이해하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 우선 일본에서의 기업규모별 임금격차의 상황을 보았다. 여기서 상당한 정도의 임금격차가 있다는 것을 재확인했다. 그렇지만 일본의 임금격차의 양상은 보다 복합적이어서 소정내 임금을 기준으로 할 때 초임에서는 기업규모별 임금격차가 거의 없었다. 또한 1970년대 이후 1990년대까지 기업규모별 임금격차가 거의 확대되지 않았으며, 한국과 비교할 때 기업규모별 임금격차는 작았다. 이렇게 된 한 가지 이유는 임금교섭인 춘투가 긴밀하게 조율됨으로써 초임이 통일되었고 기업간 평균임금의 격차를 일정 범위 내로 제한할 수 있었기 때문이다. 그리고 기업별 교섭이 긴밀하게 조율될 수 있었던 데에는 일단 '통일투쟁'을 주도한 노조의 전략이 중요한 요인이었다. 통일투쟁의 선두에 선 대기업 노조들은 기업 내에서의 임금극대화보다는 사회적 임금결정 기준을 형성하는 데에 노력했다. 이와 함께 노조에 맞서 강한 단결을 유지하고 긴밀한 협의체제를 만들어간 사용자의 대응 역시 결정적 요인이었다. 그럼에도 상당 폭으로 존재하는 임금격차 역시 임금교섭의 양상과 연관되어 있다. 기업별 교섭이 긴밀히 조율되긴 하나 조율에 한계가 있어서 임금격차를 어느 한도 이상 줄이지 못하는 것이다. 조율의 한계로는 첫째 노조 연대임금 정책의 부재, 둘째 기업별 교섭으로 인한 전국적 조율의 한계, 셋째 연공적 임금체계 하에서 기업횡단적 임금결정 기준이 부재한 것 등을 들 수 있다.

Development of Road-Extension Rate Index and International Comparison of Road Stock (도로보급률 지표 개발과 OECD 국가간 도로스톡 비교)

  • The Investment to road projects has been a hot issue in the aspect of its possible overlapping or overinvestment in Korea. Therefore, additional road construction is not always accepted in these days. This paper investigated several indices including the country index and the road-extension rate index as well as a newly developed index for identifying and comparing road stocks among the OECD countries. Furthermore, the study has estimated some reasonable amount of additional road stocks of Korea when its GDP becomes twenty thousands per capita to forty thousands per capita in future by comparing the amount of stacks of OECD countries at those times. The result can be used for setting the target of road stocks in practical manner in the absence of the universally accepted theory in the road stock provision arena.

Seismic Fragility Analysis by Key Components of a Two-pylon Concrete Cable-stayed Bridge (2주탑 콘크리트 사장교의 주요 부재 지진 취약도 분석)

  • This study intends to present a fragility analysis method suitable for concrete cable-stayed bridges by performing an analysis reflecting design criteria and material characteristics from the results of inelastic time-history analysis. In order to obtain the fragility curve of the cable-stayed bridge, the limit state of the main component of the cable-stayed bridge is determined, and the damage state is classified by comparing it with the response value based on inelastic time history analysis. The seismic fragility curve of the cable-stayed bridge was made by obtaining the probability of damage to PGA that the dynamic response of the vulnerable parts to input ground motion would exceed the limit state of each structural member. According to the pylon's fragility curve, the probability of moderate damage at 0.5g is 32% for the longitudinal direction, while 7% for the transversal direction, indicating that the probability of damage in the longitudinal direction is higher in the same PGA than in the transversal direction. The seismic fragility curve of the connections showed a very high probability of damage, meaning that damage to the connections caused by earthquakes is very sensitive compared to damage to the pylon and cables. The cable's seismic fragility curve also showed that the probability of complete damage state after moderate damage state gradually decreased, resulting in less than 30% probability of complete damage at 2.0g.
