As provider-centered medical environment has changed into consumer-centered, this study intends to improve the efficiency of management by motivation to administrative staffs and improvement in job satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence job satisfaction among administrative staffs in a metropolitan university hospitals. Survey of 305 people in total were used in the data analysis. AMOS 21 Ver. was used to perform Structural model(SEM) equation. First, the validation results showed the follow results $X^2=206.776$, df=77, Q=2.685, P<.001, GFI=.915, TLI=.927, CFI=.946, RMSEA=.074, which supported this research's significance. Second, compensation and working conditions positively affected motivation. Third, motivation positively influenced job satisfaction. Fourth, communication positively influenced job satisfaction. Fifth, after adjusting the mediating effect, in the relationship between compensation and job satisfaction, it was proved that motivation was a complete mediator. Incase of the relationship between the working conditions and job satisfaction, motivation acted as a partial mediator. Fair and reasonable compensation and employment stability, benefits and other working conditions, better internal and external communication between the organization are to increase job satisfaction. To do this, an administrator needs to have attention and will, and a variety of education and training programs need to be developed. The purpose of this study is to provide basic grounds for future policies related to increasing administrative staffs' job satisfaction.

Objectives: The aims of this study were to evaluate the effect of a metabolic syndrome management program on participants enrolled in a public health center program in, Seoul, Korea for 6 months and to analyze the changes in their life habits and risk factors for treating their metabolic syndrome. Methods: Participants enrolled in a metabolic syndrome program at a public health center and answered questionnaires. Their waist circumference and, blood pressure were measured and their blood was tested. Based on the results, the participants were classified into 3 groups. Then, the center provided a metabolic syndrome management intervention program for the individual groups and analyzed the changes in participants' life habits and risk factors after 6 months. Results: After the intervention, the active group, showed improved physical activity, increased eating habits by 0.7 points, and decreased drinking and smoking; however, these results were not statistically significant. As for the Participants' overall health status, all groups positively changed a statistically significant result. In regard to the change in risk factors for metabolic syndrome in the active group, systolic and diastolic blood pressure and triglyceride levels were, statistically significantly decreased, meanwhile, an increase was found in HDL cholesterol level, waist measurement, and anteprandial glucose level; but the result were not statistically significant. Their review rate was 19.0%; 29.4% in the active group, 19.0% in motivating group A, and 14.5% in motivating group B. Conclusions: Participants showed changes in some life habits and risk factors, a result still far from the program's goal to improve residents' health status (improved living habits and variations in risk factors); thus, it is necessary to supplement this program for better performance.

The purpose of this study is to examine the motivational factors of university graduates participating in 'Youth Technology Transfer Specialist Training Project(Youth TLO)' by applying Vroom's expectancy theory. Moreover, it is verified that the effect of actual participation behavior and individual performance improvement for the university graduates in Gyeonggi-do, Busan regions. The motivation factors were consisted of valence, instrumentality, and expectancy. An empirical analysis was conducted of the effects on the verification of the demographic characteristics of the target, the behaviour of personal business participation in the Valence and Force model, and the improvement of performance. Three results were inferred from 322 collected data as follows; First, comparative analysis about expectancy, which related to work experience, according to demographic characteristics such as gender, residence, age, and employment period revealed no significant differences in mean value, except career duration. Especially, the university graduates in 'Youth TLO' who had internship experience had the highest level of recognition for the expectancy. Second, both of valence and force model had influence on participation behavior and performance improvement. Notably, determination of coefficient for the valence model were higher than those for the force model. Third, level of mediation effects for the valence model were higher than those for the force model in respect of direct, indirect, and the total. Moreover, it was verified that the three motivation factors could improve individual performance and participation behavior had partial mediation effect.

The DO1 is an opaque string or dumb number - nothing at all can inferred from the number. However some identifies can include some intelligence in the number itself, which will tell the user subject and meaningful information about the entity that is being identified. Therefore whether the DO1 suffix should be 'dumb' or 'meaningful' is a major issue in DO1 syntax structuring. Although the choice of DO1 Suffix is entirely optional, many DO1 registrants have been used existing IS0 standards such as SICI, ISBN, ISMN, etc. for identification of information resources. It is also important to consider that intelligence in a system of identifiers may be carried out by means of the DO1 structure. It was suggested that there should be an explicit part of the DO1 syntax which declares the meaningful information of the digital objects.

본 협회에서는 점점 심해지고 있는 자판기 부실판매 대책의 일환으로 전문점 영업사원 등록을 시행, 등록이 인정된 영업사원을 대상으로 영업사원증 및 영업수첩의 제작 발급을 진행할 계획이다. 이번 자판기 영업사원증 및 수첩제작은 영업사원의 자질을 향상시키고, 소속감 및 책임감 배양을 통해 영업의 질을 크게 향상시키기 위한 목적으로 진행되느니 만큼 만반의 준비로 그 시행효과를 극대화시켜 나갈 계획이다. 현재 협회에서는 삼성전자, LG산전 전문점을 대상으로 본격적인 영업사원 등록작업에 착수했다. 이 영업사원 등록작업이 완료되면 본격적인 제작에 착수하게 되는데 그 발급시기는 10월경을 목표로 하고 있다. 그동안 방치만 해 왔던 영업사원을 대상으로 소속감과 책임감 향상효과를 부여하기 위해 진행되는 이번 시도가 애초 의도대로 큰 시행효과를 얻을 수 있기 위해선 본사와 전문점들의 적극적인 협조와 참여가 전재되어야 한다. 금호에서는 자판기 영업에 있어 새로운 변화의 바람을 선도할 영업사원증과 영업수첩 제작계획에 세부적으로 알아보는 시간을 마련했다.

인간의 언어지식은 다양한 개념 관계를 가지며 서로 망(network)의 모습으로 연결되어 있다. 인간의 언어지식의 산물 중에서 가장 체계적이며 구조적으로 언어의 모습을 드러내고 있는 결과물이 사전이라고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 사전 뜻풀이 말에서 개념 어휘와 자동적인 지식획득을 통하여 의미 정보를 구조적으로 추출한다. 이러한 의미 정보가 추출되면서 동시에 자동적으로 개념 어휘의 의미 참조 모형이 구축된다. 이러한 것은 사전이 표제어 리스트와 표제어를 기술하는 뜻풀이말로 이루어진 구조의 특성상 가능하다. 먼저 172,000여 개의 사전 뜻풀이말을 대상으로 품사 태그와 의미 태그가 부여된 코퍼스에서 의미 정보를 추출하는데, 의미분별이 처리 된 결과물을 대상으로 하기 때문에 의미 중의성은 고려하지 않아도 된다. 추출된 의미 정보를 대상으로 정제 작업을 거쳐 정보이론의 상호 정보량(Ml)을 이용하여 개념 어휘와 의미 정보간에 연관도를 측정한 후, 개념 어휘간의 유사도(SMC)를 구하여 지식표현의 하나로 연관망을 구축한다.

Considering the role of roads in cities and the purpose of the Road Name Address Act, it is natural that the road name of the address is registered as the nearest road section adjacent to the building. Therefore, the Enforcement Decree of the Road Name Address Act also stipulates that mayor assign building numbers based on the basic numbers of road sections adjacent to the main entrances of buildings. However, there were cases where addresses are given from distant roads rather than adjacent roads among the actual road name addresses. Most of them are caused by misinterpretation of the case where the entrance faces more than one road. In this study, institutional and systematic improvement plans were proposed with the aim of enabling accurate selection of address information reference objects by demonstrating the limitations of the current building numbering method and presenting institutional improvement plans. Road name addresses were implemented for the core purpose of improving the inconvenience of locating the lot number address. Although some still complained of the inconvenience of road name addresses, successful settlement was possible because of the intuitive principle that most countries around the world could use it and find buildings along the road. Therefore, the system and system improvement should be made quickly in terms of accurate address information quality management and revitalization of related industries.

대상품목 선정은 전력사용량과 보급율 등을 감안하여 절전감재량이 큰 것을 우선하고 있으며 국내의 기술기준을 고려하여 달성가능의 범위에 따라 등급을 산정 부여한다. 가정용전력의 5.6%를 차지하는 세탁기, 26mm형광램프, 전기밥솥, 전자레인지는 1998년부터 시행중이다. 이에 따른 에너지절약 효과로는 20~25%의 절전향상 가능성이 있어 이를 개선시 연간 1,054백만 kwh의 전력절감이 가능하여 1,286억원의 전력비용 절감이 기대된다.

본연구에서는 센서의 융합을 통하여 환경을 인식하며, 주변환경에 대한 지식을 갱신, 학습할수 있는 방법론을 연구하며, 동적인 장애물의 감지및 움직임 예측에 기반한 지능적 회피 알고리즘과 AHP를 이용한 Navigation Strategy수정과 이동 로봇 스스로 최적의 결과를 낼수 있게 개선 시키는 알고리즘을 구현한다. 그와 더불어 AHP를 이용하여 Navigation Performance를 최대로 높일 수 있는 방향을로 진화시키는 알고리즘을 구현한다. 또한 부여된 임무수행을 위한 목표물 추적을 위한 비전 시스템에서의 대상체 추출및 인식 알고리즘을 개발하며 인간뇌의 환경인식 체계와 유사한 방식의 Map building기법을 연구한다.

최근에 인터넷 기반의 상거래가 활발하게 진행되면서 공급자와 구매자간의 협상을 위한 연구 개발이 활발하게 진행이 되고 있다. 이러한 협상에는 여러 가지 방법들이 있지만 대부분을 그 고려 대상이 단순하거나, 개념적인 증명에 제한되는 경우가 많다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 협상 과정중에 발생하는 심리적인 환경을 속성화시켜서 그 가중치를 부여하는 방법을 제시함으로 함으로 협상의 진행을 효율성을 제시하고자 한다.
