배우자 직업 유무가 부부공평성, 부부갈등대처방식, 의사소통기술, 결혼만족도의 관계에 미치는 영향 -한국인부부와 국제결혼부부의 비교- (Relationships among Marital Equity, Communication, Conflict-Coping Style and Marital Satisfaction in Korean Couples and International Couples)

  • 본 연구는 배우자 직업 유무가 한국인부부와 국제결혼부부의 결혼만족도에 대한 영향요인과 관련변인인 부부공평성과 부부갈등이 결혼만족도에 미치는 영향을 비교분석하여 행복한 결혼의 지속에 대한 대안을 제시하는 것이 목적이며, 추후 연구에서는 국제결혼한 부부의 경우 한국에서 안정적인 직업을 갖추고 생활할 수 있도록 국제부부를 위한 중장기적인 정책 대안도 연계시켜 구체적인 연구를 진행할 필요가 있다. 연구결과 집단별 배우자 직업유무에 따른 결혼만족도는 국제결혼 부부 여자 집단에서 가장 높게 나타났으며, 본국에 일정액의 송금을 하는 경우 결혼만족도가 가장 높게 나타났다. 부부공평성의 경우 국제결혼부부 여자집단의 평균이 가장 높게 나타남으로 가장 공평치 않음이 나타났으며, 집단별 부부갈등 대처방법은 본인 갈등개입의 경우 국제결혼부부 남자가 가장 높게 나타났다. 본인 순종 점수는 국제결혼부부 여자가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 성역할태도와 의사소통은 성역할 태도의 경우 의사소통에서 집단 간 차이가 뚜렷하게 나타났다. 결혼만족도에 영향을 미치는 변인은 배우자의 직업 유무, 의사소통, 배우자의 갈등개입, 본인의 긍정적 문제해결, 갈등에서 본인후퇴, 배우자 학력, 심리정서 공평성으로 나타났다.

  • On the basis of the equity theory, as the couple perceives their relationship is equitable, they tend to make decisions jointly and are satisfied with their family lives. Therefore this study is aimed to identify the relationship among perception of equity, decision-making styles and family life satisfaction in dual-career couples. As a result of analyzing the cause-effect relationship, it shows that many socioeconomic$.$psychological variables have direct indirect impact on family life satisfaction through medium factor, so this study proves the application of the cause-effect modes. However the influence of the perception of equity of wives were higher than husbands.

  • This study aims to explore the variable factors by which fathers affect nursing practices. for this study 544 married couples were interviewed, which resulted in the following conclusions. First, wives have higher fairness than husbands in sharing their parental roles. Second, in some couples, there was a difference seen in the expectations of each parents nursing capability, but rarely were differences in real nursing practices actually observed. Third, all couples interviewed showed some disparity between their expectations of parental nursing capability and their real nursing practices, where the expectations for nursing capability were higher than the real nursing practices. Fourth, higher expectations for nursing capabilities from fathers result in them having better parental roles. Fifth, there is no correlation between parental nursing practices and social demographic variables. Lastly, the impacts on the parental nursing practices are ranked by relative importance as parental nursing capability, the wife's expectation for parental nursing capability and so on.

부부의 성역할태도가 부부의 가사노동시간 및 노동공평성 인지에 미치는 상호작용적 영향력 (Interactive Effects of Wives' and Husbands' Gender Idelogies on the Couples' Household Work Time and Perceptions of the Fairness of Household Work)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine interactive effects of gender idelogies on the amount of household work time and the perception of fairness in household work by the couples. The data were collected from 100 couples in Seoul and 142 in Taejon. The Major findings were as follows: Interactive effects of gender idelogies had an important role in explaining household work time and the perception of fairness by husbands. For men holding more egalitarian gender idelogies who were married to women being more egalitarian tend to perform more hours of household work. And husbands who had traditional gender ideologies percept relatively fair to the couples' division of household work. It was approved that wives had a primary role in the division of household work.

  • The major purpose of this study was to develop with priority given to the discourse on the correlation between interpersonal resources and home management behavior for family life satisfaction. So, this study was to identify the perception of equity in marital life, through which dynamic aspects is measured with family resource. Some of the major findings are as follows : The perception of equity in marital life show a significant difference by the state of employment and the degree of communication in couple. Housewives'home management behavior show a significant difference by the perception of equity in marital life. It appears that intra system dynamics elements explain housewives'home management behavior. From the Regression Analysis, the Model was found to be highly significant, accounting for 63% of the variances. Especially, housewives'family life satisfaction is influenced by the perception of daily life equity capable of evaluating each of a married couples'contribution and reward for family life lather than perception of psychological-emotional equity.

부부간 가사노동분담과 공평성 인지도가 결혼만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of the Division of Household Labor in Couples and the Sense of Fairness on Marital Satisfaction)

  • This study investigated the pattern of division of household labor between married couples and the determining variables of the division of household work. In addition, this study examined the effect of the pattern of the division of household work and the sense of fairness on marital satisfaction. Two hundreds forty two married couples living near seoul were selected. Both wives and husbands reported their daily time-use pattern. According to the results, flexibility of husbands' work schedules hours of market work of husbands, husbands' sex role attitudes, and the presence of household assistant affected significantly on the extent of household work time. In addition, husbands' household work time had direct effects on marital satisfaction of couples. In wives' hours of household labor, the significant variables were wives' employment status, presence of younger children, total income, wives' sex role attitudes, and hours of household labor performed by housework assistant. In addition, wives' sense of fairness had impact significantly on marital satisfaction.

기혼 성인의 가족건강성에 대한 영향요인 : 원가족경험요인을 중심으로 (Factors Affecting Family Strength of Married Adults : Focused on the Family-of-Origin Experiences)

  • 본 연구는 S사이버대학교 재학생 중 사회복지학 전공과목을 수강하고 있는 기혼 성인남녀 249명을 대상으로 원가족경험을 포함하여 현재 가족건강성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석한 것이다. 분석결과 기혼 성인남녀의 가족건강성은 5점 척도 기준으로 3.86정도로 중상수준이었고, 결혼상태, 종교, 소득, 경제문제, 부부문제, 고부/장서갈등, 자녀문제, 원가족경험이 가족건강성과 관련있는 것으로 나타났다. 단계적 회귀분석 결과 원가족경험의 하위요인인 전반적인 건강성, 갈등해소, 분리와 상실의 수용, 다른 가족원에 대한 허용성, 가족의 화목, 공동체의식, 확대가족내의 독립성, 가족의 공평성 중에서 공동체의식, 가족화목 요인이 현재 가족건강성에 영향을 주는 변수로 파악되었다. 이러한 결과는 한국의 가족주의 특성과 관련있는 것으로 생각되며, 가족간의 화목과 융화를 중시하는 전통 가치가 세대를 통해 가족건강성에 영향을 주고 있음을 시사한다.
