The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of career support and teacher relations of parents in order to determine the career determination of multicultural youths, and to confirm the influence of career preparation between parental career and care support and teacher relations. To this end, data from 2017 (the 7th year) was used among the data from the Multicultural Youth Panel Survey (MAPS). According to the analysis results, first, career support, teacher relations, and career preparation of multicultural youth parents have a positive impact on career determination. Second, the importance of the relative influence of career preparation, which is an internal context factor, was also confirmed in the process of determining the career path of multicultural youths. Third, it was analyzed that the higher the career and childcare support of multicultural youth parents, the more positive the teacher relationship, the higher the career determination. Career preparation was confirmed to play a role in mediating career support and teacher relations among multicultural youth parents in determining career paths. Based on the results of this analysis, practical alternatives were proposed to enhance the career determination of multicultural youths.

The aim of this qualitative study was to explore and understand the roles, efforts, difficulties and challenges parents have in the process of raising teenage children and supporting their career development in the underprivileged families. The research was conducted through focus group interviews with low-income parents, with support from 11 local community welfare centers nationwide, and then thematic analysis was done with collected data. And we could draw on findings on the difficulties those parents are dealing with while assisting career plans of their children, the endeavors they make when doing so, the helpful support from the society, and things to be done in the future. With the results, we provide final recommendations on family-centered action plans and the roles of community welfare center that can effectively assist career development of teenage kids in the process of child upbringing of the underprivileged families.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of science experience with their children on mothers who have children who are science gifted children and how they perceive what kind of parenting methods are appropriate for the growth and development of children who are science gifted children. To do this, we interviewed 13 mothers of the gifted education center of the Ministry of Education and conducted two in - depth interviews with them. Results, mothers who have scientific gifted children have various science experiences with children who are scientific gifted. In this process, mothers of gifted children understand the gifted children through science experience with their children, I have come to realize that it is necessary to provide an educational environment that can express my child's talents and help to determine the direction of my career. For this purpose, leadership education that reminds the importance of relationships between people, providing opportunities for various experiences so that they can decide their life, career education through inquiry of deep science experience and meeting with senior scientists, humanities for integrated thinking And the arts. In this way, it is possible to provide in-depth research results to the mothers of the gifted and talented to provide specific directions for the various supportive methods and teaching methods that the gifted children should provide for intellectual and emotional growth and development. Development of educational programs is necessary.
