This study empirically investigated the effect of firm-level data quality on economic performance in the Korean financial industry during 2008~2009. The data quality was measured by data quality management process index and data quality criteria by Korea Database Agency, and financial firm performance data was acquired from Financial Statistics Information System of the Financial Supervisory Service. The result showed that the data quality has statistically significant impacts on financial firm performance such as sales, operating profit, and value added. If the data quality management process index increases by one, the value added can increase by 2.3 percent. Moreover, the data quality criteria increase by one, the value added can increase by 72.6 percent.

The information security industry is technology-intensive, high value-added industries. South Korea's response has excellent ICT skills and experience and skills in a variety of cyber attacks, has become a benchmark in the world. However, the small size of the domestic information security company, supporting infrastructure is lacking. Domestic information security industry is the primary condition to activate the export. For the export of high value-added enterprise information security products and services, it is necessary the establishment of the domestic IT information security infrastructure of the industrial promotion is based overseas. Come to analyze the domestic information security industry, capital of this small, market reclamation of overseas expansion, information, manpower shortage was a problem. This fact, combined losses caused by cost-free period AS. Therefore, the study on information security in the infrastructure industry overseas bases is necessary. How to select and analyze the causes of infrastructure in selected overseas offices. By utilizing the infrastructure of overseas bases, can raise the added value of the products and services of the Information Security company, we can enable the export of small and medium Information Security company from overseas offices.

최근섬유산업의 어려움은 국내 섬유산업이 시작된 이래 최대의 위기상황이라고까지 불리어지고 있다. 그러나 전자, 반도체산업의 불황국면의 예견은 전체 국가적인 차원에서 본다면 섬유산업의 재건을 꾀할 기회가 아닌가 보여진다. 이러한 상황에서 부가가치가 높은 제품개발만이 한국 섬유산업이 살아갈수 있는 방향이라는 것은 누구도 부인할 수 없는 현실이다. 최근 絲 생산업체에서는 모두 복합사의 생산에 모든 정보를 얻으려는 노력을 기울이고 있으며 기술개발에 노력을 경주하고 있다. 絲加工 공정을 포함한 제직준비 공정에서 부가가치가 높은 복합사 생산기술은 여러가지 방법이 있다. 본고에서는 인터레이스 노즐 종류별 絲 제품 개발 방향 및 Taslan 노즐과 이들 인터레이스 노즐을 이용한 특수 絲 개발 가능성 그리고 기타 여러가지 제직 준비시설을 이용한 특수 복합사 제조기술을 서술함으로써 중소기업 위주로 구성된 복합사 제조기업에 기초 기술자료를 제공하고자 한다.

Construction documents or Data is highly valuable as the information that process are stored in. However it is not systematically manage to a document, productivity decrease and important information that can be reused to other projects is lost. The purpose of this study is a development for linked management prototype of construction data and documents that can manage to construction documents along with data, based on stored data, create second information. It is anticipated that searching time and efforts will be effectively reduced.

본고에서는 스마트TV 혁신이 가져오는 시장의 변화를 전망하기 위해 '파괴적 혁신 이론' 과 애플 사례를 논의한 후, 스마트TV 혁신이 시장에 미치는 영향을 제작 유통 시스템, 시장규모 측면으로 나누어 분석하였다. 스마트TV는 '폐쇄형'을 '개방형' 시스템으로 전환, 유통/제작자간 관계를 개선하고, 개방형 채널 및 VOD 도입으로 4년 후 전체 방송시장이 14조 9,800억 원으로 성장하고, 개방형 IPTV로 인한 확대금액만 약 4,623억 원으로 전망되며, 방송시장 매출액 중 PP 차지 비중도 2013년 44.1%까지 1.7%포인트 확대, 직접 창출되는 일자리는 4년간 약 4,676개로 추정된다. 이의 생산유발효과는 2조 3,995억 원, 부가가치 유발효과는 1조 260억 원으로 예측되었다. 또한, 스마트TV 전체에서 도입을 예정하고 있는 TV앱스토어도 4년간 3,606억 원의 누적수익을 창출하며, 직접 창출되는 일자리는 약 2,322개, 생산유발 효과는 6,681억 원, 부가가치유발효과는 3,226억 원, TV앱스토어와 초기투자에 의해 기대되는 소프트웨어 시장고용확대 효과는 누적 3,586개로 예측되었다.

With the arrival of the knowledge information society, records as assets have become increasingly important. As defined in ISO 30300, records must be actively utilized to contribute to organizational management and generate added value. To create added value through records, their utilization must be prioritized. While countries like the UK, New Zealand, and Australia recognize records as assets and propose record assetization policies, specific measures for managing records as assets have yet to be suggested. To address this gap, we analyze Directive (EU) 2019/1024, established by the EU, to facilitate commercial use and promote accessible public information. We derive seven characteristics from the analysis and extract insights from Italian policies and actual implementation cases that reflect them in accordance with the regulations of the EU guidelines. In addition, the correlation between the Public Data Act and the Public Records Act in Korea was revealed, and points that could reflect Directive (EU) 2019/1024 in Korea were derived. Through this study, it is expected that public data will be treated as information assets and serve as a stepping stone for preparing information assetization policies for records.

과학대중화에서 언론은 가장 큰 공급자다. 지금까지 우리나라 언론의 주력상품은 정치와 스포츠였고 90년대 들어서야 경제, 레저, 정보통신 등이 부가가치 높은 상품으로 부상했다. 과학대중화를 위해서는 과학기술계 스스로 시장의 논리, 경제의 논리, 경쟁의 논리를 도입해야 하고 언론의 먹을 거리인 기사를 늘려야 한다.
