  • 단순 부품부터 계통까지 기존의 아날로그 제품들이 최근 들어 펌 웨어(Firmware)와 고수준의 컴퓨터 언어로 구현된 응용 소프트웨어를 포함하는 디지털 설비로 바뀌고 있다. 따라서 어느 때 보다 소프트웨어의 확인 및 검증의 중요성이 대두되고 있으며, 이를 위해 학계뿐만 아니라 국제표준 기관에서 확인 및 검증을 위한 지침을 제시하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문은 원자력발전소 출력을 제어하는 제어봉제어계통의 업그레이드와 관련하여 IEEE 1012 에 따라 수행된 독립 확인 및 검증 업무를 요약하고, 이를 통해 얻은 교훈을 기술한다.

A Comparative Study on the Sewing Teaching of 'Tight Skirts' in Teaching Materials of Clothes Configuration (의복구성 교재에 나타난 타이트스커트 봉제 방법에 관한 비교 연구)

  • In this study, about forty teaching materials have been analyzed in order to examine tight skirt sewing methodtreated in basic process in a college and a fashion related educational institution. The study objects limited with a belt, back centered zipper, and back double slits on a tight skirt, and used fifteen suitable teaching materials in this study. The first study result appeared that every single teaching material suggested the different way of wick adhesion which is used in zipper slit, back slit, and belt part when the skit has been manufactured in order to do a form of clothes well. Secondly, it is the case of a back slit part used for the purpose of both functionality of action and decoration, and it is the section which varies a sewing and cutting way according to seam room width of a back middle seam. However, the majority of teaching materials appeared by being selecting the way how it had cut an inseam of the back center by the both upper part of back slit. Finally, the result showed that it mentioned mainly only both sided zipper sewing method if it seems to be easy to treat the majority in a basic process even though use of a console zipper Is general on a zipper sowing way recently for several years. Also, two forms are used in the belt manufacturing, and they are based with a waist line. However, the teaching materials that were used in this study presented only a manufacture way of the straight line on the waist belt.

The Effects of Sewing Thread Materials and Sewing Methods on Mechanical Properties of Knitwear (봉제원사와 봉제방법에 따른 니트웨어의 역학적 특성)

  • This study aims at the improvement of sewing function through understandings of dynamic property about the sewing methods and the thread material selection in knitwear. The tensile strength and shear of KES-FB and the Instron were measured for the analysis of the mechanical properties. The knit cloth was structured In the plain stitch, $1\times1$ rib stitch and $2\times1$ rib stitch with the combination of wool and cotton. With regard to the sewing method, intralooping and interlacing were applied. For thread materials, polyester, cotton, wool and silk were used. Since silk has the lowest extension and similar values regardless of its construction in intralooping, it is available knit apparel with uniform elastic recoverv. It also has small shearing resistance. It can be used in apparel which needs big mobility, but it causes rutting problem. Therefore, it is suitable to use intralooping. When the same sewing yarn and textile are use, it can lower shearing resistance and extension in intralooping, Since wool needs a lot of extension energy and it can be cut, intralooping is more suitable than interlacing in sewing of wool. In interlacing using polyester, extension and shearing resistance are high. Therefore, it is suitable for knit sewing with high massing. Silk is not suitable for interlacing since it can be rut. Even though knit materials are different, the RT values of polyester and cotton are similar in same construction. Therefore, they can be substituted each other considering resilience after sewing.

CNN Classifier Based Energy Monitoring System for Production Tracking of Sewing Process Line (봉제공정라인 생산 추적을 위한 CNN분류기 기반 에너지 모니터링 시스템)

  • The garment industry is one of the most labor-intensive manufacturing industries, with its sewing process relying almost entirely on manual labor. Its costs highly depend on the efficiency of this production line and thus is crucial to determine the production rate in real-time for line balancing. However, current production tracking methods are costly and make it difficult for many Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) to implement them. As a result, their reliance on manual counting of finished products is both time consuming and prone to error, leading to high manufacturing costs and inefficiencies. In this paper, a production tracking system that uses the sewing machines' energy consumption data to track and count the total number of sewing tasks completed through Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) classifiers is proposed. This system was tested on two target sewing tasks, with a resulting maximum classification accuracy of 98.6%; all sewing tasks were detected. In the developing countries, the garment sewing industry is a very important industry, but the use of a lot of capital is very limited, such as applying expensive high technology to solve the above problem. Applied with the appropriate technology, this system is expected to be of great help to the garment industry in developing countries.

A Study on the Differentiation of Policy Instruments According to the Characteristic Factors of Apparel Sewing Micro Manufacturers Clusters in Seoul (서울시 의류봉제 소공인클러스터의 특성요인에 따른 정책수단 차별화에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, we derived the characteristic factors of the cluster as measurable variables, and attempted to clarify the characteristics of the apparel sewing areas in Changsin-dong, Doksan-dong, and Jangwi-dong. Based on these results, a comparative analysis was conducted to see how the demand for the government's support policy differs for each agglomeration area. Materials were collected through face-to-face questionnaires targeting tenant companies in the three regions. As a result of the analysis, Changsin-dong was identified as an "innovative growth type," Doksan-dong as a "networking type," and Jangwi-dong as a "specialized localization type." As a result of the research on policy demands, the policy demands of the three agglomerations appeared different, but Changsin-dong preferred capacity building, Doksan-dong preferred information provision, and Jangwi-dong favored policy means of benefit. It was confirmed that even among clusters of the same apparel sewing industry, the formation process and characteristics are different, and as a result, the demand for policy instruments is also different. Policy recommendations include understanding the characteristics and policy demands of each agglomeration area through periodic fact-finding surveys, and recommending the establishment and implementation of differentiated support policies that match the characteristics of each agglomeration area.
