사회의 환경변화에 따라 기업 또한 기업 또한 과거 폐쇄적 수직 체계의 position power에서 개방적 수평체계의 communication power로 역할이 변화하고 있다. 기업의 사회적 책임 이행의 대표적인 활동인 사회공헌활동은 지역사회와의 소통 수단 뿐 아니라 새로운 마케팅전략으로 자리매김 되고 있다. 사회공헌활동의 성공요소 중 가장 중요한 것은 구성원의 봉사적 마인드이다. 봉사적 마인드는 이론 뿐 아니라 실천적 행동철학에 기인 한다. 기업이 바라는 인재상과도 밀접한 관계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 기업이 신입사원 채용시 봉사활동 실적을 반영하는데 있어서 표준적인 가이드라인을 연구 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구는 사회복지실천 현장의 주요 공급자인 사회복지 기관종사자와 자원봉사자의 복지와 자원봉사활동에 대한 인식을 조사 분석함으로써 양자 간 상호 인식의 유사점과 차이점을 알아보는 것이 목적이다. 설문조사 기간은 2016년 5월 24일부터 5월 30일까지이며, 사회복지 기관종사자 179명, 자원봉사자 186명 등 365명을 조사한 설문지를 최종분석에 활용하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 양자 간 복지인식과 자원봉사인식에 있어서 일치하는 부분도 일부 있지만, 대부분 상당한 인식 격차가 존재하였다. 둘째, 양자는 서로 협력하고 연대해야 한다는 인식에 대한 양자 간의 높은 일치성은 서로 간에 더 활발한 교류와 합의의 가능성을 열어 놓고 있었다. 셋째, 양자 간의 복지인식과 자원봉사인식은 사회복지서비스를 제공할 때에 어떤 유형으로든 영향을 미칠 수 있는 중요한 매개변수 역할을 할 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 양자 간의 인식이 어떠한지에 따라 양자는 서로 영향을 받을 것으로 예측되었다. 다섯째, 양자 간 인식 결과들은 서로 존재하면서, 서로에 대한 관심이 미약했다고 할 수 있다.

Recently, as voluntary activity has become more widespread, there have been some voluntary activity movements in the provision of library services for people with disabilities. This study aimed to develop a model on voluntary activity in library services for disabled people in public libraries. Survey data collected through three data collection methods showed that volunteer activities in public library services for the disabled were very poor, and recommended the training of library staff and volunteers serving disabled people, the management of educational programs for librarians about the disabled and the dissemination of standardized manuals. From the results of the survey, a voluntary activity model, based on three factors, the aims of library services, the types of the disabilities, and volunteer services including specific sub areas of services, was developed. The purposes of this study were to find out the factors affecting the continuous participation of volunteer activities for disaster relief and to provide implications for the efficient management of sustainable disaster relief volunteer activities. In order to achieve these purposes, we investigated how much individual characteristics, the volunteer attitude and motivation, and institutional characteristics, respectively, affect the duration of disaster relief volunteer activities. The research was carried out targeting 261 disaster relief volunteer workers, aged over 20, who affiliated to various volunteer centers. Data were collected by survey methodology from May 7th to May 27th, 2008. A frequency analysis and a multiple regression were utilized for analyzing data. The results of this study were as follows: the continuity of volunteer activities of the subjects are likely to be high when they are older, have a job, are highly motivated, are assigned properly to the placement and task. Based on the results of this study, some practical implications were suggested. First, since placement and task assignment managed by volunteer organizations are very important for the continuity of volunteer activities, those organizations should have developed diverse volunteer activity programs considering volunteers' characteristics and interest. Second, the managers of those organizations need to sufficiently consider the characteristics of volunteers such as age and job when dispatching volunteers in disaster areas. The managers should help their volunteers to immerse in their volunteer work. Finally, it is necessary to induce social concern and support in disaster relief volunteer activities in order to make volunteers especially with jobs be constantly active in disaster relief activities.

This study investigates the stance of the social capitals that explain voluntary services. The testing results indicate that the decision to join the voluntary services is significantly affected by ages, householder, marriage, preschool child, gender, physical condition, income, education, job position, occupation, region, day, etc. And a giving time is significantly influenced by ages, marriages, working together of husband and wife, gender, income, job, occupation position, a type of living house, etc. Moreover, we find that the economic values of the voluntary services estimate at 21,467 billion won a year in 2004, and GDP ratio is 0.2% that is lower than those of major developed countries.

현대약품(대표 윤창현)은 지난 1965년 출범되어 지금까지도 국민들의 꾸준한 사랑을 받으며 잘 알려진 '현대물파스'로 시작한 의약품 전문기업이다. 현대약품은 47년의 지속적인 성장과 함께 현재 처방의약품은 물론, 일반의약품과 같은 의약품 사업과 기능성 식품, 기능성 음료 등의 건강기능식품, 그리고 의료기기에 이르기까지 국민건강증진을 위한 종합기업으로 성장하였다. 현대약품은 보다 체계화된 제품 안전성을 갖추는데 주력하기 위해, 전국 각 공장과 사업장에서 ISO9001, ISO14001, KOHSA18001, OHSAS18001 등의 인증을 획득, 제품의 안전성, 안정성과 제품 생산 표준화 등이 이루어지는 각종 기반을 마련하였다. 이를 통해 2008년 제약업계 최초 국가품질경영대회 제품안전경영 대통령상을 수상하는 영예도 얻게 되었다. 중앙연구소는 1984년도 설립되었으며 2009년 1월에는 경기바이오센터 합성신약연구소를 개소, 2011년 5월에는 용인에 신약 연구소를 준공하여 신약 및 개량신약 개발에 주력하고 있다. 현재까지도 지속적인 연구개발 및 기술 혁신 중심으로 21세기 첨단 의약품 생산에 필요한 다양한 연구에 매진하고 있다. 현대약품은 우수한 연구진과 최첨단 연구시설 확보를 통해 펩타이드 치료약물을 개발 생산하였다. 이어 이 기술을 바탕으로 기존의 거대시장 fmoc-아미노산을 대체하게 될 차세대 신물질로서 고체상 펩타이드 합성(solid phase peptide synthesis)의 원료물질인 Nsc-아미노산을 개발하였다. 전 사원 1년에 1일 이상의 봉사 활동을 의무적으로 실시하고 있으며 공장 직원 스스로 조직된 봉사 단체 두레회는 불우한 이웃의 시설을 유지, 보수하고 정이 그리운 어린이들과 함께 놀아주는 이웃들과 함께하는 작은 봉사 단체이다. 현대약품은 앞으로도 R&D투자를 활성화하여 우수의약품 개발에 전력을 다하고, 국민보건 향상에 책임을 완수하는 성실한 기업이 될 것이다.

정부에서는 불량한 전기용품으로 인하여 사용자가 당할 수 있는 감전, 화재, 재산상의 손실 및 신체상의 위험을 방지하기 위하여 전기용품 안전관리법을 운용하고 있다. 이에따라 국내에서 판매하기 위하여 외국으로부터 수입되는 전기용품을 수입, 판매하고자 하는 자는 동법에 의하여 사후봉사체제를 갖추고 형식승인을 취득하여야만 된다.
