The article of a book began to make a searching examination in tourism value of charcoal. When I make a searching examination at various angles, as for the tourism value of charcoal, it is incarnated essence of charcoal. In addition, essence of charcoal is the core to select tourism value as. I derived essence of findings charcoal and current events point for cooperation of tourism value, and this becomes the basics that future charcoal sightseeing contents development is strategic.

The purpose of this research is to reveal the essential meaning of deviant peer through Phenomenological approach method on experiences of the teenagers. For an in-depth understanding of the experience world of the teenagers, researcher sought the essential meaning structure about the four Life-world Existentials of constructing human's live-world. Data had been collected through the researcher, the participants' observation, field note, content analysis, as well as in-depth interview "With them. Based on an analytical process of hermeneutical phenomenology of van Manen, researcher analysed essential meanings of the data in light of the four Existential categories through separating thematic statement, decision of essential theme and rewriting. The structure of the deviant peer experienced by the teenagers has been analyzed by the hermeneutical phenomenology so as to extract 28 composition meanings, 30 phenomenon and 18 structure of experience. The results examined by each theme are as follows. This study demonstrates that essential meaning structure of the study participants in the world is the experience of boundary, alert'.

The current research investigates the strategies for fostering service industries from the service's nature perspectives. Because the service industry is broad and heterogeneous in nature, if service's nature is not considered in building strategies for developing service industries, it would have a limited perspective, and thus, it would be difficult to foster large growth in service industries. In addition, not considering service's nature would not encourage synergy among service sectors nor encourage innovative development among individual sectors. Therefore, we need to understand that different service sectors are all under the umbrella for service industries, and consider the service's nature. The current research considers the service's relational, bidirectional, horizontality, and harmonization nature of services, and also, intangibility, inseparability, heterogeneity, perishability were considered in suggesting strategies for fostering service industries. These results can be used to developing governmental policies for developing service industries.

The purpose of this research is to take a look at what are research autonomy's factors of the government-supported research institutes with a new angle and how these factors influence on organizational effectiveness at the same time. ultimately, this research will suggest what government should guarantee and support researcher of the government-supported research institutes. In the groundwork, this research divides the level of research autonomy individual and organizational level, and divides the type of research autonomy intrinsic and extrinsic autonomy and also organizational commitment, and measure job satisfaction for organizational effectiveness. consequently, intrinsic autonomy which is associated with 'selection of research project', 'freely and lively traffic in ideas', 'choice of research methodology', 'utilization of research's result' is much more important than extrinsic autonomy for researchers to improve organizational effectiveness.

The cognition of an intrinsic attribute play an important role in the process of theoretical generalization. It is the aim of this paper to study how the theoretical generalization is made. First of all, we suggest the What-if-only-strategy(WIOS) which is the strategy helping the cognition of an intrinsic attribute. And we propose the process of the theoretical generalization that go on the cognitive stage, WIOS stage, conjecture stage, justification stage and insight into an intrinsic attribute in order. We propose the process of generalization adding the concrete process cognizing an intrinsic attribute to the existing process of generalization. And we applied the proposed process of generalization to two mathematical theorem which is being managed in middle school. We got a conclusion that the what-if-only strategy is an useful method of generalization for the proposition. We hope that the what-if-only strategy is helpful for both teaching and learning the mathematical generalization.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of responsive teaching method for pre-service teachers in Chemistry Education Department of H University. We designed three steps for the discussions: foregrounding the substance of learners' ideas, recognizing the disciplinary connections within learners' ideas, taking up and pursing the substance of thinking. In the step of foregrounding the substance of learners' ideas, we analyzed the questionnaires conducted by the 20 pre-service teachers to understand the nature of their ideas about evaporation and boiling. Among them, five pre-service teachers were selected to recognize the disciplinary connections within learners' ideas. Through these steps, the pre-service teachers have grasped the nature of their thinking about evaporation and boiling, and have experienced the process of modifying or expanding the frames of thought by the disciplinary connections within learners' ideas. In addition, the pre-service teachers directly perceived the effect of the responsive teaching method by experiencing dynamic changes of their conceptions.

As the results of studies based on the Russian Activities-Oriented Theory, the gifted students in many fields have common insights for the true nature of the problem, or the actual state. From Russian Activities-Oriented Theory of view, gifted students have the ability to discern the essential elements involved in each actual state and change of state of things, and to solve the problem, based on these elements. Enhancing these abilities of the students, the educator can develop the average student into a gifted one. This study result of the Russian specialist suggests the possibility of a stream of education that can develop gifted students. Hence, this paper discussed the points and processes of formation of the Russian Activities-Oriented Theory, and inquired on what is the true nature of the problem or the meaning of actual state and how it affects the studies of the student. The paper also investigated the actual conditions of wrong learning about some mathematical concepts and discussed the role of insights to the true nature of the problem in the learning process of the student.

This study empirically analyzed the effect of service nature of dental clinic on job satisfaction and job commitment. In recent years, the demand for medical services has been increasing in the dental clinics. As the dental clinics are faced with various competition situations through new establishment and expansion, the importance of job satisfaction and job involvement is more emphasized. The service nature of dental hospitals is known to be influenced by job satisfaction and job commitment. These two factors are important factors for securing the competitiveness of dental hospitals as well as the functions of hospitals required for survival and development of dental hospitals In this study, we analyzed the effects of labor - management relations and high-involvement work organization on the organizational satisfaction and organizational commitment affecting service nature of dental hospital. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the service nature based organization has a full mediating effect which is not established without labor relations and participatory work organization in the process of affecting job commitment. Therefore, unlike previous studies which focus on incentives or external rewards to increase job satisfaction of employees, this study concluded that internal support system reflecting service nature factors should be strengthened. Job satisfaction and job commitment, which are variables in this study, are expected to be the basis for improving competitiveness of dental hospitals. Future research should be extended to small and medium dental hospitals and dental clinics. It is also necessary to study various organizations in order to strengthen the competitiveness of the service organization by fostering the nature of service such as relationship and interactivity at the organizational level.

Service-related research in accordance with the transition to the service economy era has been conducted in a wide variety of ways, but the development of a service-related scale suitable for the present time is still insignificant. The purpose of this study is to define the nature of services and to develop measurement items for them. First, four categories of service nature were adopted in the previous study. The four categories are 'relationship', 'interactivity', 'horizontality', and 'harmony'. In this study, sub-factors and specific items of each of these four service essences were extracted and developed as measurable items. As a qualitative study, the four categories of sub-factors were extracted, and a mixed study was adopted to prove the reliability and validity of the extracted factors through quantitative studies. The scale items were identified through literature study, free response method, and Delphi technique, and the measurement items were refined through a second questionnaire of 30 Delphi panels composed of experts. As a result of the study, 15 out of 52 questions for relationship, 11 out of 45 questions for bilateral direction, 9 out of 33 questions for horizontality, and 17 out of 61 questions for harmonization were derived after secondary refining. Through this study, it was possible to uncover new essential items suitable for the service economy era. SNS, network, synergy, platform, system, real name, and breakthrough are concepts that have not been obtained in previous studies, and can be seen as contributions of this study. However, due to various limitations, this study did not cover all aspects of the service, but mainly dealt with people-centered services, which are part of the service. In the future, it is necessary to study the development of service essence measurement items for the overall aspect of services developed according to the evolution of the service economy era.
