Form and function are not only the most important factors that tell the very essence of design morphology but also the fundamental factors that determine the existence of things. Th -erefore, approaching to the problems of them and the following practical morphological creation are the final goal of solving all the problems of design. Comparing with such importance and significance of the morphology, however there has been no conscious study nor logical achievement but only partial consideration about them. From this viewpoint, the substantial meanings, the intrinsic attributes and the typical patterns of them are inquired systematically and the whole through this study. Also their relations are identified with some appropriate views. As a result of this study, new knowledge base will be cons -tructed, and it will contribute to developing new morphological thinking and method which are especially strengthened these days.

본 연구의 목적은 후기 고령노인의 자살시도 경험의 의미와 본질을 탐구하여 이들의 경험에 대해 보다 심층적으로 이해하는 데에 있다. 이를 위해 서울지역 ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$구에 거주하는 자살시도를 경험한 75세 이상 노인 6명을 연구참여자로 의도표집하여 심층면접을 실시하였다. 수집한 자료를 현상학적 연구방법을 적용하여 분석하였다. Giorgi가 제시한 4단계 분석 절차에 따라 자료를 분석한 결과 6개의 구성요소와 20개의 하위 구성요소가 도출되었다. 연구를 통해 후기 고령노인의 자살시도 경험의 4가지 구성요소는 <모진 세월의 회한; 죽도록 고생한 모진 인생, 조실부모와 가난의 대물림, 도무지 잊을 수 없는 자식들의 외면, 가족갈등에서 온 깊은 원망>, <절망적이며 처량한 신세; 경제력을 상실과 절망, 마음대로 죽을 수 없는 처절함, 차라리 죽고 싶은 죄책감>, <쓸모없는 무가치한 삶; 아무 쓸모없는 사람, 자녀들 및 신세지기 싫은 강박관념에 괴로움, 자살충동이 일어남>, <참을 수 없는 신체의 고통과 무기력: 죽음과 삶의 두려움, 우울증, 정신병, 치매, 무기력>, <의지할 곳 없는 외로움; 하루 종일 고립됨, 숨쉬고 있지만 마지 못해 살아감, 죽은 것처럼 살고 있는 나, 하루가 지루함>,<마지막 선택; 세상이 싫어 떠날 것임, 먼저 간 배우자 따라.., 아무것도 바라지 않음>으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 후기 고령노인의 자살시도 경험에 대한 의미와 본질을 논의하고 노인자살예방을 위한 실천 현장의 구체적 개입전략, 생명존중문화의 실질적인 대처 방안에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.

Most numerical techniques such as FEM, BEM, and MOM are able to analize electromagnetic scattering problems from arbitrary shapes. Although these methods could be applied to compute electromagnetic scattering problems in frequency domain, it was limited for electrodynamic problem in time domain. In this paper, electromagnetic scattering problem from Fresnel zone plate lens are considered. Some numerical results computed by TLM are compared with Kirchhoff's approximation and PO method.

This essay will consider evolutionary views that attempt to capture the continuity of theory-change from Newtonian to Einsteinian physics via the formal aspects of these theories. Although it cannot be denied that the formal aspects such as 'correspondence principles' and 'covariance principles' provide important information concerning this theory-change, these formal properties are not sufficient to capture the essential elements of any evolutionary account of the development of Einstein's special and general theories of relativity from Newtonian mechanics.

Studies for tube spin forming have been implemented restrictively compared to spinning process, because of the complex of deformation mechanism. Especially there were not many studies by using FEM(Finite Element Method) for overcoming restriction of upper bound method. In this paper, the tube spinning process is analyzed to produce cylindrical body made by titanium alloy. In analysis, processing parameters was obtained by using upper bound method to consider material properties of titanium alloy and finite element analysis was implemented to investigate the flatness and the elongation of the titanium alloy workpiece by using ABAQUS code. The independent variables are ; material properties of workpiece, angles of roller, reduction of diameter. Three variables, two angles of roller and reduction of diameter are optimized by using the upper bound method. In this method, we can estimate the workable power, working force and reduction of diameter, and also the flatness and the elongation of workpiece by the finite elements analysis using ABAQUS/standard. The results indicates that these variables play a critical factors of spinning process for the titanium alloy and the optimum values of these variables.

The purpose of this study is to explore female office worker's bullying experience in the workplace and derive the essential meaning of the experience. For this study, five female workers who experienced workplace bullying were interviewed in-depth and the collected data were analyzed by the method of descriptive phenomenological research of Giorgi. The research questions in this study are 'How do female workers experience bullying in the workplace?' and 'What does it mean to experience bullying in the workplace?' The result of this study is indicated 5 main themes and 19 sub-themes. The 5 main themes are as followed: 'tactfully bullied by perpetrators perceived as a stumbling block', 'struggling with the suffering', 'trying to stand up in a frustration', 'getting a new perspective looking back on herself as a woman', 'being left in the maze, unable to discern who was wrong'. Furthermore, the study suggested common and core elements of female worker's bullying experience, and proposed a generic framework of the relationship among the elements. Finally, discussions and implications applicable to counseling were presented.

This study empirically analyzed the effect of service nature of dental clinic on job satisfaction and job commitment. In recent years, the demand for medical services has been increasing in the dental clinics. As the dental clinics are faced with various competition situations through new establishment and expansion, the importance of job satisfaction and job involvement is more emphasized. The service nature of dental hospitals is known to be influenced by job satisfaction and job commitment. These two factors are important factors for securing the competitiveness of dental hospitals as well as the functions of hospitals required for survival and development of dental hospitals In this study, we analyzed the effects of labor - management relations and high-involvement work organization on the organizational satisfaction and organizational commitment affecting service nature of dental hospital. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the service nature based organization has a full mediating effect which is not established without labor relations and participatory work organization in the process of affecting job commitment. Therefore, unlike previous studies which focus on incentives or external rewards to increase job satisfaction of employees, this study concluded that internal support system reflecting service nature factors should be strengthened. Job satisfaction and job commitment, which are variables in this study, are expected to be the basis for improving competitiveness of dental hospitals. Future research should be extended to small and medium dental hospitals and dental clinics. It is also necessary to study various organizations in order to strengthen the competitiveness of the service organization by fostering the nature of service such as relationship and interactivity at the organizational level.

As the Production technology Progresses, the necessity to consider consumers needs being complex and diverse in the phase of developing product is being more important. However, existing system of consumers needs being structured with the view of marketing is too abstractive and categorical to apply in the phase of developing product. So, the goal of this study is to establish method that structuralize customer's needs for applying practically in the phase of the product concept development and to suggest guidelines to needs structuralization with emphasis on the view of cognitive science/cognitive psychology. The major findings of this study is summerized as follows. First, to structuralize not only customer's needs category which being used as standard to assort needs in existing way but also practical needs features, it must contain the concept of emotion that is actual product's meaning to customers in its structure, and for this reason, the structuralized needs with emotions can be defined as emotional needs structure. Second, categorization of concept will be divided as essential concept and referential concept centering around symbolic concept, and from this supposition, emotional needs structure can be composed as benefit concept(essential concept), customer needs(referential concept) centering around emotion(symbolic concept).
