As the results of studies based on the Russian Activities-Oriented Theory, the gifted students in many fields have common insights for the true nature of the problem, or the actual state. From Russian Activities-Oriented Theory of view, gifted students have the ability to discern the essential elements involved in each actual state and change of state of things, and to solve the problem, based on these elements. Enhancing these abilities of the students, the educator can develop the average student into a gifted one. This study result of the Russian specialist suggests the possibility of a stream of education that can develop gifted students. Hence, this paper discussed the points and processes of formation of the Russian Activities-Oriented Theory, and inquired on what is the true nature of the problem or the meaning of actual state and how it affects the studies of the student. The paper also investigated the actual conditions of wrong learning about some mathematical concepts and discussed the role of insights to the true nature of the problem in the learning process of the student.

In general, sign is the way of communication directing human beings with their daily activities particularly in urban circumstances. And sign planning is designing and installing signboards systematically in urban environment. Generally, the range of application in space sign is pretty wide, and it may safely be say that the attractiveness of the city image is considerably decided upon the sign system. The subject of this study investigates the meaning and the role of sign system applying on human environment, and disirable design direction cope with the constant change of city space. The present study doesn't specifically deals with the basic function of signboards only, but with the problems and solution corresponding with sign system as structual element in city environment.

The purpose of this research is to understand the meanings and essentials of the experience of continuous participation in volunteer works, from an emic perspective. To conduct an in-depth study regarding 'live experiences', this research used phenomenological research method. For the method of data collection, purposive sampling is used with some in-depth interviews of five elderly people who have participated in volunteer works from 6 years to 23 years. As a result of the analysis of the collected data, the essence of continuous participation in volunteer works appeared to be 'regained happiness of life'. Elderly people who persist in volunteering were also passionate in taking part in social activities, eager to improve their cognitive functions, and likely to put more effort in maintaining their own health in order to continue the volunteer works. These are the factors that satisfy successful ageing. This research has its object in preparing systematic support at a national level to prevent the volunteer works of the elderly people from ending up in mere personal virtue, so as to successfully manage the later stage of life.

The most fundamental difference between general three dimensional computer graphics technology and virtual reality technology lies in the degree of realism as we feel, and thus the virtual reality method heavily relies on such tolls as data gloves, 3D auditory system to enhance human perception and recognition. Although these tolls are valid for such purpose, more essential ingredient. This paper provides further realism by modeling active interactions between the objects inside scenes. For this purpose, this paper proposes and implements a field model where the virtual reality space is treated as a physical field defined on the characteristic radius of stimulus and sense corresponding to the individual object. In the field model, the rule of cause and effect as an essential feature of the realism can be interpreted simply as an energy exchange between objects and consequently, variation on the radius information together with behavioral logic alone can build the virtual environment where each object can react to other objects actively and controllably.

The purpose of this study is to gain a deep understanding of immigrant single mothers' parenting experiences. Seven immigrant single mothers were recruited as research participants. Data were collected by in-depth interviews which were conducted once or twice for each participant and analyzed by using a Giorgi's phenomenological method to delineate about participants' individual and unique experiences. Participants' statements were divided into 201 meaning units, which were analyzed into 29 sub-elements, 13 elements, and then structuralized with 5 intrinsic themes of 'marriage with unexpected hardships', 'troubled relationship with children due to emotional trauma', 'double whammy of being an immigrant woman and a single mother', 'struggles in becoming a head of household' and 'power of mothers' love for children'. Based on the above results, this study suggested some implications for social welfare policies and social work practices.

Radio Frequency Identification(RFID) has been considered as an key infrastructure for the ubiquitous society. However, due to the inherent drawbacks, RFID causes var- ious security threats like privacy problems, tag cloning, etc. This paper proposes a novel practical approach, which are fully conformed to EPCglobal RFID Gen2 standard, for enhancing security of currently used RFID Gen2 tags against the various security threats.

In recent times, a trend has emerged which rejects negative elements such as violence and gambling associated with games, and emphasizes positive functions such as academic study, which is a desirable phenomenon. Serious games have great potential and unlimited boundaries in their scope, and need much study and research from various perspectives. Especially today, in enhancing the national image of Korea with "Korean games" for the next generation, creative storytelling is urgently required. In this study, I aim to investigate the functions and roles of serious games and to foresee their future direction of development. I also examine the essential elements of storytelling in games suitable for the next generation.

All learners have to improve problem-solving abilities based on the principles of Computer Science and Computational Concepts as well as enhance their information technology fluency for living in the 21st century. However, there are no clear answers for fundamental questions such as 'What is Computer Science?' or 'What is the nature of Informatics education?'. Informatics education is threatened by the terminological confusion and misleading external images of Computer Science or Informatics education. Therefore, in this study, we closely reviewed perspectives on the nature and necessity of Informatics education and suggested a perspective to improve Informatics education. First, we examined how the definition of Computer Science has changed and pointed out that the Computer Science curriculum has operated differently from country to country because of the different viewpoints about Computer Science. Moreover, we presented evidence to assert that Informatics education should be considered as an independent science subject that is for all students. Finally, we suggested essential elements to insist that Informatics is a discipline to improve computational thinking. Essential elements consisted of 'Representations', 'Processes', 'Machines', 'Relationships' and 'Construction'. We suggested that the concept of Informatics should be extended based on these five elements.

A purpose of this study, after identifying the status and type of changes derived elements that make up the Seowon(書院); landscape space and the space of the during the recent World Heritage, focusing promote the newly introduced trees listed in the important value, authenticity and integrity aspects The results can be summarized as follows. The results can be summarized as follows. Appeared trees in various old documents are 10 species; Prunus persica (L.) Batsch, Prunus mume(Siebold) Siebold & Zucc., Salix koreensis Andersson. The planting space shows regularity of some degree depends on the status of the species, essentially 3 types of Juniperus chinensis L., Lagerstroemia indica L., Phyllostachys nigra(Lodd.) Munro are primarily located in inside of seowon(書院), Zelkova serrata (Thunb.) Makino., Salix koreensis Andersson is in out side of seowon(書院). 5 types of location space to species such as Juniperus chinensis L., Ginkgo biloba L. species are the most frequently appear and it can be national representative trees. Plants which have limited vitality is a factor to prove a history of seowon(書院), it is accord with authenticity aspects that it gives meaning of symbolic to canonized figure's preference Maintenance work carried out over the years has damaged to origin of tree and thoughtlessly planted without having to go through a thorough historical research has resulted in weakening the presence of the essential space. It should preserve to features originally it have is figure reflect the viewpoint of the transformed current private to reveal the history of the various places. In conclusion, this research continues to study at the spatial dimension like a building in limited to panted, and also determine the intrinsic value of the overall spatial configuration.
