After patrol corvett Cheonan was hit and sank on duty, the Republic of Korea Navy has tried to install hybrid propulsion system on naval ship to reduce vibration and noise problems during navigation. The hybrid propulsion system has advantage that propulsion motor can be propelled in low speed operation of the vessel. This can be a better quietness than a mechanical propulsion system which consists of a conventional internal combustion engines. And more economical operation is possible by using a propulsion motor in a low speed operation where a fuel efficiency of the internal combustion engine is poor. In this paper, we set up virtual ship on the basis of a combat support ship in the Republic of Korea Navy, economically compared and analyzed fuel consumption between conventional and hybrid propulsion system. As a result, it was confirmed that the fuel efficiency of hybrid propulsion system which use electric motor had been relatively improved.

The domestic warship propulsion system is at the stage of a hybrid propulsion system changing from a mechanical propulsion system and the propulsion system becomes complicated so it is expected that the function of ECS(Engineering Control System) that controls and monitors the warship propulsion system becomes important. Recently the development of ECS has progressed domestically, so that verification of reliability and stability is required in the process of ECS development. The simulator to be proposed is composed of HILS, it can be divided into a shaft-line dynamics model of the simulating power transmission, a controller model of the simulating the control of the equipment, and a communication model communicating with the ECS. In this paper, we developed simulator for ECS verification for CODLOG hybrid propulsion system, set scenario, and conducted simulation.

추진기관 적용에 따른 복합재연소관의 일반적 사항들을 논하였다. 추진기관의 효율에 주요인자인 경량화에 있어서 복합재 연소관의 무게가 철금속 연소관에 비해 약 50%의 감소효과가 있으며 단가의 측면에서도 부가가치가 있는 것으로 평가된다. 그러나 추진기관 체계적(추진제 공정 및 구조안정성) 관점에서 추진제 내면변형율(Inner Bore Strain)의 증가, 제작공차, 공정의 재현성, EPDM의 접착기밀성 및 외부습도 유입 문제 등의 앞으로 해결되어야 할 사항들이 제시되었다.

This research focused on the strategy consulting of the 'Vertical Farm' for the blue ocean of Gyeonggi agricultural industry. The study was performed based on both theoretical study and related qualitative study approaches. particularly, 'scenario planning' as a foresight method was used for the strategy formulation of the Vertical Farm. The major determinants for the success of the formation of the Vertical Farm can be summarized as follows; the enhancement of research capability and the Relational Capability of the research institutions. In terms of the needs of times, this study regarding the strategy for the formation of the Vertical Farm is anticipated to be a good reference for the R&D organizations and technology cluster participants in coming years.

This study was conducted with the purpose of suggesting the improvement plan of political for activating the Geo-Spatial Big Data Services. To this end, we were review the previous research for Geo-Spatial Big Data and analysis domestic and foreign Geo-Spatial Big Data propulsion system and policy enforcement situation. As a result, we have deduced the problem of insufficient policy of reaction for future Geo-Spatial Big Data, personal information protection and political basis service activation, relevant technology and policy, system for Geo-Spatial Big Data application and establishment, low leveled open government data and sharing system. In succession, we set up a policy direction for solving derived problems and deducted 5 policy issues : setting up a Geo-Spatial Big Data system, improving relevant legal system, developing technic related to Geo-Spatial Big Data, promoting business supporting Geo-Spatial Big Data, creating a convergence sharing system about public DB.

Ships emit significant amounts of air pollution. To reduce ship emissions, the government has implemented the Eco-Friendly Ship Act to improve the marine air environment, under which the use of eco-friendly ships that use eco-friendly energy as a power source encouraged and technologies to reduce marine pollution are developed. Therefore, the revision of relevant laws and systems such as inspection and facility standards for the safe operation of eco-friendly ships is urgently needed, especially those for fishing vessels, which account for the majority of domestic coastal vessels. This study defines the core equipment for the application of electric complex propulsion systems to fishing boats and presents a minimum safety standard plan for the adoption and dissemination of eco-friendly fishing boats.

The concept and characteristics of the propulsion systems for the next generation flight vehicles are described in this paper, where Hey are grouped into air breathing engine, rocket engine and combined cycle engine according to the feeding system of oxidizer. Air breathing engine has its good reusability and superior performance at low altitude, but its usage is limited at high altitude due to the decreased air density. Rocket engine can be used over the wide range of altitude, but it has disadvantages in low specific impulse and high cost. The several types of combined cycle engine, which are being developed by the leading countries in the aerospace, are highlighted as a remarkable candidate for the next generation propulsion system.

초음속 비행체 및 극음속 성층권 비행체용 추진기관으로의 사용이 검토되고 있는 차세대 추진기관들을 산화제 공급방식에 따라 공기흡입 엔진, 로켓 엔진 및 복합사이클 엔진으로 분류하여 엔진의 구성방식 및 추진특성들을 기술하였다. 공기흡입 엔진은 저고도에서의 성능이 우수하고 재사용이 가능 하지만 공기 밀도가 낮은 고 고도 영역에서의 성능이 좋지 않으며 로켓 엔진은 넓은 고도영역에서 사용이 가능한 반면 낮은 비추력 및 고비용 발사체계 등과 같은 단점들을 가지고 있다.(중략)

본 논문에서는 사회연결망분석을 이용하여 무인체계 관련 뉴스, 기사 자료를 분석하고 이를 통해 무인체계 발전의 중심을 파악하고자 하였다. 국방부는 인구감소로 인한 병역자원의 감소 문제를 해결하기 위해 발전하는 과학기술을 바탕으로 기존 병력 중심의 유인체계에서 AI 기반 유·무인 복합전투체계로 전환하기 위한 계획을 추진하고 있다. 이에 따라 최근 5년간의 무인체계 발전 동향을 확인함으로써 국방 무인체계 발전의 중심이 되는 노드를 살펴보고자 한다.

ECS is a control device so that the warship can perform the mission stably by controlling and monitoring the entire propulsion system. As the recent provisions of the warship, it's propelling system is complicated than past, as the demand performance and mission of the warships are diverse. In accordance with the complicated propulsion system configuration, the demand for automatic control function of the ECS is increasing for convenient and stable propulsion system control for convenient and stable. As a result, verification of ECS stability and reliability is required. In this paper, we develop an interlocking signal simulator for verifying ECS control logic and communication protocol for warship with CODLOG propulsion systems. The simulator developed was implemented to simulate a signal of gas turbine, propulsion motors, diesel generator and 11 kinds of auxiliary equipment. The reliability of ECS was verified through the ECS communication program and the I/O signal static test with the simulator.
