  • 해상에서 인터넷을 사용하는 데 많은 기술적, 경제적 제약이 따른다. 육상의 인터넷 서비스를 바다 위에서 실현하기 위해서는 기지국과 같은 중앙 통제 시스템이 없는 MANET을 기반으로 하는 해상통신망이 새롭게 구축되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 해상환경과 선박 내 단말장치의 특성을 최대한 고려한 해상 MANET 모델을 새롭게 설계하였다. 원양에서 선박들이 주로 주어진 항로를 기준으로 항해하는 특성을 고려하여, 개별적 이동노드(선박)를 대상으로 경로를 찾는 것이 아니라 정적 정보인 항로와 동적 정보인 선박을 복합적으로 활용하여 최단경로를 찾아내는 복합적 항로기반 라우팅(HCBR) 프로토콜을 제안하였다. 지리 정보를 이용하는 LAR 프로토콜과 성능 비교에서 경로 발견 시 제어패킷을 전혀 쓰지 않으면서 최단 경로를 훨씬 더 잘 찾아내는 특성을 실험적으로 파악하였다.

  • 석탄가스화 복합발전설비에 사용되는 석탄주입계통 설계/엔지니어링을 위한 체계적 방법을 제시하였다. 석탄주입계통의 주요 구성요소로는 호퍼, 필터, 스크류공급기, 공압수송기 및 사출용기등을 고려하였고, 그에 대한 설계 사양 및 제한조건들을 제시하였다. 더 나아가 석탄주입계통의 공정제어를 위해 필요한 계측장비, 제어논리 및 제어시스템에 대한 설계기준을 서술하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 방법들은 석탄주입계통의 기본설계 또는 선정을 위한 엔지니어링에 유용하게 사용될수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • This work describes an applications of CEP(Capability Evolution Process) in the SoS(Systems of Systems) environment. SoS is a set of systems that results when independent systems are integrated into a larger systems that delivers unique capability. CEP is focused on system performance and integration, interoperability requirement between systems within a force package. This work analyzes CEP and applies to OO joint marinetime operation. From these results, the possiblity of the CEP application in the SoS environment is presented.

  • A super speed maglev is a complicated system integrating electric, electronic, mechanic, civil and construction engineering. So, there must be an integrative system to monitor and manage operation requirements and standard features of each subsystem and the interfaces between each technology. As an indispensable part that can ensure whole system performance, a secure interface for each individual subsystem is an important management item of system engineering. By securing the interface performance of each individual subsystem, system failure can be effectively prevented in advance. Based on system engineering techniques, improvement of security and reliability for a super speed maglev is described in this research.

  • 본 연구는 산지-도심-해안으로 연결된 해안도시의 지역적인 특성으로 인해 해일과 같은 조위 상승 원인이 침수 및 홍수 위험을 증가시키는 복합재난에 대응하기 위하여 실시간 침수 위험정보 확인 및 대응, 대시민 상황전파 등이 가능하도록 IoT 융합 침수 대응시스템을 개발하는 것이다. 또한, 침수 및 홍수방어벽 등의 구조적대책을 검토하여 실시간 IoT 융합 침수 대응시스템과 연계운영함으로써 해안도시의 시설 및 재산을 보호하고 시민의 안전을 확보하는데 기여할 수 있는 실증연구를 수행하는 것을 목표로 한다. 침수 대응을 위한 구조적 대책은 양산형 IoT 침수 및 하천수위 감지 장비, 센서 연동 침수 및 홍수방어벽, 복합재난알림 디스플레이 등의 개발이며, 비구조적 대책은 강우-하천수위-조위 실측자료기반의 머신러닝 침수위험 분석 모듈 개발, 수치모의에 의한 예상 침수심 및 침수위험지도 작성, 재난상황 전파 알림서비스 등이 있으며 개발된 시제품과 기술을 테스트베드에 적용하고 부산광역시에서 운영하는 재난상황관리시스템인 스마트빅보드(SBB, Smart Big Board)에 연계 및 탑재함으로써 향상된 침수대응 및 대시민 서비스가 가능한 시스템을 구축 및 실증하고자 한다. 센서, 통신, 자료연계 및 분석에 대한 IoT 융합 기술을 침수 대응 기술개발에 적극 활용하여 실측자료와 수치모의 분석 결과가 연계된 침수위험정보를 생산하고 실시간 대응이 가능한 효율적이고 실질적으로 피해를 저감 할 수 있는 기술을 개발하고 적용성을 입증한다면 국내외 해안도시에 확대 보급이 가능해져 침수 피해로부터 효과적으로 국민의 재산과 생명 보호할 수 있다. 또한, IoT 기술을 연계한 재난 모니터링 시스템의 확산으로 복합재난 대응 연구에 기여할 수 있고 상대적으로 실측자료 수집, 연구에 소외되어 온 소하천 등에도 적용이 가능하여 재난으로 인한 사회적 비용을 경감시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • This paper describes a development of the operational architecture of a low altitude air defense automation system using a systems engineering approach. The future battlefield is changing to new system of systems that command and control by the network based BM/C4I. Also, it is composed of various sensors and shooters in an single theater. Future threats may be characterized as unmanned mewing bodies that the strategic effect is great such as UAVs, cruise missiles or tactical ballistic missiles. New threats such as low altitude stealth cruise missiles may also appear. The implementation of a low altitude air defense against these future threats is required to complex and integrated approach based on systems engineering. In this view, this work established an operational scenario and derived operational requirements by identifying mission and future operational environments. It is presented the operational architecture of the low altitude air defense automation system by using the CORE 5.0.

  • Reliability means that a product maintains its initial quality and performance at certain period of time(time, distance, cycle etc) under given condition without failure. Given conditions include both environmental condition and operating condition. Environmental condition means common natural environment such as temperature, humidity, vibration, and working condition means artificial environment such as voltage, current load, install place, hours of use, which occurs during using the product. In the field of railway vehicles, although components of railway vehicles with reliability are the trend of mandatory as persisting period of railway vehicles is extended, using components of railway vehicles is insufficient for the practical reliability assessment. but the meaning of the first railway operating agency to acquire the parts in the field, the data suggest the reliability of products if you can and can show the reliability of modular units and modular units can provide the reliability of if you can present reliability of the entire system is thought to be here In this study, lifespan of micro-switch for master controller is analyzed and prediction is performed based on its field data considering the special circumstances of railway vehicles operating agency, such as a large number of trains operates on the same line.

  • This paper describes the design and analysis technology of composite flexure and composite paddle-type blade which are all key technologies on hingeless rotor system. Through replacing the existing metal or engineering plastic flexure part with composite part, Several required structural analysis were accomplished, which are static analysis by using NASTRAN and dynamic analysis by using FLIGHTLAB. The dynamic characteristics of composite hingeless hub attached with paddle-type blade was also investigated. Further more, small-scaled paddle-type blade was designed using froude scaled properties of existing full size blade. Through this design procedure of composite paddle-type blade, the structural design method was achieved. These results will be applied to accomplishing current project named as "the development of next-generation helicopter rotor system."

  • Tower Palace III project is the highest residential and commercial high-rise complex building in Korea. In order to construct a high-rise building, advanced construction and engineering technology is required. Therefore, with more developed construction and engineering technology based upon accumulated knowledge, construction speed of 13.4 days per floor including finish work was achieved in this project. To achieve this project successfully, three main advanced construction technology were applied: 1) Construction methods for 3-day cycle of structural work and curtain wall, 2) Tact scheduling method for finish work, 3) Management system of material, labor, work, and information. Also, four main engineering technology were applied: 1) New material such as high -flowing concrete and high strength concrete of 800 kgf/cm2, 2) New method such as a pipe-cooling system of a cool water circulating type, 3) Mechanical system such as smart-fan controlling kitchen-ventilation system, 4) Electrical system such as false car system.

  • Since the mid-nineties, Republic of Korean Army has officially adapted information technology. Starting with the Chang-Jo 21('99) training M&S Model, around seventy types of the M&S system software, including Ground Operations & Resources Requirement Analysis Model ('10), developed by Republic of Korea Army or foreign counterparts have been utilized. However, as the existing cost estimations of the Defense M&S system software fail to reflect the acquisition and development environment, the estimated costs have been frequently overestimated or underestimated. This paper provides a suitable cost estimation model for the Defense M&S system software by presenting the software cost drivers which reflect the unique software development environment of the Defense.
