A Study on the Function Overlap and Irrational Hierarchy System of Logistics Complexes of Inland Base: Focusing on the Case of the Integrated Freight Terminal in the Yeongnam Area (내륙 거점 물류단지 기능중첩 및 연계체계 불합리성에 관한 연구: 영남권 복합물류 터미널을 사례로)

  • The advancement in technology including transportation and information communication has accelerated the flow of supplies, and the importance of the national logistics policy has increased following the expansion of the regional range of logistics to a national range. The rapid growth of the domestic logistics market results in the deficit of logistics facilities, inefficient operation of logistics facilities, and a complicated distribution structure. It has precipitated a plan aimed at efficiency improvement by building base logistics facilities, but this market is now undergoing difficulties due to low performance. Many studies on the revitalization of base logistics facilities have been conducted, but a causal analysis focusing on the function overlap of private logistics businesses has been absent. Therefore, this study has analyzed the function overlap of logistics facilities and the irrationality of the system, which resulted from the lost function of Inland Freight bases in the Yeongnam region. By suggesting the cause of disuse of base logistics complexes from the function overlap in the ground transportation of domestic freight, the study can provide the policy implication for the national logistics infrastructure.

  • The inland logistics center is a large scale of logistics facility that enables roads, rails, ports, and airports to carry out chained-transports and combined-transports, and the logistics center are established at the main logistics posts in order to reduce the cost of transport by mass transportation. However, it is expected that the capacity of Euiwang ICD, the only inland logistics centers in the capital area, will reach its limit before 2015, so it is required to establish another stations or to improve the existing facility. Especially, in case of Euiwang ICD, the expansion of the center is not possible because of its position, so it is required to establish new logistics centers in other places in order to raise the capacity of transport. Therefore, this study suggests to establish new metropolitan logistics centers on the western coast line in order to solve the problem of shortage of tract capacity that is brought on by the newly established inland logistics centers on the axis of the western coastline (Song-san Station and An-jung Station), and analyzes how the new logistics center will distribute railroad cargoes. By these, this study contributes to reduce the cost of transport by providing smooth railroad transport service.

  • Urban freight system includes not just intra-urban freight movement but also inter-urban movement as well. Hence, to make Busan a hub of North-east asia freight movement it is necessary to develop a comprehensive plan for infrastructure expansion as well as improvement of freight system based on the present facility situation. This study identifies the status of freight facilities in Busan by establishing the freight related infrastructure Database(DB) utilizing Geographic Information System(GIS), and to enable planners and decision-makers to utilize the DB to develop a future plan. The DB includes port facilities, major and minor arterial roads, railroad lines and facilities, depots, center city business areas, and urban infrastructures which are related to the freight movements. The analyses show that major transportation facilities in Busan consist of roads, railroads, coastal transportation, and international transportation, and it was found that intermodal facilities are inadequate for freight system in Busan. The results of this study will be useful for freight experts and planners to develop a comprehensive freight system plan.

참돔 노지종묘생산과 요각류 번식을 위한 적정 시비제

  • 우리나라 서해안의 폐염전 또는 대하양식장을 이용한 해산어 종묘생산이 조피볼락, 감성돔, 숭어 등을 대상으로 이루어지고 있다. 이렇게 생산된 종묘는 기형개체가 전혀 없는 건강 종묘이며, 생산 원가 또한 육상수조식에 비해 최고 5배정도 낮다. 한편 참돔은 육상수조에서 종묘생산시 기형률이 비교적 높게 나타나므로 노지를 이용한 종묘생산이 요구되고 있다. 현재 노지 종묘생산시 요각류 번식을 위한 시비제로는 암모니아, 인산염, 칼륨 등이 함유되어 있는 화학비료(요소, 복합비료)나 계분, 돈분, 우분 등의 유기질 비료가 주로 사용되고 있다. 그러나 화학비료를 사용시 급격한 수질변화로 요각류의 폐사가 발생하고, 매년 지속적인 생산량을 기대하기가 어려운 문제점이 있다. 따라서 적절한 시비제를 구명하기 위하여 유기질 비료(알팔파, 숙성계분)와 화학비료(요소, 복합)를 단독 또는 병행 사용하여 2개월간의 동ㆍ식물플랑크톤의 변동량과 치어의 생존율을 조사한 결과, 유기질 비료는 부화자어가 입식된 이후에도 연속하여 시비하여도 생존율에 영향을 미치지 않았으나, 화학비료의 경우 일정 농도 이상에서는 동ㆍ식물플랑크톤의 번식에 장애를 초래하였고 이에 따라 자어가 전량 폐사하였다. 실험군의 생존율은 육상수조에서 40%, 알팔파와 숙성계분을 시비한 실험군이 15%, 요소, 복합, 알팔파를 시비한 실험군이 10%, 요소, 복합, 숙성 계분을 시비한 실험군이 8%, 요소와 복합을 시비한 실험군은 0%를 나타내었다. 또한 기형률에 있어 노지 실험군은 0.7%로 매우 낮게 나타났으나, 육상수조 실험군은 61%에 해당하는 치어가 기형이었으며, 그 형태도 다양하게 나타났다.fer, Artemia sp., copepods, 부화 25일째부터는 copepods였다. 초기성장은 부화직후 전장 1.95 mm였던 것이 10일째는 2.96 mm, 20일째는 3.89 mm, 30일째는 12.9 mm, 50일째는 35.1 mm를 나타내었다. 그러나 말쥐치 자ㆍ치어가 성장함에 따라 발생하는 지속적인 폐사와 종묘의 수송시 발생하는 폐사를 줄일 수 있는 방법이 추후에 해결되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.8,000~215,000 마리의 자어를 낳아서 개체에 따라 큰 차이를 나타내었다. 1999년에는(어미 : 전장 20.7~25.5cm, 체중 205.5~396.4g) 1 회 출산때마다 7,000~50,000 마리의 자어를 출산하였다. 3. 출산간격. 다회 출산한 쏨뱅이 어미가 첫 번째 출산에서 다음 출산까지 소요되는 기간을 조사한 결과 13일에서 25일이 걸리는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 4회 출산 한 1998년 쏨뱅이 어미는 첫 번째 출산 후 19일만에 두 번째 출산이 이루어 졌고 각각 13 일과 14 일만에 세 번째, 네 번째 출산이 이루어져 총 46일 동안 4회에 거쳐 자어를 출산하였다. 4. 출산자어의 크기. 1997년 3회 출산한 쏨뱅이의 출산시기별 자어 크기를 조사한 결과 첫 번째 출산에서는 평균전장 4.1$\pm$0.07mm의 자어를 낳았으나 두 번째 출산에서 자어의 크기는 평균전장이 3.9$\pm$0.11mm, 세 번째 3.8$\pm$0.12mm로 점차 작은 경향을 나타내었다..27mm(평균 1.76mm, n=20) 그리고 Snout length 0.74~l.67mm(평

  • Fuzzy theory is used to quantify some subjective criteria and consider uncertain factors for transmission line reinforcement planning in this paper. Sugeno's fuzzy integral is also used in the proposed method, because it can be easily allied to multi attribute decision making problems such as power system planning. To verify the proposed algorithm, some bode-neck lines are searched for the case that the amount of Maximal Load Supplying Capability(MLSC) is small using the results of contingency analysis for Korea Electric Power Corporation(KEPCO)'s 345[kV] transmission line in 1998. And several feasible alternatives are composed for line reinforcement which can dissolve the bottle-neck.

Research Trends Analysis on Port Hinterland Using SNA Method (SNA 분석을 활용한 항만배후지 연구동향 분석에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, the research trends of port hinterland from 1990 to 2018 were analyzed periodically using the Social Network Analysis (SNA) method. The data were collected from major academic journals and totally 116 papers were identified for analysis. The results of the analysis showed that in the first period (1990-1999), keywords can be listed as "containerization", "transport infrastructure" and developed countries related keywords like "Italy", "Canada" and "Germany". The results of the second period (2000-2009) were originated from keywords such as "regionalization", "competitiveness", "Asian consolidation" and "technology". In the third period (2010-2018), the results were derived from keywords such as "intermodal transport", "dry port", "container" and container related keywords and "shipping" and shipping related keywords. We could see the studies of port hinterland are becoming more systematic and integrated. This study provides some important implications for both academic, and industrial viewpoints, and it is helpful to understand the research concentration.

Preparation of PEBAX-5513/Ag Nanoparticles/7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane Composites for Olefin Separation and Analysis of Anions (올레핀 분리용 PEBAX-5513/Ag Nanoparticles/7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane 복합체 제조 및 음이온 효과 분석)

  • Facilitated transport membranes using silver nanoparticles as carriers for olefin/paraffin separation have been interested. $AgBF_4$ has been used as a precursor of silver nanoparticles in previous studies. However, relatively expensive $AgBF_4$ is not suitable for commercialization, and thus, PEBAX-5513/AgNPs (precursor: $AgClO_4$)/7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane (TCNQ) composite membranes were prepared using silver nanopaticles with relatively inexpensive $AgClO_4$ precursors. Composite membranes of various compositions were prepared for PEBAX-5513/AgNPs/TCNQ composites, but no separation performance was observed. As a result of FT-IR analysis, it was confirmed that silver nanoparticles were formed in the PEBAX-5513 polymer and the surface of Ag nanoparticles was polarized by TCNQ, but the formed silver nanoparticles were not stabilized. From these results, it was concluded that the anion of the precursor plays an important role in the olefin/paraffin separation.

  • The infrastructure of public transportation of Seoul which has been developed in parallel with the progress of modernization receives successful performance evaluation at home and abroad, currently representing the highest transport distribution ratio. In spite of this fact, the public transportation of Seoul, which has entered into advanced phase of services, still leaves much to be desired, in particular, the mobility considering the transportation vulnerable is not well assured. It is time to provide proper supports for the efficient mobility of public transportation in accordance with the social changes present in the aging and multicultural society. This study inquired about the current status of public transportation and that of its users. In addition, the main inquiry target was oriented to the elderly and foreigners for observation and investigation, as well as for the analysis of their behavior. Furthermore, through in-depth interviews, inconvenient factors have been found according to public transportation means and its usage phase, by carrying out detailed evaluations of public transportation services. Based on this, the enhancement elements were defined and the corresponding concept was designed through a series of idea workshops, and this study intended to contribute to improving future public transportation services by proposing the improvement scheme applicable to the upcoming public transportation.

Development and Promotion of International Intermodal Transportation Route from Northeast 3 Provinces in China (중국 동북3성 기점 국제복합운송루트 개발과 발전 방안)

  • With rapid economic development in China, cargoes from and to China are growing significantly. The 3 Northeast Provinces of China(named Liaoniang, Jilin, Heilongjiang provinces), bordering the Korean Peninsular, is not exception in development of international trade. However long distance from the 3 Northeast Provinces to seaports generates huge transit time and costs because Dalian port is far away almost 1,000km from Jilin and Heiloongjiang Provinces. The new intermodal transport route through the port of Jarubino located in the Russian Far East is under way to reduce the costs incurred from inland transport. This paper investigates the competitiveness of the new international intermodal transport route from the 3 Northeast Provinces in terms of transit time and transport costs. According to the results of this research, The establishment of the new international intermodal transport with development of Jarubino port is expected to increase the competitiveness of trade cargoes from the 3 Northeast Provinces while Korea has a good opportunity to join the port development in the Russian Far East. Futhermore the port of Busan is also benefited the growing transit cargoes from the new intermodal transport route.

  • 1960년대 이후 경제규명의 괄목할 만한 성장과 생산규모가 확대되어 비용 최소화를 통한 물류분 야의 근대화가 핵심적인 문제로 대두됨에도 불구하고 체계적이며 효율적인 물류체계의 부재로 인한 물 류비의 상승은 산업경쟁력을 약화시켜 물가상승등의 경제불안을 초래하고 있다. 또 가중되는 도시내 교 통혼잡과 최근들어 시행되고 잇는 도시내 화물차량에 대한 각종 규제로 물류비중 수송비의 비증은 지속 적으로 증가되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 따라 사회적으로 물류비를 절감시킬수 있는 물류시설에 관한 관 심이 고조되고 있으며 국가나 지방자치 단체 차원에서도 지역간의 물류거점으로서의 유통단지나 복합화 물터미널 등에 대한 필요성이 강조되고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 이러한 지역간 물류거점으로서 체계뿐만 아니라 도시내에서의 물류활동 즉 도시내에 위치한 최종소비자를 대상으로한 수·배송은 도시교통문제 와 물류서비스를 최종적으로 실행과 직결되어 있다는 점에서 매우 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 따라서 본연 구에서는 도시내 물류거점 시설인 배송센타를 대상으로 배송센타 1일 가동시 총물류비용 모형을 도출하 여 1일 총물류비용을 최소화 할 수 있는 배송센터 최적수 결정 모의 실험 모형을 구성하였다. 이와 병 행하여 최근 들어 대형화물차량에 대한 도심진입규제 통행제한 등 각종 화물차량 규제로 인하여 배송행 태 변화에 따른 사례를 상정하여 민간 차원에서 규제후 변화된 물류비의 변화정도와 그비용을 감소시킬 수 있는 방안의 검토를 시행하였다.
