본 논문의 목표는 일체형 디지털 TV에서 디지털 방송 수신과 방송 컨텐츠를 녹화, 저장, 재생이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 조만간 시작될 데이터 방송을 수신할 수 있는 내장형 디지털 방송수신 및 개인 비디오 저장 시스템 Platform 개발이다. 디지털 방송과 데이터방송 수신이 가능한 Set-Top Box 기능, 수신된 방송의 저장 및 재생이 가능한 PVR 기능을 지원할 수 있는 시스템의 구조를 설계하였다. 고품질 디지털 방송 서비스가 본격적으로 시작됨에 따라 디지털 방송 수신기와 PVR 기능이 복합된 제품의 수요가 증가할 것으로 예상되며 이러한 고성능 복합시스템은 필수적일 것이다. 이러한 기능을 수행하기 위하여 시스템 제어를 위한 CPU로는 PMC-Sierra 사의 MIPS Architecture에 기반을 둔 RM5231을 채택하고, Teralogic 사의 TL811 System Controller을 채택하여 시스템을 이루고 있는 각종 디바이스를 구성하고, MPEG-2 Demux/Decoding을 위해 Teralogic TL851 Graphics & Display Processor을 채택하였다. 개발된 시스템을 테스트하기 위하여 현재 각 방송사들의 시험 방송을 수신하고 PVR 기능을 테스트하였다.

본 논문에서는 2012년 시행된 신재생에너지공급의무화제도(RPS)에 따른 민간발전사들의 RPS 의무이행 현황을 알아보고 신재생에너지 공급인증서의 발급량 부족 및 거래시장에서의 심한 가격변동을 발전사업자들의 RPS 이행시 장애요인으로 분석하였다. RPS시행 이전에 추진하여 최근 준공한 동두천복합발전소에 대한 RPS이행방안 구성결과 연평균 약 334억원의 의무이행비용이 산출되었으며, 해당비용을 당초 사업타당성 검토 기초자료에 반영한 결과 내부수익률이 계획대비 31.8% 저하됨을 알 수 있었다. 신재생에너지 의무공급량의 비율이 해마다 증가하여 2024년부터는 전년도 발전량의 10%를 신재생에너지로 공급해야 하는데 RPS 의무공급 대상자로의 편입 초기부터 10%의 의무공급량을 이행해야 하는 신규 발전소의 경우 의무이행비용 과다로 사업성은 더욱 낮아지므로 의무공급량의 비율을 기존의 12단계에서 17단계로 완화하는 방안을 제시하였다. 즉, 동두천복합발전소의 이행비용을 기준으로 최초 2%부터 매년 0.5%씩 점진적으로 10%까지 높였을 때 내부수익률은 6.23%로써 처음부터 10%의 비율로 공급할 경우 산출한 내부수익률 4.18%보다 약 49%의 사업성 향상 효과를 얻을 수 있어 제도개선이 민간발전사업 촉진에 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

Health monitoring is a major concern not only in the design and manufacturing but also in service stages for composite laminated structures. Excessive loads or low velocity impact can cause matrix cracks and delaminations that may severely degrade the load carrying capability of the composite laminated structures. To develop the health monitoring techniques providing on-line diagnostics of smart composite structures can be helpful in keeping the composite structures sound during their service. In this study, we discuss the signal processing techniques and some applications for health monitoring of composite structures using piezoceramic sensors and fiber optic sensors.

(사)한국포장협회(회장 신동호)는 2월 25일 '포장인의 날'을 맞아 제18회 한용교포장인상 시상식을 개최했다. 제18회 한용교포장인상은 일반 부문과 장학생 부문으로 시상했다. 일반 부문 시상식에서는 수출진흥 부문에 오병서 (주)한국알미늄 마케팅2팀 팀장이 수출 지역 다변화에 기여하여 수출지역을 넓힌 공로를 인정받아 수상했으며, 연구개발 부문에는 한희식 율촌화학(주) 기술연구소 수석연구원이 "리튬 이온전지용 플랙시블 복합필름 국산화 및 양산"을 공로로 인정받아 수상했다. 장학생으로 선정된 수상자는 ▲ 김영노 연세대학교 패키징학 3년 ▲ 백종혁 용인송담대학 유통학과 2년이다. 한용교포장인상은 한국포장협회 한용교 명예회장이 희사한 재원으로 포장인들에게 연구 의욕을 높이고 자긍심을 고취, 포장산업을 발전시키고자 지난 1996년 제정됐다. 본 고에서는 제18회 한용교포장인상 수상자들의 활약상을 살펴본다.

It has been very difficult to analyse, clearly, the mechanism of the suspended sediment that changes, largely, the coastline, on-shore and off-shore. It is due to not only the complexity of the factors in nature but the measurement technique of suspended sediment characteristics both in nature and loboratory. The purpose of this paper are to obtain the time-rate of change in the concentration of suspended sediment, the vertical distribution of it and the effect of the fall velocity of its particle, and to make clear the mechanism of sand transportation in suspension, analysing the diffusion equation, by the computer, due to the small amplitude wave theory.

수소는 여러 기체중에서 분자의 크기가 가장 작고, 막에 의한 분리가 쉬워 기체 막분리 공정 중에서 제일 먼저 개발 상업화 되었다. 기체분리막의 발전 역사를 살펴보면 1965년 Du Pont 사가 polyethyleneterephthalate(PET) 중공사 기체분리 장치를 만든 것이 최초이다. 그러나 이 장치는 시판되지 않았다. 1979년 Monsanto사가 다공성 polysulfone 중공사에 polyimethylsiloxane계 고분자를 박막형태로 도포한 복합막을 개발하여 이것을 이용한 공업적 규모의 수소분리장치(Prism separator) 를 개발하였는데 이 장치가 널리 퍼지게 되었다. 이 분리막은 현재 석유화학 및 석유정제공업 플랜트 폐가스로부터 수소회수, Oxo합성 기체중의 CO/H$_{2}$ 몰비 조절등의 분야에서 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 수소 분리 회수용 고분자기체막을 중심으로 분자설계, 공정현화 및 최근 연구동향 등을 살펴보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the convergent awareness of emergency medical technicians serving as paramedics on the standard operating procedure(SOP) and their performance of it. The subjects in this study were 400 selected emergency medical technicians who were working as paramedics, and SPSS 20.0 was employed to make an analysis. The findings of the study were as follows: As for the convergent awareness of the subjects, they were best aware of the prevention of respiratory infections, and they were least aware of hand hygiene. Concerning performance, they performed best in handling treatment equipment and ensuring staff safety, and they performed least well in terms of hand hygiene. Overall, they were rated higher in awareness than in performance. Second, regarding the influence of general characteristics, there were statistically significant differences in awareness according to age, gender and injury experience, and significant differences were found in performance according to career only. The convergent awareness of the emergency medical workers was positively correlated with their performance. Given the findings of the study, it's required to improve both the Standard Operating Procedure awareness and performance of emergency medical workers who serve as paramedics, and it's expected to make it possible to boost their performance when repeated education is provided with the kind of programs that aim at improving awareness.

This study is to grasp fundamental data to prepare the policy about death with dignity(DwD) by grasping perception type of the middle-aged about DwD. 32 middle-ages test Q-sort with 30 statements which is related to DwD. The result of analysis shows that subjective perception types are permission type, opposition type, and limited permission type. First, 'permission type' indicates that DwD by self-determination of patients should be accepted; it is necessary to patients with extreme pain. Second, 'opposition type' insists that there will be more people dying unfairly; a trend to make light of human life could be in everywhere if DwD is permitted. Third, 'limited permission type' agrees with permitting DwD but insists on preparing specific legal system before that. The subject, DwD, itself seems not to be able to draw a complete agreement from people, but national opinions should be reflected during the process of DwD system.

Environmental changes can affect life-history traits, such as growth rate and reproduction, and organisms adapt on a given environmental condition to maximize ecological fitness. This study shows the effects of water temperature and dissolved oxygen level on early growth and accumulated damage in fish using a dynamic-state-dependent model. I have hypothesized that the level of foraging activity is related to growth and stress and so the optimal level can maximize reproductive success - ultimately, fitness. The critical temperature and dissolved oxygen (DO) is also defined as inducing the maximum growth rate at the level. So, the model predicts the highest growth rate at oxygen saturation and lower growth rate at lower or higher level of DO in water. Lower DO (i.e., hypoxia) causes slower growth rate through higher amount of accumulated stress whereas higher DO (i.e., hyperoxia) induces faster growth rate, but smaller body size. In addition, I show that there is lower impact when considering simple or independent environmental factors on environmental assessment. My findings suggest that multiple environmental factors as physiological ecology approach should be considered to improve impact assessment in environmental changes and a further study is needed to develop advanced assessment tools considering multiple environmental factors.

This discussion looked at how emotional adjectives are connected in the format [[emotional adjective + '-ko(and)'] + emotional adjective]. As a result, it was confirmed that there are quite a few cases in which two or more emotional adjectives are used to express emotions in Korean. This can help Korean learners understand and express the individual lexical meanings of emotional adjectives more clearly by identifying emotional adjectives that are used together with the corresponding configuration. It was believed that it could help Korean language learners express complex emotions or create rich emotional expressions when expressing their emotions in Korean. It is hoped that the examples and frequency of [[emotional adjective+'-ko(and)'+emotional adjective] shown in this discussion will be of some help in teaching and learning Korean emotional vocabulary.
