Recently, attention has been drawn to a new form of a public library, that is, a public library in a complex facility constructed in the same building or site with another facility. To get active users' or local governments' supports in the public library in a complex facility, it is necessary to build library strategic plans based on the analysis of users' evaluation and demands. Thus, this study analyzed the user satisfaction and perception of the 28 public libraries in complex facilities in Seoul. As a result, it was found that most users overall satisfied with public libraries in complex facilities in terms of human resources, information resources, and the links among services and positively perceived their environments and services. In order to provide more satisfaction to the users in public libraries in complex facilities first, it is necessary to improve the accessibility of libraries, to secure the sufficient library space, to prevent the outside noise, to link the facilities which bring mutual synergistic effect, and to develop a program and service accompanying other facilities.

This study aims to identify effects of welfare-to-work programs that helped welfare recipients promote emotional and social self-sufficiency, focused on social adaptation program for the hardest-to-employ poor with psychological and social work barriers. This study relied on data from mandatory social adaptation program participants among community self-sufficiency organizations in nationwide from December 2010 to January 2011 in South Korea. Hierarchical regression was used to analyze for this study. As a result, among participants, there were slightly than moderate level on emotional and social self-Sufficiency effects. The satisfaction of education program had positive effect both emotional and social self-sufficiency whereas that of health service only had positive effect on social self-sufficiency. Also, these emotional and social self-sufficiency effects differed between the number of needy family in household, type of organization and degree of satisfaction of life. This study suggests that discussion of implications for the development of welfare-to-work program and intervention that target psychological, emotional and social needs for recipients with work barriers.

'무리한' 컨버전스(융복합화) 시도 역시 짚고 넘어갈 대목이다. 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해 컨버전스를 시도하는 건 일견 당연해 보이지만, 자사 강점을 제대로 살리지 못한 '결합'이 결국 국내 비메모리 업체들의 경쟁력 약화를 야기한다는 지적도 새겨들어야 할 대목이 아닐까 싶다.

The advent and growth of Social Network Services which make it possible to formulate and reinforce social relationships in the Internet has resulted in new type of social and economic phenomena. Social Network Services have developed based on the sociality and have effects on the sociality of individuals and companies. The factors affecting the adoption of Social Network Services are investigated and the influence of social network and social influence of a person on the adoption of Social Network Services are empirically tested.
