The purpose of this study was to examine whether Reasons for Living play mediating roles in the links between stress and suicidal ideation, and Social Support moderate the effect of stress on Reasons for Living. In addition, the mediated moderation effect on the relationship between stress and suicidal ideation was examined. A total of 608 university students completed self-reporting questionnaire on stress, suicidal ideation, Reasons for Living and social support. The results indicated that Living on Suicidal mediated the relationship between stress and suicidal ideation, and social support moderated the links between stress and Living on Suicidal. Finally, the mediated moderation effect of social support the association between stress, Living on Suicidal, and suicidal ideation was found. These findings suggest that social support may function as a protective factor for university students' suicidal ideation.

연봉제가 적용된다는 것은 교수 사회에 명실상부한 경쟁 메커니즘이 형성되게 된다는 것을 의미한다. 논란의 여지가 있을 수 있지만, 사회 전반에 걸쳐 경쟁 메커니즘의 적용 폭을 넓혀야 할 처지에서 대학만 예외가 될 수는 없다. 경쟁 메커니즘의 적용으로 교수의 교육 열의가 높아지고 연구실적이 향상되는 순기능만이 아니라, 공동체를 유지하는 협력을 깨뜨리고 부정적인 갈등을 증폭시키는 역기능을 촉발할 수도 있다. 따라서 연봉제와 같은 이해복합적인 사항은 실시에 앞서 충분한 준비와 전문적인 검토를 필요로 한다.

Complex product systems (CoPs) is a engineering-intensive products with high-ended design technology, which are closely linked with national economic growth and development of social infrastructures. Accordingly, in order to understand the technological evolution of CoPs, it is necessary to identify the macro-environmental drivers surrounding the CoPs and their impact on the technological evolution of the CoPS. Therefore, we investigate the effect of policy, economic and social drivers on the technological evolution of CoPS by implementing the longitudinal case study on nuclear power plant during the periods between 1950 and 2010s. Based on the analysis of various sources of secondary data and primary data through interviews, we found that the technological evolution of nuclear power plant is progressed as "Phase 1: Application research for peaceful utilization of nuclear energy" between 1950s and 1960s, "Phase 2: The first renaissance of nuclear energy" during 1970s, "Phase 3: Enhancement of safety and the catch-up of latecomers in nuclear energy" between 1990s and 2000s, and "Phase 4: Top prioritization of safety and the development of next generation reactors for the second renaissance of nuclear energy" since 2010s. We also found that various kinds of policy, economic and social drivers, such as energy policy, investment in technology development, economic growth and energy demand, social acceptability and environmental concern, have affected the technology evolution of nuclear power plant at each phase. We emphasize the role of macroenvironmental drivers in the technological evolution of CoPS. We also suggest that countries that endeavor to develop CoPs need to utilize those drivers for enhancing competitiveness and sustaining leadership.

This study aims to suggest the improvement plan for clinical practice after examining the reality and the situation of clinical practice of EMT students. Clinical practice is as important as right to a variety of job experience in the convergence society and heating up according to appearance of NCS. Subjects were 115 EMT students. Data were collected for Jun. 16-17(2016), and analyzed by SPSS v. 18.0. Sophomores, who experienced only ER have a negative view about their future job prospect. On the other hand, juniors, who experienced ER and 119 rescue team have not virtually changed the way they view their future job prospect, supposedly due to the halo effect of the 119 rescue team clinical practices. Both groups wish to have opportunities to experience diverse clinical practices. This study suggests that will help students have a positive view about their job prospects by providing clinical practice institutions and solve the problem of difficulty in getting jobs.

This study was conducted to investigate the relationship of happiness, happiness promoting activities and self-reflection. Need of happiness is as important as right of life and freedom in the convergence society and heating up according to appearance of positive psychology. Subjects were 366 nursing students. Data were collected Oct. 2-8(2014), and analyzed using t-test/ANOVA and correlation by SPSS. Self-reflection showed statistically significant differences according to grade, and experience of practice. Happiness and happiness promotion activities showed statistically significant difference according to economic state. Happiness promotion activities were positively correlated with self-reflection and happiness. The factors affecting happiness were happiness promotion, economic state, and self-reflection which accounted for 26.3%. Repeated research which include various variables of happiness and self-reflection is needed, and suggest qualitative research about happiness.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the convergence factors affecting disease management efforts of the middle-aged population who have comorbidities of all three metabolic diseases: type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and dyslipidemia. This study used raw data from the 2015 community health survey(CHS). A multiple hierarchical regression analysis was performed that the included variables explained 20.1% of the variance in weight-loss efforts, 6.8% of exercise efforts and 5.3% diet efforts respectively. This study revealed associations among gender, socioeconomic status, and behavioral habits of smoking and drinking with disease-management efforts. It is important to design a health service or supportive intervention with consideration of multiple factors for patients with multiple metabolic disease.

This paper analyzes the long-run brand Bacchus's TV advertisement narrative, which copes actively with changes in social and cultural circumstances. The paper focuses on the types of narrative and the consequent semantic effects used in the television advertisement of Bacchus. Through this, we aim to investigate the processes of brand strategies and transitions taken by the brand that made it a solid one. In conclusion, the summaries of distinctive meaning and value of long-run brand by examining the narrative of Bacchus in TV ads are as follows. Firstly, the narrative should be reflected in consumer's demands closely associated with changes in social and cultural circumstances. Secondly, a strong brand identity can be built by consistent management of brand image and through the cultivated effects. Lastly, it forms a bond of relationship between socio-cultural context and consumers, and functions as a communication message.

Using data from 2011 Elderly Living Condition Survey database, this study analyzed risk factors for suicide ideation of Korean elderly persons. The analysis sample consists of 10,003 cases. The main purpose of this research was to explore the effects of social quality factor on suicide ideation of Korean elderly persons. Analysis results show that gender, age, area of residence, living alone, subjective standard of living, activities of daily living(ADLs), and geriatric depression are significant predictors of suicide ideation. Key findings are that social quality factor such as experiencing feeling hurt from others' words and actions like avoiding conversations, disregarding one's opinions, pretending to be not heard, getting irritated, grumbling, etc. has the largest effects on suicide ideation. Analysis results imply that without improving social quality, it would not be possible to lower elderly suicide rate.

This study suggests a board fence design with a convergence-style mural. The basic structure contains pictorial factors with mural paintings on the fence. It is also equipped with electricity facilities inside the fence itself, so it has not only the unique function of the fence but also the complexity and expandability in order to be used as a garden lighting and security alarm system. All the components meet the standard so they can be manufactured in a factory. Through this design proposal, this study tries to suggest a fence which encourages personal or social communication one another as well as the basic function of the fence. As a result, the fence realizes a broad convergence function of its usefulness for social functioning such as the crime prevention as well as an esthetic function.
