Most of banks in Korea provide smartphone banking services. To use the banking service, public key certificates with private keys, which are stored in personal computers, should be installed in smartphones. Many banks provides intermediate servers that relay certificates to smartphones over the Internet, because the transferring certificates via USB cable is inconvenient. In this paper, we analyze the certificate transfer protocol between personal computer and smartphone, and consider a possible attack based on the results of the analysis. We were successfully able to extract a public key certificate and password-protected private key from encrypted data packets. In addition, we discuss several solutions to transfer public key certificates from personal computers to smartphones safely.

인터넷 인구의 증가와 인프라의 발전은 새로운 인터넷 서비스들을 요구하게 되었고, 이러한 서비스의 대부분은 멀티캐스팅을 사용하고 데이터는 용량이 많은 멀티미디어 데이터들을 전송하는 서비스들이다. 멀티캐스팅은 데이터를 여러 목적지로 보내기 때문에 데이타의 복사가 필수적이어서 노드의 부하 가 많아지며, 데이터의 용량이 클 경우 노드의 부하는 더욱 커지게 된다. 이러한 이유로 멀티캐스트 라우팅 알고리즘의 연구가 필요하게 되었다. 노드에서 데이터를 복사하는데 노드의 용량 때문에 발생하는 노드연결도제한은 멀티캐스트 라우팅 연구에 고려하여야 할 기본적인 요소이다. 연결도제한을 고려한 멀티캐스트 라우팅 알고리즘이 현실적으로 의미를 갖고 있으나 이에 대한 연구는 제한이 없는 멀티캐스팅 알고리즘을 단순히 수정하여 제공하는 것뿐이었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 노드연결도제한을 고려한 효율적인 알고리즘을 개발하기 위해 유전자 알고리즘 (Genetic Algorithm)과 개미 알고리즘 (Ant Algorithm)을 비교하고자 한다. 이 문제는 NP-hard 에 속하는 문제로 다항시간에 문제를 해결할 수 없음이 밝혀져 있다.

In this research, several ways of creating effective STI(Scientific ＆ Technological Information) databases were suggested. We put emphasis on the selection of input data, while on the other was handled, such factors as standardization for data entry, data entry system, etc.. In order to decide priority of target data, the status of document delivery service was analyzed. The result shows that conference proceedings were given priority to academic journals. In case of journals, ranking in the number of documents requested at KORDIC (Korea R＆D Information Center) and 16 Specialized Information Centers was compared with the ranking in citation frequency and impact factor, appeared at SCI.

Database of journals/books are categorized into bibliographic database and clearinghouse-type databases which tell you locations of original materials. There is such a problem in the latter type of databases that those are not likely to be commercialized, although ultimate purpose which users have is to obtain original materials. We find photocopying service through on-line or full-text databases currently available, but we can't get information which meets our needs only by those databases. This paper describes major database services and how to use them by document type(journal or book). The author also discusses what future information centers utilizing databases should be.

원본 콘텐츠를 분산된 지역 복제서버에 복사하여 사용자의 요청에 대해 가까운 복제서버가 서비스 하도록 하는 CDN 서비스는 빠른 웹 서비스에 크게 기여하였다. 그러나 각 CDN간의 연동이 이루어지지 않아 콘텐츠 제공자 입장에서는 과다 투자가 발생하고 사용자 입장에서는 가입하지 않은 CDN 네트워크의 복제서버가 더 가까이 있다하더라고 원거리의 CDN 로부터 서비스 받아야하는 문제가 발생한다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 CDN 네트워크간에 연동을 할 수 있는 CDI(Content Delivery Internetworking) 프로토콜을 설계하여 제안한다.

In this paper we analyse radiation measurement method for UWB wireless system of the wideband low power frequency characteristics. In the radiation measurement environment we discuss RMS electric field strength, UWB PSD, UWB detect signal level, UWB noise signal collection etc.. also, we discuss power measure method of the CISPR16-1, low level e.i.r.p radiation measurement method. lastly we analyse consideration problem for the signal analyser of the UWB system.

Multimedia streams, like MPEG continuously retrieve multimedia data because of their incessant playback. While these streams need an efficient support of kernel, the current buffer cache mechanism of Linux kernel such as Unix operating system was designed apt for small files, which is aperiodically requested as well as time uncritical. But, in case of continuous media, the CPU must enormously copy memory from kernel address space to user address space. This must lead to a large CPU overhead. This overhead both degrades system throughput and cannot guarantee QOS. In this paper, we have designed and implemented two memory copy reduction schemes in Linux kernel, direct I/O and one copy. The direct I/O skips the buffer cache layer of Linux kernel and results in dramatic reduction of CPU memory copy overhead. And, the one copy provides a fast disk-to-network data path without copying to user address space. The experimental results show considerable reduction of CPU overhead and throughput improvements.

This study examines the status of websites operation among libraries affiliated to the Korean Medical Library Association, compares and analyzes website menu organization and information service contents of 29 medical libraries that currently run websites. The followings are results of this study. 1) the main menu of medical library websites is arranged with 'Search for Library Materials, Electronic Resources, Library Service, My Library, Library Guide, and the Bulletin Board.' 2) 15 services were selected as the main information service provided from the medical library website. 3) the information service that was provided from the most institutions was 'Document Copy/ Interlibrary Loan,' followed by 'Loan Reservation/Renewal, Request Library Purchase Book, Off-campus Access, User Education, Reference Resources, Q&A Board, Our Library Pubmed, and Dissertation Submission' in this order.
