To achieve this, we chose these research questions. To verify these research questions, data were collected by distributing 470 questionnaires to Social Service Agent serving in service organizations located in Seoul. Four hundred twenty-seven surveys were used for statistical analysis. The results of this study are as follows: First, Social Service Agents were shown to generally adjust well to service, as self-differentiation and ego-resilience were slightly higher than the median, while service maladjustment behavior was slightly lower than the median. Second, when the effects of sociodemographic characteristics, self-differentiation and ego-resilience on service maladjustment behavior were studied, all values of sociodemographic characteristics, self-differentiation and ego-resilience affected all lower factors of service maladjustment behavior with significance. For social withdrawal, the effectiveness of interpersonal relations, optimistic attitude, and the degree of family regression had a negative correlation, and emotional divorce, education level, and term of service had a positive correlation. The degree of family regression, anger management, and cognitive function vs. emotional function had a negative correlation with hyperactivity while self unity had a positive one. • Inadequate military soldiers cause military fatigue and rejection such as reduced confidence in the military and combat power. The military developed and applied a self-adopting test as a psychological test system to identify soldiers who are not fit to serve in the military in advance and prevent accidents. In this paper, we propose the ontology design process to be used for identifying accident concerns and implement the behavioral patterns and symptoms of maladjustment soldiers as ontology. The ontology design process is validated consistency and suitability as a result of the performance evaluation of ontology implemented. Through ontology design for identifying maladjustment soldiers, it is expected to play an effective role in preventing accidents by providing objective criteria and sharing of information on accident concerns.

  • This study was a qualitative study performed to understand the nature and structure of the suicide attempt process experienced by maladjustment soldiers. The survey participants targeted 10 soldiers who entered 'Camp Green' due to lack of duty by the 00 Corps of ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ Prefecture. Data were collected by individual in-depth interviews from October 2016 to September 2017 and analyzed using Colaizzi's phenomenological method. The suicide attempt process by maladjusted soldiers was delineated into four categories such as 'A prison without bars', 'Walk on eggshells', 'A pretentious series of life', and 'A life of desperation'; 9 theme clusters; and 25 themes. As a result, maladjusted soldiers had a generally negative experience related to military culture. Soldiers who fail to adapt to military culture will show extreme behavior unless they are able to overcome their depression. Unless specific understanding of the suicide attempt process is attained, the suicide prevention policies of mission-maladjusted soldiers will be ineffective. The results of this study hope to serve as the basis for a suicide prevention and nursing intervention program.
