130mm D.B. 추진기관의 고온 시험에서 나타난 극심한 이상 연소 현상을 해결하기 위해 미세한 고체 입자들을 연소 가스에 분산시켜 불안정 연소를 억제하는 particulate damping 효과를 연구하였다. 고체 입자로서 효과적인 것으로 알려진 $K_2$$SO_4$. ZrC, Graphite를 CTPB, HTPB 고분자 물질에 충진시켜 epoxide, isocyanate 반응기와 가교 반응을 일으킴으로써 고무상의 탄성체 성질을 갖게 하는 $K_2$$SO_4$/CTPB, ZrC/Graphite/HTPB, ZrC/Graphite/AP/HTPB, ZrC/AP/HTPB 조성의 연소 안정제를 개발하였다. 이 연소 안정제는 외경 17mm, 길이 1000mm의 안정봉 형태로 제작하여 모타의 중심 cavity에 조립한 후 지상 연소 시험을 통하여 성능을 확인하였다. 시험 결과, 조성에 AP를 포함시켜 연소 안정제에 일정한 연소 속도를 부여하여 추진제 grain 연소 동안 고체 입자를 연소 가스에 분산되게 설계한 ZrC/Graphite/AP/HTPB, ZrC/AP/HTPB 조성의 연소 안정제가 불안정 연소 억제에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다.

JA2 Propellants, made by non-solvent process, are of great interest for the tank gun propellant. This is due to high energy. The grain geometries of JA2 and modified JA2 propellant were designed for application to 105mm APFSDS projectile. The combustion, thermochemical, and interior ballistic properties of the propellant were tested and calculated. The performances of the propellant were evaluated out using 105mm slug T2 projectiles and 105mm tank gun. The muzzle velocity of the propellants was higher than that of the KM30 for K274 projectile.

A pyrotechnic igniter with a relatively simple configuration was developed to secure the stable and reliable ignition of the gas generator in space launch vehicles. It was designed not only to provide a sufficient heat flux for the propellant ignition but also to ensure a structural safety under the conditions of very high temperatures and pressures. The burning tests of the igniters have been performed to decide several design parameters, and consequently the performance tests have proved that the pyrotechnic igniter developed in this study meets the design requirements.

The temperature coefficient of a gun propellant could be reduced by applying an appropriate surface coating material. The burning rates of those propellants do not very strongly depend on the propellant temperature. It is a good method to increase the muzzle velocity of gun ammunitions by utilizing the permissible maximum pressure in the gun barrel independent of the propellant temperature. During this study, properties of surface coated propellants were confirmed by results in tests of a closed bomb and 40mm Gun firing, and confirmed that production of coating propellant could be possible.

Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) among sleep disorders is one of relatively common diseases. Patients can be checked for the disease through sleep polysomnography. However, as far as he diagnosis of OSA using polysomnography (PSG) is concerned, many practical problems such as an increasing number of patients, expensive testing cost, discomfort during examination, and the limited number of people for testing have been pointed out. Accordingly, for the purpose of substituting PSG researchers have been actively conducting studies on OSA diagnosis based on machine learning using bio signals. In this regard, we review a rich body of existing OSA diagnosis studies applying machine learning techniques based on bio-signal data. As a result, this paper presents a novel taxonomy of the reviewed studies and provides their comprehensive comparative analysis results. Also, we reveal various limitations of the studies using the bio signals and suggest several improvements about utilization of the used machine learning methods. Finally, this paper presents future research topics related to the application of machine learning techniques using bio signals.
