We report a rare case of non-traumatic spontaneous intramuscular mass of blood stasis, especially gastrocnemius muscle, associated with alcoholic liver cirrhosis. A 53-year-old man with alcoholic liver cirrhosis was admitted to our hospital for ICH. It was improved by Korean Medicine treatments, however, he was complaint of severe pain in left calf. Ultrasound revealed intramuscular hypoechoic mass at the left gastrocnemius muscle and we diagnose it as mass of blood stasis, which is similarly called 'hematoma' in Western medicine. Herbal extracts, acupuncture and indirect moxibustion reduced it, but the effects could not be compared as there were no reports of these kinds. It seems important to consider intramuscular mass of blood stasis as a complication of alcoholic liver cirrhosis and Ultrasound seems to be very useful in diagnosis and observation of intramuscular mass of blood stasis.

본 논문은 문서의 내용을 요약하기 위한 시스템의 구현에 대해서 다룬다. 문서의 내용을 분석하기 위해서는 문서의 키워드를 추출하고, 추출된 키워드를 사용하여 문서의 핵심 내용을 찾는 두 가지의 작업이 이루어져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 키워드를 추출하기 위해 형태소 분석 및 전처리기, 그리고 단어의 공기 관계 그래프를 이용한 키워드 추출기를 이용하였으며, 추출된 키워드를 이용하여 문서의 핵심 문장을 찾아내는 핵심 문장 추출기, 그리고 추출된 문장을 분석하여 내용을 요약할 수 있도록 해주는 구문분석기가 이용된다.

본 논문에서는 동영상 미디어와 VRML, 그리고 컨텐츠를 웹 환경에서 Script를 이용하여 동적으로 상호 웹 프리젠테이션 시스템을 구현 할 수 있는 방법에 대해 연구한다. 동영상 데이터와 VRML, 그리고 컨텐츠의 정보를 자동화된 툴을 이용하여 동기화 정보와, 이벤트 정보를 XML 데이터로 정의한다. 그리고 XML 데이터를 기반으로 JavaScript와 VBScript를 이용하여 인터넷 환경에서 동적으로 동작하는 웹 프리젠테이션 시스템을 구현한다. 본 논문의 구현 결과를 바탕으로 다양한 컨텐츠의 정보를 XML로 정의하는 구현방법을 제시하고, 각각의 컨텐츠 간의 상호 유기적인 결합 및 동기화를 통해 웹 프리젠테이션의 효과를 높일 수 있는 방법을 제시한다.

Medial gastrocnemius flap has been known as a useful option for soft tissue reconstruction of the knee and upper 1/3 of lower extremity, but it has a limitation to cover the lateral defect of the knee joint. We performed the combined gastrocnemius-medial sural artery perforator flap for coverage of the anterolateral defects of the knee joint, which is compound flap using a medial gastrocnemius flap and a medial sural artery perforator flap. This flap is a useful method for reconstruction of anterolateral knee defects, providing a easy dissection without the microsurgery and intramuscular dissection of the perforators.

Prostaglandins are generated through two isoforms of the enzyme cyclooxygenase, constitutively expressed cyclooxygenase(COX)-1 and COX-2, which is induced at sites of inflammation. Inhibition of COX-2 is desirable as this may avoid side effects seen with NSAIDs. We examined the effects of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation and cold therapy on the levels of muscle cycloooxygenase-2 mRNA in rats of carrageenan-induced inflammatory. The method of behavioral assessment were paw withdrawal latency(PWL) and tail flick test(TFT). The COX-2 mRNA levels were quantified by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Following the transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation and cold therapy, PWL and TFT were increased and COX-2 mRNA expression in gastrocnemius muscles were decreased. These results suggest that a transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation and cold therapy were good therapy for a muscle pain.

S라인과 초콜릿 복근, 그리고 청소년 성인병 등 체중관리에 대한 중요성이 이슈가 되고 있다. 이러한 기류에 따라 전문 헬스트레이너가 아닌 가정에서 운동을 하는 일반 사용자들이 늘어나면서, 체중관련 프로그램이 많이 개발되고 있다. 하지만 전문지식이 부족함에 따라 운동의 효율이 적게 나타나는 것이 현실이다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 자동스케줄이 생성되는 체중관리 시스템을 제안한다.

본 연구는 교각운동시 불안정한 지지면과 안정적인 지지면을 제공하여 체간 및 하지의 근 활성도의 변화를 알아보고자 하였다. 이 연구의 대상자는 20대 남, 여 14명이었다. 실험방법은 일반적 교각자세와 다이나믹 에어쿠션을 이용한 교각자세를 실시한 후에 무선 8채널 표면근전도 검사기를 이용하여 체간부의 척추기립근, 복직근, 대퇴의 대퇴직근, 외측 슬괵근, 하퇴부의 전경골근, 비복근 외측두에서 근활성 정도를 측정하였다. 체간부의 척추 기립근, 대퇴이두근, 가자미근은 불안정한 지지면에서 근활성도가 높게 나타났다(p<.05). 따라서, 교각운동에서 불안정한 지지면의 제공은 신체의 배측에 위치한 근육의 활성화를 나타내어, 교각운동시 지지면의 안정성의 변화만으로도근육활성도의 변화가 가능함을 알 수 있었다.

In addition, this study will design a standardized structure of information collected when using OPC protocol and, for this, use not only OPC-DA but also OPC-XMLDA to integrate data.

욕창의 발생부위에 따른 수술방법 중 천골부 욕창의 치료에는 천골절골이 필요한 깊은 경우에는 대둔근피판술이, 갚지는 앓으나 광범위한 욕창일 경우에는 하둔대퇴피판술이 가장 성적이 좋았다. 대전자부 욕창의 치료에는 대퇴근막장근근피판술이 가장 성적이 좋았으며, 슬관절부 욕창의 치료에는 비복근판술 후 피부이식방법이 좋은 결과를 초래하였으며, 종골부 창상치료에는 발꿈치의 외후면 재건시는 lateral calcaneal flap이 좋으며, 종골절골이 필요치 않은 heel pad 재건시는 족저부 근막피판술이, 종골절골이 필요한 heel pad 재건에는 족지단골근근판술이 가장 좋은 성적을 가져 왔기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

사용자의 의도에 맞는 정보를 검색하기 위해서는 인터넷 환경에서 웹 문서 자원 사이의 의미 정보를 온톨로지로 표현하고, 이 온톨로지를 컴퓨터가 이해할 수 있게 하는 시맨틱 웹의 도입이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 OWL 온톨로지 기반의 추론을 통한 논문 정보 검색시스템에 대하여 논한다. 시맨틱 웹의 새로운 온톨로지 언어로 부상한 OWL 기반의 논문 온톨로지를 구축하고, 논문 속성들 간의 다양한 상관관계를 서술논리 쿼리로 작성한다. 검색시스템은 이 쿼리를 기반으로 논문 온톨로지에 대하여 추론함으로써 지능적인 정보 검색이 가능하도록 하였다.
