본 논문에서는 변전소의 변전설비에 대한 고장진단을 위한 전문가 시스템을 개발하였다. 제안된 전문가 시스템에서는 변전소의 구조적 특성을 효과적으로 이용하기 위하여 두 종류의 새로운 자료 구조를 제안하였다. 먼저 설비 연결자료로, 이는 변전소의 수전단에서 배전단으로 이어지는 계층적 구조를 이용하여 소내 설비들의 전기적 연결상태 인식을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있도록 한다. 다음으로, 각 보호 계전기의 보호 영역 자료를 제안하였는데, 이것은 전문가 시스템 가동시에 자동으로 구성되면, 보호계전기의 주보호 설비 뿐만 아니라 후비보호와 2차 후비보호 등의 설비들을 탐색하여 자료구조에 포함함으로써 추론의 효율을 높였다. 본 전문가 시스템에서는 2단계 추론을 수행하는데, 1단계에서는 설비 연결자료와 보호 영역 자료를 이용하여 고장 후보들을 선정하고 2단계에서는 보호기기 동작간의 인과관계를 이용하여 고장 위치를 파악하고 동작한 보호기기들에 대한 설명을 하도록 하였다. 제안한 전문가 시스템은 실제 154[kV]급 변전소 모형에 적용하여 도출된 결과의 타당성과 수행시간의 실효성을 보였다.

방통위가 지난 3월초 우리나라 민간영역의 개인정보보호 수준을 측정한 개인정보보호지수를 발표했다. 개인정보보호지수는 민간부문 의 개인정보보호 수준측정과 정부의 정책성과 평가 및 정책방향 수립 등을 위해 지난 2007년부터 실시한 것으로, 2008년 하반기에 실시한 정보보호 실태조사 결과를 반영해 최초로 공개한 자료다. 이번 자료에 따르면, 2008년 민간영역의 개인정보보호지수는 64.3점으로 2007년 결과인 52.2점에 비해 크게 개선된 것으로 나타났다. 기업 영역 세부지표와 개인영역 세부지표로 구성된 이번 조사결과를 통계를 중심으로 살펴보자.

최근 정보화 수준이 고도화 되고 대외 기술 교류가 활발해짐에 따라 기업 정보 유출에 의한 피해 사례가 급증하고 있고, 자료 유출 사례 중 전 현직 종사원인 내부자에 의해 발생되는 건이 80%이상을 차지하고 있어 내부정보 유출 방지체계에 대한 구축이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 내부 정보 유출 방지체계는 침입탐지시스템이나 방화벽 같은 외부 공격자에 대한 방어 대책으로는 한계가 있어 새로운 정보보호 체계가 필요하다. 본 논문은 내부정보 유통 구조에 내재되어 있는 내부정보 유출 취약점을 분석하고 이에 대한 대책으로서 정보보호 모델을 제안하며, 제안된 정보보호 모델을 구현하는 한 방법으로서 DRM 기술을 적용한 정보보호 기술구조를 제안하고 구현 시 고려사항을 기술한다. 제안된 기술구조는 조직에서 운용하고 있는 정보체계와 정보기기들을 관리영역으로 식별하는 방법을 제공하며 관리영역에서 비 관리영역으로의 자료 유통을 근본적으로 통제하는 장점을 갖고 있다.

This study is a narrative research study to understand the degree of awareness and practice of nursing college students' patients' health information protection and to grasp the relationship between them.. The subjects of this study were 122 nursing college students who experienced clinical practice in two nursing colleges in GwangJu city. Data collection was done from October 13 to 28, 2017. Using SPSS/WIN 21.0 Program, descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation analysis were performed. As a result of the study, the degree of awareness and practicability of patient' health information protection were 4.44(SD=0.44) and 4.28(SD=0.62), respectively. There was a difference in the awareness of health information protection when they were educated about patients' health information protection at school (t=5.094, p<.001) and hospital (t=2.028, p=.045) in the case of having experience in patients' health information protection in hospitals(t=2.551, p=.012). There was a significant positive(+)correlation between patient's health information protection perception and practicing degree, and the degree of health information protection practitioner's communication domain (r=.420, p<.001). There was a significant positive correlation with the domain (r=.368, p<.001) and the referral domain (r=.304, p=.001). Based on these results, we sought to protect the personal information of patients and to provide necessary basic data to develop for standardized education program.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the awareness of health care workers on the protection of patient health information and their practice of it in an attempt to provide some information on the policy setting of health care institutions about medical information protection. As a result, the awareness of the health care workers on the protection of patient health information and their practice of it were both the best in the communication area, followed by the patient health information management area and the area of direct contact with health information. As for the variables linked to their awareness and practice of patient health information protection, the type of the health care institutions, job satisfaction, religion and the departments in which they worked were significantly related. To determine what factors affected the patient health information management area, a multiple regression analysis was carried out by selecting the area of direct contact with patient health information and the communication area as independent variables and by selecting the patient health information management area as a dependent variable. And it's found that the patient health information management area became better when the area of direct contact with the information and the communication area were better.

최근 정보 보안 및 전자 상거래 관련된 영역에서 cdrtificate(인증), certificate authirity(인증기관) 및 Public key Infrastructure(공개키 기반 구조) 등에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 이러한 기술은 보안의 기본 요소인 인증 (authentication), 기밀성(confidentiality), 무결성(Integrity)및 부인봉쇄(non-repudiation)등의 기능을 커다란 규모의 시스템에 적용할 수 있는 거의 유일한 solution이 될 것이 확실하다. 이 자료에서는 CA(Certificate Authority)관련 기술 자체에 대한 자세한 설명보다는 개념적인 차원에서의 소개와 적용 영역 및 적용 model에 대해 소개하였다.

As the uploading and downloading of data through the Internet is becoming more common, data including personal information are easily exposed to unauthorized users. In this study, we detect a target area in images that contain personal information, except for the background, and we protect the detected target area by using a blocking method suitable for the surrounding situation. In this method, only the target area from color image input containing personal information is segmented based on skin color. Subsequently, blurring of the corresponding area is performed in multiple stages based on the surrounding situation to effectively block the detected area, thereby protecting the personal information from being exposed. Experimental results show that the proposed method blocks the object region containing personal information 2.3% more accurately than an existing method. The proposed method is expected to be utilized in fields related to image processing, such as video security, target surveillance, and object covering.

Objectives: This study aimed to determine the effects on musculoskeletal symptoms of both social demographic features and detailed characteristics of each task category of care workers who offer visiting home-help services. And to establish the measures that can reduce musculoskeletal symptoms among care workers. Methods: This study was conducted among 192 care workers from welfare centers C and K located in city P. After participants completed the task burden checklist regarding the scale of musculoskeletal symptoms and the details of their duties, the data collected were analyzed using the SPSS 21.0 program. Results: According to the degree of observable musculoskeletal symptoms in care workers, the highest figures were observed for back and shoulder pain. Based on the results of assessing the effect of detailed task category characteristics on musculoskeletal symptoms, "helping patients eat, helping patients move, helping patients bath, and changing body positions" were found to have an effect from the physical care category, "providing physical therapy assistance, treating bedsores" from the health care category, and "cleaning and doing laundry" from the facility management category. Conclusions: Due to the high proportion of patients requiring burdensome physical labor from care workers such as moving patients who have trouble doing so on their own, helping them change positions, and so on, it is highly likely that pain will occur in the low back, which carries most of the physical weight. So, education on human epidemiological positions that can reduce overload on areas prone to pain such as the low back and shoulders is essential. Proper equipment and personnel support must be provided for dangerous tasks. Further, multidimensional social support is required consistently.

IoBT시장은 2023년까지 317억 달러로 성장할 것으로 예측되며, 센서 및 웨어러블 디바이스와 같은 IoBT 장비의 수가 급격히 늘어나고 있다. IoBT 장비들로부터 수집된 생체 정보와 같은 민감한 데이터를 효율적이고 안전하게 처리하기 위해 많은 노력이 필요하다. 하지만 초경량화, 저전력화된 IoBT 장비들은 보안적인 측면에서 취약한 상황이다. 본 논문은 Fog computing을 적용하여 전장과 지휘관 사이에서 결심 및 통제에 필요한 시각화 자료를 신속하게 제공하고 IoBT 장비의 보안 사항과 공격에 따른 완화 기법을 수행할 수 있는 새로운 네트워크 아키텍처를 제공하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to seek the characteristics of Jaryokwan m Korea and suggest the direction of the development for the future, through the analysis of the work process for Record Center(Jaryokwan) regulated in the Law of Records and Archives Management(the Law). According tn the Law, Jaryokwan is supposed to cover the areas of the management of semi-current records, government publications, books, and other records. The analysis of the Law shows that Korean Jaryokwan has the characteristics of divisional management of the semi-current records of governments, pursuing the integrated records and archives management systems, tightening the control function from the current-records stage, emphasizing the protection of evidences and security, contribution to the decentralizing storage of archives and simplifying the access to semi-current records for promoting it's usage. For the future development of Jaryokwan in Korea, this study suggests the imminent needs of the development of ideal model for Korean Jaryokwan, the legal enforcement of posting an Archivist the more detailed regulation, procedures and methods of work, the close collaboration with Library and Information Science, the pursuit of developing as a regional information center, increasing the flexibility of establishing Jaryokwan.
