개인정보 유출 등의 사례가 사회적 이슈로 대두됨에 따라 개인정보 보호에 대한 중요성이 더욱 부각될 것임을 보여주고 있다. 특히, 컨택센터의 경우는 고객정보에 접근할 수 있는 인가자의 수가 다른 기업들에 비해 월등히 많기 때문에 컨택센터의 특성을 고려한 개인정보 보호기술이 적용되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 IP Contact Center의 특징과 개인정보 보호 방안의 취약점에 대해 알아보고 기존의 시스템 내 개인정보보호기술 적용방안을 제안한다.

협회 정보화 기획팀은 지난 4월 2일 개인정보관리책임자 협의회 운영위원사 25개서 초청하여 개인정보보호에 대한 우수 사례 발표와 아울러 각종 방안에 대한 토론의 시간을 가졌다. 이날 간담회는 옥션의 탁수신 위원장을 좌장으로 하여, (주)넥슨 오제민 부장의 '개인정보보호 우수사례'발표에 이은 다양한 사례별 진단 및 대처 방안에 대한 토론으로 이어졌다. 갈수록 그 비중이 커져가는 '개인정보 보호' 그 최전선에 서 있는 CPO들의 진솔한 이야기들을 들어 보자.

본고에서는 소셜 네트워크 서비스(SNS - Social Network Service)에서 발생할 수 있는 프라이버시 문제 및 보호방안 연구 현황을 알아본다. 현재 널리 사용되고 있는 SNS는 개인 신상정보 및 개인 간의 관계 정보를 기반으로 서비스를 제공하기 때문에 이러한 정보 관리 미흡으로 인한 프라이버시 노출이 사회적 문제로 부각되고 있다. 이러한 문제 해결을 위해 문제가 발생하는 원인을 파악하고 알려진 해결 기법을 소개하며, 향후 연구 방향도 함께 알아본다.

There is a limitation on counteracting recent cyber-attacks with only technical security measures because they become more intelligent and large-scale to aim at employees instead of systems directly or to be conducted with unspecified multiple PCs. Thus, comprehensive measures revolved around related manpower are necessary to deal with them. However, domestic information security education system which is the base of professional manpower training lacks medium-and long-term plans for information security education, verification of education programs, and information sharing among educational institutions. This paper suggests information security education development plans for resolving problems on domestic education systems and improving cyber information security environment such as a national information security education master plan, certification system introduction of education programs, and professional manpower database management.

In this paper, we research on the personal information protection system in smart-phone based on mobile environment. This paper proposes the enhanced personal location privacy mechanism in location-based service environment of a smart phone operating system(iOS, Android) for the relevant regulations on location-based protection and utilization. Also, the result verified that possibility on a self-control mechanism of the personal information protection system's subject in the window platform throughout the experiment. Therefore, this study have drew a method that user positively can cope with a protection of personal location information by having a user's self-control method in the system under development or done by illegal location-based service providers and illegal application developer.

The purposes of this study is development of information security evaluation model for governments to analyze domestic and foreign existing models. Recent domestic information security certification systems have several problems, because shortage of organic connectivity each other. Therefore we analysis on domestic and foreign existing models, specify security requirements, evaluation basis and other facts of models, optimize these facts for governments, and develop new model for domestic governments.

최근 IT산업의 급격한 부상으로 전력산업에서도 운영시스템이나 설비들이 통합되거나 소형화 및 다양한 가능을 보유하는 둥 많은 변화가 진행되고 있다. 전국의 많은 154kV 배전변전소에는 기존의 유도원판형 보호계전기가 점차 철거되고 기계적인 동작시간차를 고려하지 않아도 되는 디지털보호계전기로 교체되어 있는 중이다. 따라서 배전선로 보호협조 운영기준은 유도원판형 보호계전기만을 고려하여 제정되어 있기 때문에 합리적인 배전계통운영을 위하여 보호협조 운영기준은 현실에 알맞도록 개선되어야 할 것이다. 이 논문에서는 배전 변전소에서 사용중인 디지털보호계전기를 소개하고, 도입에 따른 배전선로 보호협조 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

기업의 정보자산에 대한 위협이 날로 증대하고 있다. 따라서 기업의 중요한 정보를 보호 및 관리하는 정보보호관리체계 (Information Security Management System; ISMS)에 대한 필요성과 중요성이 더욱 증가하고 있다. 정보보호관리체계란 조직의 주요 정보자산을 보호하기 위해 정보보호관리 절차와 과정을 체계적으로 수립하여 지속적으로 관리 운영하기 위한 종합적인 체계를 의미한다. 본 논문에서는 국내 기업의 정보보호관리체계에 대한 문제점 및 필요성 등을 분석하여 기업 내부 시스템의 보안성 향상을 위한 효율적인 정보보호관리체계 수립방안을 제안한다.

The purpose of this study is first to analyze domestic laws and systems related to independent living of child discharged from out-of-home care, second to conduct and analyze a survey on current status of child discharged from out-of-home care, and third to present plans for improvement of laws and systems to promote independent living of child discharged from out-of-home care. In this study, first, laws and systems related to independent living of child discharged from out-of-home care in Korea were analyzed. Second, a survey was conducted on the status of child discharged from out-of-home care, and the results were analyzed. With cooperation of Korea Child Welfare Association, Korea Child and Youth Group Home Council, and the Central Foster Support Center, a survey was conducted on 251 children discharged from out-of-home care, and the results were analyzed. Third, plans for improvement of laws and systems to promote independent living of child discharged from out-of-home care were presented.

In this paper, we analyze the Contact Center's specific-security characteristics, including the threat model and weakness and study effective security measures focussing on protecting customer's personal information. Also, we establish the information security management system to reduce the possibility of information leakage from the internal employee in advance. As a result, we propose the "Security management model for protecting personal information for customer Contact Center" that complies with current ISO/IEC JTC 1 ISMS 27000 series standards.
