This paper is case study on design, manufacture and application of customized assistive device for the ADL of person with brain lesions. The study had carried out from October 2010 to November 2010 and 2 clients from Assistive device case management demonstration project which is performed by Daegu assistive and rehabilitation center had participated. Case A, a 47-year-old man with brain lesions, stays only on the floor and could not get close to the usual toilet by himself because of the poor low extremities muscle strength and function. The moveable-toilet and customized ramp had applied to Case A. He clambers up the ramp and reach to the toilet easily. Case B, a 8-year-old boy with brain lesions, had difficulties with self-feeding because of his clumsy hand. Several existing feeding aids were applied but not appropriated. A customized feeding aid was designed and manufactured out of regard of Case A's ROM and right hand size. And his occupational therapist works together continuously to make him feed himself in the near future. Already-made assistive devices were not appropriate to Case A and B and to solve this problem, customized assistive devices were applied. The importance and needs of design and manufacture of assistive device were recognized through these case study.

This research aims to analyze the importance-performance among multiplex cinema selection attributes. Therefore, we collected data for visitors who visited the multiplex cinema and want to watch movies. Of the various multiplex cinema selection attributes, four factors were deduced that includes: major services, human services, physical environment, auxiliary services using exploratory factor analysis. In the quadrant I, the area of 'Concentrate Here' was 'diversity of screening time', 'diversity of movie genre', 'convenience of mobile app use', 'size and convenience of parking facility'. In the quadrant II, 'Keep up the Good Work' area was 'convenience of website booking', 'discounts through card partnerships', 'employee friendliness', 'accurate employee information delivery', 'comfortable seating', 'screen size', 'cinematic sound quality', and 'convenience of traffic' etc. The quadrant III, 'Low Priority' appeared to be 'membership system', 'tidiness of staff attire', 'resting space for waiting time', 'accessibility to the neighboring area', 'diversity of the snack corner', and 'overall cleanliness' etc. The quadrant IV, 'Possible Overkill' was 'appropriateness of the auditorium temperature' and 'service proficiency'.

With the advancement of information technology and increasing diversity in medical field, there are ongoing researches on ontology based intelligent medical system in Oriental medicine field. Intelligent diagnostic support system uses ontology to give a structure to complex medical knowledge and personal medical history so that we can make diagnosis more scientific, and provide better medical services. In this paper, we suggest an ontology that structuralize three knowledge types basic medical data, clinical trial data, and personal health information, which can be used as important information for individually tailored diagnosis. Especially in Oriental medicine diagnosis, both patient's symptoms of illness and physical constitution play a great role; it can lead to distinct diagnosis depending on their combination. Thus, it is much needed to have a diagnostic support system that uses personal health history and physical constitution along with basic medical data and clinical trial data in the field. In this paper, we implemented an Oriental medicine diagnostic support system that provides individualized diagnosis service to each patient by building an ontology on Oriental medicine focused on individual physical constitution and disease information.

In this paper, we propose a barrier-free course route navigation service named "Theme Road" aimed at improving the mobility and convenience for elderly electric wheelchair users with walking disabilities. To achieve this goal, we conducted a user survey through shadowing and in-depth interviews to gather insights on the challenges experienced by elderly electric wheelchair users. We identified potential solutions for each inconvenience through co-creation workshops, resulting in a set of design considerations and app functionalities. Using persona development and service scenarios, we designed and implemented the "Theme Road" service as a dedicated navigation application for barrier-free course navigation. Unlike conventional route navigation and mapping services, our study stands out by offering a unique approach that combines recommended destinations and safe routes based on experiential analysis from elderly electric wheelchair users.

No.7 신호방식은 종합정보통신망에서 음성 및 비음성의 회선교환 서비스를 제공하기 위한 국간 신호방식 기능을 수행할 뿐만 아니라, 망을 지능화하고 여러가지 보조서비스들을 제공하며 망을 보다 효율적으로 운용 관리하기 위하여 통신망내의 프로세서들 간에 사용되는 범용적 데이터 통신 프로토콜로서, 디지틀 가입자-망 액세스와 함께 종합정보통신망을 실현하기 위해 필수적으로 요구되는 새로운 신호방식이다. 본 고는 최근의 CCITT 연구결과를 바탕으로 종합 정보통신망과 비관련된 전화사용자부(Telephone User Part)와 데이터 사용자부(Data User Part) 를 제외한 전반적 No. 7 신호방식에 대하여 기술한다. 더불어 이러한 No. 7 신호방식이 운용되는 공통선 신호망에 대하여 간략히 설명한다.

1996년의 미국 통신법 개정에 따라 FCC에서는 보편적 서비스에 대한 보조비용 산정방법을 개편하려는 노력이 연방합동위원회를 중심으로 추진되고 있다. 이에 따라 기본적인 통신서비스 비용 산정의 필요성이 제기되고 각 통신회사들을 중심으로 비용산정 모델을 개발하고 있다. 대표적인 모델로는 BCPM과 Hatfield 모델 등이 있는데, 본 고에서는 BCPM에서 사용한 기본적인 비용산정 방식에 대한 소개와 아울러 비용 모델들의 장단점을 분석한다.

정보통신 역무제공 승인제는 그동안 승인방법을 둘러싸고 활발한 토론이 전개돼왔다. 허가제로 할것이냐, 아니면 등록제, 신고제로 할것이냐에 대한 의견이 분분했는데 올해는 이에대한 구체적 실행방안이 나올 전망이다. 한편 한국데이타통신은 지난해 12월 3차회선사용 완화 조치에 보조를 맞추고자 특정통신회선서비스 이용약관을 변경했다. 따라서 이번호에서는 현행의 정보통신역무제공 승인업무, 공동사용 특례승인업무 및 변경된 특정통신 회선서비스 이용약관을 게재한다.

최근 멀티미디어 서비스는 동영상 압축 기술 및 네트워크의 발달을 기반으로 하여 다양한 응용 서비스를 제공하고 있으며, 이 중 화상 회의 시스템은 이 두 가지 기술이 효과적으로 사용된 대표적인 예이다. 원격 사용자간의 원활한 의사전달을 위해 고려된 화상회의 시스템은 효과적인 응용 서비스로 분류되고 있지만, 이러한 서비스 제공을 위한 기술을 이용하여 빈도가 훨씬 많은 일반적인 회의를 지원하는 응용서비스는 드문 편이다. 본 논문에서는 얼굴 정보와 화자 정보를 기반으로 오프라인 회의를 보조하는 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 소규모의 마이크와 캠을 이용하여 화자의 위치를 파악하고 캠에서 얻어진 정보를 이용하여 얼굴 영역 정보를 분석하고 인식한 후 화자 정보를 추출하여 발언자들을 추적 하여 기록하는 기능을 제공한다.

본 논문은 병원과 지역사회에서 제공하는 재활 서비스를 연계하여 재활 단계별 개인 맞춤 재활서비스를 제공하기 위한 재활운동 빅데이터 플랫폼과 재활 서비스를 지원하는 재활 운동 기기간의 데이터 수집을 위한 인터페이스의 설계에 관한 것이다. 재활 운동 빅데이터 플랫폼은 병원과 지역사회에서 생성되는 재활 관련 데이터를 수집하고 이를 가공, 유통하기 위한 데이터 서비스와 수집된 데이터를 예측, 분석하여 개인 맞춤형의 단계별 재활을 지원하기 위한 다양한 서비스를 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 재활 운동을 보조하는 재활 운동 기기에서 생성되는 다양한 유형의 데이터를 재활 운동 빅데이터 플랫폼으로 전송하고, 수집된 데이터를 플랫폼 내외부에서 활용 가능하도록 제공할 수 있는 인터페이스에 대하여 설명한다.

항로표지는 등광, 형상, 색채, 음향, 전파 등을 수단으로 선박의 위치, 방향 및 장애물의 위치 등을 알려주는 항해보조시설로 해상교통 환경의 중요한 인프라이다. 해상교통환경은 4차산업혁명에 따라 자율운항선박, 스마트항만 등의 기술개발과 더불어 급격하게 변화 중이다. 그러므로 해상교통환경 변화에 능동적으로 대응하고 해상안전을 확보하기 위해서는 기존의 항로표지 고도화 및 정보협력서비스 제공이 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 미래 해상교통 관리를 위한 항로표지의 새로운 서비스 실효성을 확보하기 위해 사용자 대상 요구사항을 평가하는 것이다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 선박운항자 등 사용자 관점에서 미래 항로표지 서비스의 요구사항을 파악할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
