In 2017, the United Nations reported that the population aged 60 and above was increasing more rapidly than all younger age groups worldwide, projecting that by 2050, the population aged 60 and above would constitute at least 25% of the global population, excluding Africa. The world is experiencing a decline in the rate of increase in the working-age population due to global aging, and the younger generation tends to avoid difficult and challenging occupations. Although theoretically, AI equipped with artificial intelligence can replace humans in all fields, in the realm of practical information security, human judgment and expertise are absolutely essential, especially in ethical considerations. Therefore, this paper proposes a method to retrain and reintegrate IT professionals aged 50 and above who are retiring or seeking career transitions, aiming to bring them back into the industry. For this research, surveys were conducted with 21 government/public agencies representing demand and 9 security monitoring companies representing supply. Survey results indicated that both demand (90%) and supply (78%) unanimously agreed on the absolute necessity of such measures. If the results of this research are applied in the field, it could lead to the strategic development of senior information security professionals, laying the foundation for a new market in the Korean information security industry amid the era of low birth rates and longevity.

Metaverse is attracting attention as the development of virtual environment technology and the emergence of untact culture due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In this study, by analyzing users' reviews on the "Zepeto" application, which has recently attracted attention as a metaverse service, we tried to confirm changes in the requirements for the metaverse after the COVID-19 pandemic. To this end, 109,662 reviews of "Zepeto" applications written on the Google Play Store from September 2018 to March 2023 were collected, topics were extracted using LDA topic modeling technique, and topics were analyzed using the Causal Impact technique to examine how topics changed before and after based on "March 11, 2020" when the COVID-19 pandemic was declared. As a result of the analysis, five topics were extracted: application functional problems (topic1), security problems (topic 2), complaints about cryptocurrency (Zem) in the application (topic 3), application performance (topic 4), and personal information-related problems (topic 5). Among them, it was confirmed that security problems (topic 2) were most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Recently, many ICT companies are trying to expand the ecosystem of VR (Virtual Reality) and AR (Augmented Reality). They are developing a variety of industries such as entertainment, education, e-commerce and so on. There is also contains the power, energy field. And application related with VR/AR will increase in power industry. Thus, Platform is necessary because there are problems such as re-use, interface with legacy system and security. We can expect the convenience and efficiency by developing VR/AR power platform. In this paper, we will discuss the trends of VR/AR technologies, possibilities of VR/AR in energy field, essential elements of VR/AR power platform. In the future, we expect to lead standards of VR/AR in energy and to develop a killer application such as Pokemon GO.

Therefore the transactions at the Internet e-commerce under hold specific gravity and rule in the future with the propection increase the interest concern about the security skill. A study on this paper presentation through the planning method about the analysis on the objective which e-commerce follow the inflection of efficiency strategy and induction the plan on the penetration's revitalization about Internet e-commerce.

ARMA International has been leading education and publication in records and information management industry worldwide. This study aimed to trace issues and trends in international records and information management field through analysing the articles brought up in Information Management, which is ARMA International's official magazine. Further analysis was also conducted on noticeable subjects from the magazine in order to realize where we currently are. Scanning the contents of Information Management would definitely provide with implications and suggestions to Korean private companies as well as records management communities.

The development and operation of the MASS (Maritime Autonomous Surface Ship) is being actively discussed for more efficient and safer maritime transportation solutions. The autonomous navigation technology has positive aspects such as the prevention of marine accidents, improvement of fuel efficiency of ships and cost reduction, and negative aspects such as job loss, task change, and security problems. It is expected that there will be new human element issues such as the situation awareness of remote operators, because the shore-based control will be conducted when fully autonomous ships are in operation. In this paper, we consider major human element issues that should be factored in the development and operation of MASS, and suggest a method of HRA (Human Reliability Analysis) for P IFs (Performance Influencing Factors) of the remote operators that are expected according to the shore-based control.

The study investigated the perception and experience of infection control targeting dental users. During July-August 2020, 198 adults over the age of 20 were surveyed on general characteristics, infection control awareness and experience, and improvement. Analysis was performed using PASW Statistics ver 18.0. The research results, 91% of dental users recognized that infection control was important. In the recognition of infection control were highly investigated oral treatment equipment sterilization, hand hygiene and glove replacement before and after treatment by dental staff. And dental users was relatively low the replacement of disposable gowns and safety glasses for each patient by medical staff. The dental staff are doing well in personal protection and instrument sterilization. Surface disinfection and water quality management needed improvement. It was meaningful to suggest improvement in infection control based on the perception and experience from the perspective of dental users. It is expected to be used as basic data necessary for high-quality medical services through infection control in dental medical institutions.

In this paper, we propose to develop a diagnosis tool for measuring digital competence for university student. To this end, 223 students participated for the survey research. Based on the survey by 6 domain and 40 questions, 6 factors and 18 questions for digital competence measurement were drawn throughout the factors analysis. The results of the confirmatory factor analysis showed the fact that 6 factors and 18 questions that satisfied the model-fit indexes statistically were finally confirmed. And the developed tool demonstrated good results in reliability and validity verification, which were suitable for measuring digital competence for university students. The developed measurement tool of digital competence for university students consisted of 6 sub-components such digital device operation, communication and collaboration, information searching, processing, and management, problem solving and learning, security, digital ethics. The digital competence measuring tool developed in this study is expected to be used to identify the current level of competences for university student, and to enhance their own digital competences through educational supports.

In order to facilitate the private maritime security system with high quality guard services, the status of private security companies and the security instructor system which has been operated in land side, are analyzed. Through screening the spectrums of private maritime security and analyzing the status of maritime security guard, the characteristics and expertise of maritime guard service, and it's system need are elicited. we propose the system of marine civil guard officer who will play a major role in private maritime security domain, and design the job requirements, the subjects of qualification test and the education program to enhance his professionalism and practicality. Moreover, the enactment of a provision on marine guard company in Marine guard law will be the platform to develop a private maritime security industry and to strengthen international competitiveness through supervising and piloting private guard service at sea by Korea coast guard.

The purpose of this study is to identify current states and trends of convergence researches by conducting a bibliometric analysis of the papers in the Convergence Society for SMB. After 792 papers from 2012 to 2019 were collected, we analyzed network analysis by using centrality through extracting of nouns and compound nouns with text mining and 3 times of pre-processing and purification processing. According to the results, first, quantitative and qualitative aspects of the researches since 2016 improved, studies focused on words such as influence, convergence, mediating effect, satisfaction, and effect. Second, in the first half (2012-2015), engineering and technical studies were intensively conducted based on topics such as information, system, and security. Third, in the period of the second half (2016-2019), the research scope was expanded to college students, parents, teenagers under the topics of job, self-efficacy, education, satisfaction, depression, and stress. The results of this study are meaningful in identifying existing research trends and in providing information which requires the expansion of new research areas.
