Since China reformed and opened up itself, processing trade system has enormously contributed to chinese economic development and also become driving force of chinese economic growth. However, due to imbalance of industrial distribution, overproduction of labor-intensive product has expanded, and as a result, mass export of low-value-added products has aggravated trade friction. Also, these low-value-added products has caused environmental pollution and brought resource waste. On this, Chinese government start to modify system according to strategy for enhancement of processing trade. In this study, as a countermeasure of the Change of Chinese processing trade system, applicability of the bonded area is suggested. Firstly, even if a company's item is applied to prohibited or restricted items, the company can trade if through the bonded area. Secondly, even if a company has duty of deposit reservation, the company can be exempt from duty of deposit reservation if through the bonded area. Thirdly, as to importing facilities for processing trade, a company can receive more benefit through the bonded area than through outside of the bonded area.

There are several Customs Free Zone in Korea. Those are Susan Port, Kwangyang Port, Inchun Port. and International Airport Inchun. And there are several zone which will be appointed soon, Busan Port area, Kwangyang Port area, Inchun Port and International Airport Inchun area. But there are many problems to operate CFZ in Korea. This paper aim at pointing out for the problems and drawing up the plan. The problems are an unreasonable incentive standard, security of the behind site related to CFZ, present customs law not to process and assemble, and several similar system related CFZ. Globalization and regionalization are major trends in the international economic system recently. So we have to make desperate efforts to win the severe competition among many countries in economic aspect and make a good plan to solve the problems related CFZ in future.

After being kept in bonded areas and bonded logistics warehouses, the level of information sharing and progress confirmation on the process until the cargo is released is insufficient, resulting in disputes and legal disputes related to unauthorized and illegal delivery of cargo. This study attempted to present the introduction of standard electronic documents as a way to solve problems such as delivery practices raised in the delivery of existing imported cargo and legal disputes related to unauthorized illegal delivery among import-related entities. The service provider who manages the bonded warehouse/logistics center in the hinterland of Busan New Port and the shipper service user who use the service were classified into two groups, and a survey was conducted to analyze the difference in perception between the two groups. As a result of the analysis, both groups judged that the introduction of standard electronic documents was necessary, and showed high expected effects in preventing and reducing erroneous shipments and preventing and improving unauthorized and illegal shipments. Discussions between related organizations, related parties, and subjects are needed first to introduce standard electronic documents of the entry and warehouse management system, and the actual participation of related entities such as service providers and service users will play a very important role in establishing the system.

관세는 국가가 조세법률주의의 원칙에 따라 법률에 의하여 국가재정의 수입 또는 국내산업의 보호를 목적으로 수입물품에 대하여 부과하는 조세이다. 관세의 전제가 되는 관세선(custom line)은 관세에 관한 법률규제가 이루어지는 경계로서, 정치적 경계인 국경선(national frontier)과 일치하는 것이 일반적이지만 반드시 일치하는 것은 아니다. 정치적으로는 자국의 영역이라도 관세제도상으로는 타국의 영역과 동일하게 다루어지는 자유무역지역, 그와 반대로 정치적으로는 타국의 영역일지라도 관세제도상으로는 자국의 영역과 다름없는 보세구역이나 관세동맹국 등이 있기 때문이다.

Leasing is one of the main methods for Chinese airlines to introduce aircraft from overseas manufactures, and this method has been used for more than 30 years by Chinese airlines. Aircraft leasing in essence is a kind of financial transaction, through which lessors provide finance to lessees by means of the delivery of possession of the leased aircraft. At the time when China started to introduce aircraft through leasing some 30 years ago, the Chinese domestic laws were very insufficient to regulate these activities. Therefore, a construction process for the law of aircraft leasing was triggered then, and some fruit has been gained. By far, there are rules to adjust the aircraft activities in the aspects of contract, real right, default and bankruptcy remedies. However, as the improvement of any system must undergo a process of exploration, the law of aircraft leasing in China is still faced up with many challenges. Especially with the emergence and prosperous of domestic leasing industry, new transaction structures and models of aircraft leasing have emerged, which leaves new challenges to current legal system. On the basis of introducing the history and main contents of Chinese legal regime of aircraft leasing, this paper offers an analysis of achievements and challenges on present Chinese laws in the aspects of contract, real right and remedies.

Korea has achieved a remarkable growth by pursuing externally-oriented growth policy since 1960s. That is, we imported raw materials and spare parts, manufactured them into products and exported them, which led to successful economic development. Therefore, our marine business has played an important roles as one of key industries. The development of marine business has contributed to efficient distribution and cost reduction in addition to production of added value and creation of employment creation, which improved external competitive power. In spite of economic importance of marine business, national perception on it is in general low and its developmental conditions are considerably poor. Therefore, this study aims to speculate the effect of Port-related business on regional economy using regional input-output tables.
