Effect of Compensation Types on Workers' Organizational Commitment: A Case of Chinese Companies (보상시스템의 유형이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향: 중국 기업구성원을 대상으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of extrinsic and intrinsic compensation on organizational commitment. It is also analyzed whether the compensation selection may play a moderating role between the types of compensation and organizational commitment. A total of 295 questionnaires from 12 Chinese companies are used for data analysis. The empirical results show that the types of compensation have a positive effect on organizational commitment. It is found a moderating effect of compensation selection only between extrinsic compensation and organizational commitment. The results reveal that more focus on external compensation and adopting a flexible benefit plan are necessary to improve organizational commitment.

  • 3상 새그 보상기는 계통 새그나 사고 발생 시 빠르게 이상상태를 검출하여 계통을 분리하고 수퍼커패시터에 충전된 에너지를 부하에 안정하고 연속적인 정격 전압을 공급하는 장치이다. 그러나 비선형 부하일 때, 3상 새그 보상기의 출력전압에 저차 고조파가 포함된 왜곡이 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 비선형 부하에서도 안정적인 정현파 전압을 공급하기 위해 선택적 고조파 제거 방식을 도입한 전압제어기를 제안 하였다. 새그 보상기 시작품을 제작하였으며, 제안한 선택적 고조파 제거 전압제어기의 타당성을 실험을 통하여 THD가 12.7%에서 4.3%로 개선되는 것을 확인하였다.

  • 강화 학습은 누적 보상 값을 최대화할 수 있는 행동 선택 전략을 학습하는 온라인 학습의 한 형태이다. 효과적인 강화학습을 위해 학습 에이전트가 매 순간 고민해야 하는 문제가 탐험(exploitation)과 탐색(exploration)의 문제이다. 경험과 학습이 충분치 않은 상태의 에이전트는 어느 정도의 보상 값을 보장하는 과거에 경험한 행동을 선택하느냐 아니면 보상 값을 예측할 수 없는 새로운 행동을 시도해봄으로써 학습의 폭을 넓힐 것이냐를 고민하게 된다. 특히 단일 에이전트에 비해 상태공간과 행동공간이 더욱 커지는 다중 에이전트 시스템의 경우, 효과적인 강화학습을 위해서는 상태 공간 축소방법과 더불어 탐색의 기회가 많은 행동 선택 전략이 마련되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 로봇축구 Keepaway를 위한 효율적인 다중 에이전트 강화학습 방법을 설명한다. 이 방법의 특징은 상태 공간 축소를 위해 함수근사방법의 하나인 타일 코딩을 적용하였고, 다양한 행동 선택을 위해 룰렛 휠 선택 전략을 적용한 것이다. 본 논문에서는 이 방법의 효과를 입증하기 위한 실험결과를 소개한다.

Baseband Signal Compensation Scheme for Frequency Selective Fading Channel and RF Impairments in OFDM System (OFDM 시스템에서 주파수 선택적 페이딩 채널과 RF 불완전 변환 극복을 위한 기저대역 신호보상 기법)

  • In this paper, we propose a new compensation scheme for combined channel distortions and RF impairments based on the analysis of the impacts of IQ(In-phase/Quadrature) imbalance and phase noise on the OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) system in the direct conversion transceiver and frequency selective fading channel distortion. The proposed scheme estimates the combined distortion by the use of training symbols and the residual distortion by pilot symbols and compensates the combined distortion, including IQ imbalance, phase noise and multipath fading at the same time. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme compensates the combined distortion of IQ imbalance, phase noise and multipath fading simultaneously.

  • 본 논문은 기업의 자본구조가 결정되어 있고 경영자에게 특정한 형태의 보상이 주어진 상태에서 경영자의 생산량 결정에 대하여 분석하였다. 생산물 시장이 쿠르노 경쟁상태에 있음을 가정할 때 스톡옵션과 상여금을 경영자 보상으로 갖는 경우 주식 가치 극대화를 위한 생산량과 다른 생산량을 선택하게 됨을 보여 주고 있다. 스톡옵션의 경우에는 옵션행사의 한계 경제상태와 기업 부실화의 한계 경제상태가 일치하지 않기 때문에 경영자는 주식 가치 극대화를 위한 생산량과는 다른 선택을 하게 되며 상여금의 경우에도 상여금 지급의 한계 경제상태에 따라서 주식 가치 극대화를 위한 생산량과는 다른 선택을 하게 된다. 또한 스톡옵션 행사가격과 상여금 지급의 목표이익이 증가하면 경영자의 최적 생산량은 증가한다. 반면에 스톡옵션 행사가격과 상여금 지급의 목표이익이 증가하면 경쟁기업 경영자의 최적 생산량은 감소한다. 그러나 상여금의 경우에는 경영자가 주주의 이해와 일치하는 의사결정을 내리도록 하여 주는 목표이익이 존재하지만 스톡옵션의 경우에는 이와 같은 보상체계가 존재하지 않는다.

  • In this paper, the external matching circuits were designed in order to compensate the efficiency which decreases by human body effect in the internal antenna phone. Comparing the two types of matching circuit, we selected the structure to minimize the switch stress. RF MEMS switch using low voltage was compared with FET switch and measured the performance in the handset. Here, the detection circuit which can couple th reflection power from antenna was added in the handset and we set up the demonstration system that can compensate the loss of hand effect automatically. In this system, when hand effect occurred, the radiation power increased 2.5dB by operation the matching circuit.

  • This study investigated the relationships among Selection, Optimization, and Compensation(SOC) as strategies of life management in mid-life crisis respect to gender and age. The subjects of this study were 170 females and 182 males at the ages between 40 and 60 living in Seoul. Selection, Optimization, and Compensation(SOC) as strategies of life management were assessed by SOC-questionnaire while mid-life crisis was assessed by Mid-Life Crisis Scale. The data were analyzed using frequencies, percentiles, means, standard deviations, Cronbach's $\alpha$, two-way ANOVAS, and Pearson's correlations. Except compensation there was no significant difference in Selection and Optimization as strategies of life management as a function of gender and age. No signigicant difference was found in mid-life crisis as a function of gender and age. There were significant negative correlations among Selection, Optimization, and Compensation(SOC) as strategies of life management and mid-life crisis except the individuation.

  • In this paper, the method of multiple PS(pilot symbol) QAM channel compensation is suggested in order to analyze and improve occurring problems in case of delay waves in Frequency-Selective Rayleigh fading channels through Pilot Symbol Assisted Modulation(PSAM) which is a method predicting and compensating fading information, using Pilot Symbol in flat fading channels. This suggested method shows stable improvement in its performance even though it is effected by the level of delay on delay waves while the existing PSAM method has severe malfunction with a small amount of level of delay on delay waves regardless of signal-to-noise ratio(SNR).

  • This paper presents the improvement of BER performance using fading compensation method for 16 QAM-TCM to reduce the effects of multi-path fading in mobile radio environments. We propose the multi-pilot symbol aided fading compensation technique using Gausian interpolation method for inter-symbol interference or fading distortion occured in frequency selective fading channel. The proposed system is combined coding and modulation scheme for improving the reliability of a digital transmission system without increasing the transmitted power or the required bandwidth. In the fading compensation, the pilot symbols from a known sequence is multiplexed into the data symbols at regular intervals to from a frames for transmission. And we use a modified bit reversal block interleaver to randomize burst errors. The results show that significant improvements in the bit-error rate performances can be achieved by the proposed techniques.

How Age Diverse Images on Social Media Influence Self-continuity and Impatience in Intertemporal Preference: Focusing on Women in 20s (소셜 미디어에서 경험하는 다양한 연령의 이미지가 미래 자기 연결성 및 지연 보상 선택에 미치는 영향: 20대 여성을 중심으로)

  • How an individual construes one's future influences everyday decisions. For example, savings and impulsive purchasing, which is highly familiar with our life, are related to future time perception. Drawing on the idea of future self-continuity, the perceived connectedness between the current and future self, this study demonstrated whether media images with various age ranges influence a sense of connectedness with one's future self as well as impatience. Furthermore, the study measured whether these relationships were moderated by the positivity of older adults and an individual's dispositional optimism in general. Results showed that watching various images of people with a wide range of age (from the 20s to 90s) in social media increased young adults' (the 20s) self-continuity and decreased their intention of impatient consumption. This effect was also moderated by the degree to which the participants perceive aging positively.
