The purpose of this study are analyzing marine incident occurred in Busan VTS area, establishing standard of marine incident based on the data, and presenting the way to activate marine incident system. As implement this system, it is figured out that marine incident system could contribute to preventing similar accident, standing out role of VTS and improvement of VTS officer's ability. It includes efficiency of VTS marine incident and matters which necessary to implement this system.

Taxonomical evaluation of P. nuntia var. vallata and P. nuntia var. brevicirris Grube was checked. On the basis of the number of paragnaths and its arrangement pattern it is suggested that these two varieties are no longer valid, and they are synonym of Perinereis nuntia(Savigny, 1818).

This article describes and illustrates cases the treatment of primary and secondary encopresis using a changing conditions and criterion design with two subjects. The dependent variables measured were increase in appropriate toileting behavior and decrease in inappropriate toileting behavior. After 12 and 13 weeks of treatment encopresis was completely eliminated. In a two-month follow-up and one year follow-up inappropriate toileting behavior was not reported. Appropriate toileting behavior was also reported generalized to settings outside the home.

There are no consistent wind load provisions to design the plant tank in Korea. To suggest the appropriate design wind load, five kinds of specifications including KS B 6283, API 650, ASCE 7-10, EN 1991-1-4 are compared. To evaluate the adequacy of wind load specification in each code first, pressure coefficients were calculated in each code and compared with the results of wind tunnel test. Finite element analyses using linear bifurcation analysis were performed with the parameter of h/d and f/d (h : height of cylinderical part of tank, f : roof heigh, d : diameter of tank). By analyzing the results, appropriate wind load criteria which reflects the real wind actions and easy to apply will be suggested.

자연공원시설의 정의와 친환경성의 개념을 정립하고 자연공원내 시설과 관련된 기본법인 자연공원법과 기타공원시설물의 관련법규들 중에서 용도지구 내 시설설치 허용기준과 공원시설의 정의 시설물의 종류 및 시설물의 설치.관리 등 관련 법제도를 친환경성 측면에서 검토하여으며 미국, 일본 및 대만 등에서의 친환경적인 자연공원시설물 관련법규를 살펴보고 국내.외 법제를 비교분석하였다 친환경적 측면에서의 자연공원시설의 설치 및 관리상의 문제점을 종합해 보고 이에 따른 친환경성을 고려한 자연공원시설의 법.제도와 관련하여 공원 시설종류의 일부 삭제 및 추가와 시설기능 변경안이 포함된 공원시설물의 친환경성 증진을 위한 현행 자연공원 법령(법.시행령.시행규칙)의 개정안과 자연보존지구, 자연환경지구, 취락지구 등의 용도지구 내에서의 허용행위기준과 집단시설지구 내 녹지기준의 개정안을 제시하고 시행규칙상 시설물의 신설을 권고하였다.

근래 정보화의 진전에 따라 전파이용분야의 수요가 높아지고 있으며 이러한 가운데 전파이용시설로부터 방사되는 전파가 인체에 나쁜 영향을 미치지 않을까 하는 불안과 의문이 제기되고 있다. 연구보고에 의하면 생체가 강한 전자파에 노출되는 경우 눈의 백내장 형성, 성기능 장해, 열적 손상, 경련, 행동 둔화 등의 생체작용이 일어나는 것으로 밝혀지고 있다. 그러나 무선통신시설을 비롯한 각종 전파이용시설로부터 방사되는 전파로 일상생활 범위에 있어서 염려하는 바와 같은 생체작용이 일어나는 일은 거의 없을 것으로 생각된다. 그러나 전파이용시설로부터 인체를 안전하게 보호하고 전파이용에 대한 공연한 오해와 불안을 방지하기 위하여 전파의 에너지 양과 생체작용과의 관계를 정량적으로 확실히 하는 일이 중요하며 이에 근거하여 전파로부터 인체를 보호하기 위한 안전기준을 제시하는 것이 요구되고 있다. 현재 미국, 일본, 독일, 영국, 캐나다 등 세계 여러 나라에서 전자파의 안전기준을 제시하고 있으나 우리나라에서는 아직 이러한 기준이 마련되어 있지 않다. 다음은 1990년 일본 (전기통신기술심의회) 에서 발표한 "전파이용에 있어서의 인체보호지침"을 발췌.요약한 것이다.

본 논문에서는 지하구내에 설치된 전기설비의 국내 외 설치기준 및 침수로 인한 피해실태에 대해 검토하였다. 검토과정에서는 이미 보고된 바 있는 다양한 자료 및 인터넷 기사를 근거로 하여 국내 외 기준 및 수해실태를 비교 분석함으로써 침수피해의 근본적인 원인을 규명하였다.

광산 및 폐광산으로부터의 오염 및 유해영향에 대한 보고와 관심이 대두되면서 휴ㆍ폐광산에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구는 경북 군위군의 고로 폐광산 주변 중 광미 및 광폐석으로 오염된 것으로 생각되어지는 하천 및 농경지에 대한 오염 정도와 분포를 규명하기 위하여 토양정밀조사를 실시하였다. 토양 오염 정밀조사 지침에 따라 총 741개의 토양 시료 분석 결과 Cu, Cd, Pb은 토양오염 우려 기준에 훨씬 미치지 못하였지만 As는 표토 및 심토 구간(0-30cm)에서 토양 오염 우려 기준 농도를 상당 수 초과하여 하천 및 농경지의 복원이 필수적임을 알 수 있었다. 합리적인 복원물량을 산출하기 위하여 배경치 농도(1.23mg/kg), 토양오염우려기준 40%농도(2.4mg/kg), 토양오염우려기준농도(6mg/kg), 토양오염대책기준농도(15mg/kg)별로 오염 등급을 나누어 오염 지도를 작성하고 각 등급별 복원목표에 따라 복원이 필요한 면적과 복원대상물량을 산출하였다. 본 연구는 오염토양의 복원을 목적으로 국내에서 최초로 실시된 대규모의 토양정밀조사라는 점에서 의미가 있으며, 이 결과는 실제 고로 폐광산지역의 복원 사업설계에 중요한 자료로 사용될 수 있다.

In order to prevent the dangers of major marine accidents, it is very important to be aware of in advance through marine incidents in the background of Heinrich's law, formulated by the safety pioneer who is credited with focusing on workplace safety with emphasis on the human element. At least 11 cases of collision accidents occurred in the Busan VTS area from January 1st to December 31st, 2019, and 24 cases of VTS marine incidents were reported during the same period. According to Heinrich's law, there could be many more potentially risky situations besides the 24 reported cases. In this study, the criteria for VTS marine incidents were established through advanced research and a survey of VTS operators, and analysis of 24 cases of VTS marine incidents in the Busan VTS area. Traffic surveys were conducted for three days to identify potentially hazardous situations. According to the survey, there were 216 cases of VTS marine incidents, and within a year, it is estimated there could be about 26,280 cases. Even if conditions such as "missing VHF communication feedback" which is an important cause of marine incidents, are not reflected, there are many potential risks in the VTS area. Thus, it is vital to strengthen the VTS marine incident reporting system.

The Office of Crown Properties was established to manage the property of royal properties as an institution belonging to the Department of the Royal Household in April, 1895. However, as the Great Han Empire established and various policies enforcing the power of the emperor became introduced, the Office of Crown Properties came to be expanded to a large financial agency that would be in charge of various financial sources such as Public Land and Maritime Tax. As the Office of Crown Properties came to manage various income sources, it classified the documents dealing with various government agencies in the Capital and other countryside regions by the unit of Section. The Office of Crown Properties classified the documents by Section and filed them according to Sending/Receiving subject. Sometimes, it filed one kind of document only but sometimes many different kinds of documents were filed together. The types of the document can show the characteristics of the document and the hierarchy of the related agencies through the document name. The fact that they filed the documents with different grades in one file shows that the hierarchy of the agency they dealt with was not the primary standard of the filing and that they did not file the documents by its type. The Office of Crown Properties did not file the related documents in the same file, either. We can say the documents are related if they were corresponded with other agencies while they dealt with a specific item. However, they did not file the related documents in the same file but distinguished sending documents from receiving documents. The reason why they filed different kind documents in the same file and separated the related documents in different file was they took 'whether they were sent or received' as the primary filing standard. They separated the sending documents from the receiving documents first and then filed them according to time regardless of the region or institution. The Office of Crown Properties primarily classified the documents by Section, classified the documents with the standard of whether they were receiving documents or sending documents and then filed them in a file according to the time. It means that the Office of Crown Properties came to create the Official Document Classification and filing system.
